From the first time I called everyone on the staff has been incredibly kind. I’m dealing with a challenging and relatively rare situation, and everyone has gone above and beyond to ensure that my family and I get the dental care we need. The dental care has been great too, but the willingness to be kind and helpful is what makes Creo Dentistry really special.

This is THE BEST dentist office I have ever been to. And I’ve lived in multiple states and cities, and my oral health is a priority. I drive 40 minutes because I like them that much! The hygienists and dental assistants are skilled, easy to communicate with and are caring in every way. Dr Dan is so professional, and highly in tune with up to date procedures and practices. AND, he is funny. He obviously enjoys what he does and that truly makes the difference in receiving dental work. He is my fellow dental nerd. Haha! Seriously, he took much, focused time to help me overcome some serious jaw pain, and to create a custom night guard appliance that relieved my pain. To say I am grateful is an understatement. If you want a fully rounded, kind and skilled dental visit, you must come here.

Every aspect of Creo Dentistry is top level. I highly recommend this office. Every staff member is knowledgeable, professional, caring, and friendly. Together they are like a well-oiled machine always insisting on the best possible outcome. I love my teeth!! A great big thank you to everyone at Creo Dentistry.

If I could give CREO dentistry 10 stars, I would. All of the staff are incredibly kind, thoughtful, and sincere. Everyone makes you feel like part of the family, they listen to your needs, and give you all the options to make the best and most informed choice that works best for you. I’ve always had awful dental anxiety, but for the first time I’ve finally found a place that I’m comfortable returning to and I couldn’t recommend them enough!

I didn’t know that there could be such a thing as a “favorite dentist” until my first appointment at Creo. Based off the initial phone calls, the receptionist was so lovely to speak too. They took the time out of their day to give me a reminder call prior to my appointment, and even called me half an hour before my appointment to let me know that they were running ahead, and I’m welcome to come in early if I want. I get there, and the voice and etiquette behind the other phone completely matched my in-persom experience. EVERY SINGLE EMPLOYEE here exuded such genuine and engaging personalities, it made me feel right at home. I could already tell that I was going to be coming here for all of my future cleanings, before even having anything done on me. Now for the service itself, Kathy, the hygienist was very good at her job when it comes to interacting with her patients, and being very transparent with them for any treatments she performed. She thoroughly explained every procedure, her thoughts on what was going on with my teeth, and was very comfortable to be around. I felt like she was very thorough with even the smallest details regarding my teeth. She was genuinely interested in my regular dental routine, and was always giving me pointers, and telling me what I was doing right with my dental regime. 10/10 would recommend. The dentist himself took a look at my tooth that was a little sensitive a week before, and how he came up with his diagnosis was pretty impressive. He too was also very transparent when giving his explanations. Turns out, it wasn’t a cavity, but a result of constant teeth clenching. All in five minutes he was able to tell me. 10/10 would also recommend for his expertise in dental. Also 10/10 because he told me I drew a really good hand when it comes to my teeth and it might have inflated my ego a little bit.

I couldn’t be happier than I am now, getting my dental care at Creo Dentistry. Dr. Dan is a true professional in every respect. I have full confidence in his mastery of the Dental Profession. Beyond that, he is a congenial, full of personality guy, someone you’re really glad to know. I actually look forward to going to the dentist! His staff are equally friendly and easy to talk to. Kathy is an exceptional Dental Hygenist, again a great combination of professional and friendly. All support staff are. I highly recommend this Dentistry.

I found Creo Dentistry on the United Health care website for my area. I was very impressed by my initial phone interaction and first visit. The team is very friendly and helped me with scheduling and completing new patient paper work online. I arrived in the parking lot early and was pleased they made it possible to call the number on a sign at every spot to check in. They took me in early. The offices are very clean and well lighted. Holly the dental assistant made me feel comfortable while taking x-rays. Dr. Dan Hwang is authenticly friendly and has a great chair side manner. I am so glad I found Creo Dentistry. I recommend Dr. Dan and his team.

As usual, the awesome team at Creo made my visit actually enjoyable! And this is from a person with a lifelong fear of dentists! Dr. Hwang is patient, humorous, and a pleasure to work with! Sedation dentistry is a miracle I wish had been available to me as a child, maybe I would still have more of my teeth, but Dr. Hwang has been so wonderful too that I am sometimes able to have work done without any sedation! They also arrange interest-free financing to make it easier to pay for work uncovered by insurance. I recommend this practice highly!

Every visit to Dr. Dan at Creole Dentistry is a positive one! The staff is very positive and caring. I’ve been seeing Kathy, the hygienist for years and she always gives me the best care. My son has anxiety about dental work and the entire staff treated him with dignity and respect. He, and I, are most appreciative of the extra care, consideration and time he was given. First, let me tell you a little about my career in the medical field. I am a retired RNBS. I worked at one of the top ten rated Medical Centers in the USA. The Medical Center where I worked had both a Trauma 1 rating with a MERIT certification. Both signifiy the highest levels of commitment , in both severity of trauma and outstanding nursing care. As a medical insider, I have certain expectations when I am treated by other medical personel. i hate going to the dentist, but it is a necessity if you want to remain healthy . Good dentition will determine your quality of life, for your entire life. My husband and I were looking for a great dentist, because I had a cap that had dislodged, while using a new water pick product. I was in horrible pain, and this was basically, ‘the twisting of my arm’, to get me into a dentist office. A dear friend recommended Creo Dentistry, and Dr Dan. Due to my tooth injury Creo Dentistry booked me an appointment almost immediately. The entire staff at Creo dentistry, are technically well trained , and also have confidence building personalities. Friendly, as if they were your friends. Informative, which takes much of the guess work as to what should happen during your appointment and why. i was encouraged to ask questions and received understandable answers. If, you are looking for a great dental office, Creo Dental is a godsend, staffed with friendly personalities , highly skilled caring professionals. CREO Dentistry is the place to get your smile, ’on’. My Creo Dentistry experience, introduced me to people who genuinely cared about ME and my dental health. I have been going to Creo Dentistry for numerous years and have always had a great experience. I am normally not a fan of dentists but everyone in this office makes me feel at ease every time I go in. Even though I moved out of the area I still drive to see them, 65 miles, and will continue to do so. : )

Creo Dentistry has been the best dental practice I have ever been treated at. At 59, I have had a lot of Dental work done. Dr. Dan has an amazing approach to care that is unparalleled in my experience. The whole approach has your total care and best interests in mind. Other dentists care about your teeth and oral health, but Dr. Dan takes it to a whole new level of extremely personal care and concern. His evaluations and recommendations have been the most thoughtful and really represent what is best for my teeth and future. More importantly, his explanation of options is directed at what is best for the long term, and my care there has been second to none. On top of that, the staff is absolutely amazing! Each person handles their job with ease and a professional yet personal air that is very pleasing and relaxing, no need to be uptight! All the pricing has been clearly communicated and never any pressure, from Dr. or the Staff and that has allowed me to make great decisions about my care. With my first phone call, it was clear as to what I could except to happen at my first visit. Yes, and that is what happened. I was met at the office door, interduced to the office staff. Everyone was polite & friendly. The office, xray & patient rooms, that I viewed, were exceptional clean. The Tutorials that were presented were well done and informative to what I wanted to know. Added information for my situation was greatly appreciated. I received a dental prosedure estimate and instructions on what the next step should be if I wanted to procede. I can hardly believe how wonderful this office is. Every employee and Dr.Dan are all amazing. Who looks forward to seeing their dentist? Not many of us however the ease and comfort each client receives is what makes a person want to come back. In these days of “entitlement” I feel certain that once people go in and receive such a warm experience as I have, they will be back. Both my daughters and their families go here and they feel the same way. These guys ROCK!!!

Just finished up a crown and a filling with Dr. Dan today. I was a long time patient of the previous dentist at this location. Over 30 years together, I was nervous about a “new guy” and what he would be like. Dr. Dan is such a friendly fellow, very positive, very good interaction with patients and staff alike. But most important… He is very skilled and painless. Two things you want in your dentist. His personality just makes it even better. I compliment Greg Gosch for finding such a quality person to work with his patients.

From the your first touch to your goodby you feel they care. The phone calls, welcoming office staff, compassionate bedside manner of everyone who touches you, adding the excellent technique of the hygienist and the skill and attention of the dentist. The best experience I’ve ever had. Thank you for the best care I’ve ever received from a dentists office.

Dr. Dan and staff are always concerned for my comfort and make me feel like family. I’ve never had any issues with the extensive work they’ve done in my mouth! I actually look forward to having my teeth cleaned by Kathy twice a year. I also appreciate the helpfulness of the front office staff.

I just got my tooth removed and for someone who doesn’t like shots in his mouth it was not bad at all. Dr. Dan is one of the best dentist I have seen. If you or someone you know is afraid of the dentist I recommend Dr. Dan at Creo Dentistry he is very gentle and cares about your comfort. Everyone at Creo Dentistry is polite and professional

Every member of the team was gracious, encouraging, efficient and friendly. Dr. Dan was professional and his patients health and comfort is top priority! I found my Washington dental care home! UPDATE 2nd visit and I’m glad to travel out of my way to get to Creo Dentistry. Blanca was perfect! Dr. Dan made a point to say hello even tho I wasn’t due for a check up. TAKE YOUR TEETH HERE!!! Adding to my review : I I go out of my way to get to CREO Dentistry. Blanca went over the top at my recent cleaning. She has mad dental skills 🙂 Her calm demeanor creates a peaceful atmosphere and she works with excellence. She diligently worked out a stain on one of my teeth. Shout out for Dr. Dan, he always takes time to say hello. You can overhear the staff having joyful conversation. It would be great if all service providing businesses followed the model of CREO Dentistry.
