I hate going to the dentist. At one time or another everybody does I suppose. After I’d lost a filling, on July 24th 2020 I called Heather at Crescent Dental to try to schedule a Saturday appointment. She said that sometimes Saturday appointments are a rare breed. I found that to be true since I’d called about every dentist in North America. She did say that if someone canceled she would call me. As she did. Dr. Ameer was awesome. First time I actually never felt any pain. Very professional. This would have probably been the end of the review but in 30 years of going to dentists, some good some not, at no time did any dentist ever call me on a Sunday – the next day after the appointment – to ask how I was doing. Something I won’t soon forget. Unheard of in my experience. Crescent Dental is awesome! Customer for life.

Pleased doesn’t even begin to describe my experience today. Great staff, really nice dentists. Even though they don’t take my son’s insurance I’m thinking about bringing him in. Dr. Zufari was really nice and so was Dr. Thakur.  They fit me in for an emergency visit and I was told I was going to have to wait. And I did – 9 whole minutes. I’m used to prompt dentists appointments but not for a fit in. I’m going back for a cleaning and I’m considering using them regularly even though I’m moving to Titusville.

New to Orlando I needed a new dentist to go to as well. Saw that this office was only a couple of miles down from me and read all the positive reviews, so I decided to give them a try. I’m glad to say everything said on here checks out. I had a routine check up and cleaning done. Staff was very friendly and caring. I was in and out fast. It was as pleasant a dentist experience as one could have.

Both my husband and I have had quite a bit of work done here over the last few years and I cannot recommend them enough. The entire office is very friendly, informative and incredibly skilled. Both Dr. Thakur and Dr. Zufari are incredible. My first visit I was uninsured and felt the pricing was very competitive and now that they have been with me through two different insurance policies I can say without a doubt they do everything they can to make sure you are getting the most out of you plan. Thanks so much!

Had a toothache started Christmas Eve. My long standing Dentist must of been closed for the Holiday because their voice message on Dec. 26 said to leave a message. I could not wait and a friend recommended Dr. Zufari. I called his office and they were able to get me in right a way. Fixed my tooth that same day and I am very happy with the results. The office staff and Dr Zufari are really nice. I will be changing to this office for all my dental needs.

I was in so much pain for so many months i dont have insurance or alot of money and when i finally couldn’t handle the pain any more on a saturday i called around and dr’s office were not open or simply didnt want new pt’s in because this covid but anywho Id leave voicemail after voicemails and was giving up but dr Sufari called me back within momments and was understanding and caring . His office made me same day appt for a few hrs later that day.. I recieved another call asking if i would like to come in now as they had a pt that didnt show let me tell ya i rushed over there… Got in signed paperwork and in the chair i went.. He worked with me on discounts for the 2 teeth that was making me suffer. I pulled one tooth and went back several days later for root canal with crown for the other tooth. Dr and his team worked so good together helping and grabbing all kinds of things that wasnt in his or his assistants reach. They made sure i was doing okay and didnt need anything while this process took longer because both was very stubborn teeth. Lol. The dr personal called me the day after the procedures to check on me seeing how my mouth is feeling and assuring me the staff and Dr’s are here for me . truly ment alot. Thanks to each and everyone….stay safe and healthy .. Thank you for helping me ..cant wait to come back for my teeth cleaning and some fillings…..

I needed a lot of work done, and I get some anxiety about the dental procedures and instruments. But Dr. Zufari took extra time to make sure there would be no pain, and that I was calm and comfortable. He explained every step of the process and has a good sense of humor which helped put me at ease. Also, the lady who cleaned my teeth was very nice, I forgot her name… Thanks everyone!

I love Dr. Z. I am scared of dentist. But, it is highly important to take care of your orla hygiene. Ever since I have been going here it has been a great experience. First time I came was urgent. It was 5 minutes to closing. I had no insurance and they took me in right away. They worked a payment plan with me. All staff are very nice! All professional. Thank you all for the great services you provide. You make a difference!!
