I have never been a huge fan of the dentist, which means once I didn’t have my parents taking me, I slacked on going. I went to see Dr. Michael and I’ve also seen Dr. Kathleen as well. Everyone there was very patient and took the time to explain treatment option, break everything down and got me back on track with my pearly whites! I would recommend them to anyone and especially if you haven’t gone in a long time and want to get back on track!

We moved to the valley nearly 4 years ago, re-establishing healthcare providers is a daunting task for sure! I met Dr. Kathy at a happy hour and was thrilled to learn she was a Dentist! She is friendly, funny and goes above and beyond in her care! Dr. Kathy and her brother Michael are amazing Dentists! The front office staff is helpful, the dental assistants are friendly and thorough, and the hygienists are top notch! My entire family of 4 drive from North Scottsdale to Glendale for all our dental needs! We likely pass over a hundred dentist offices on the way – but we will never change!

Best dentist I’ve ever had. Kathy and Michael are professional and personable. Over 20 years of dentistry with them, they do excellent work. Can you imagine a root canal with NO pain. I have lived it. Mary my hygienist does amazing work. Teeth feel awesome when she is done! Kathy goes the extra mile to provide the best care. She will leave you with a smile. No pun intended.

I love going to Dr. M. Crowley. He’s very honest, friendly, polite, and caring! He’s a no-nonsense kind of man, and will give you the honest truth re: your dental care. The staff are great too! The entire staff at Crowley Family Dentistry make up THE BEST dental team ever. I first came to Dr. Kathy after a traumatic experience elsewhere. She is patient and understanding of my cowardly fear of sitting in the dentist chair. Then, Dr. Michael made a great call by putting me in Invisalign braces. I trust them both and know I’m in great hands who stay up to date with dental techniques and technology and know how to cater to cowards like me!!!

I’ve seen Dr. Michael Crowley a few times, and each experience has been great! He takes the time to perfect the job, and does not quit until the results are optimal. I’ve had other dentists that worked very fast, and the results were sloppy and not high standard. I have never seen Dr. Kathleen, but have heard from a couple others that she is great too. Definitely go to this office for the best dental care!

This dental practice is AMAZING. As a kid I had the worst experience with dentists and didn’t go for years. As an adult I had a tooth break in half and the dentist I went to left me with pain, complications, and part of the broken tooth still in my mouth !! After another tooth broke and seeing great reviews for Crowley Family Dentistry, I drug my terrified self to the dentist. Everyone from the office staff, to the hygienist, to the Dr’s themselves were INCREDIBLE. I felt like a scared child sitting in that chair, but in minutes was comfortable and relaxed. 2 weeks later, 3 appointments, and a decent amount of work ( due to MY neglect) I have healthy teeth. I really feel that they fixed what needed to fixed, and did not try to sell me on any unnecessary work. I don’t just like this Dental practice, I TRUST them ! This is why, despite a review I saw saying “Don’t bring your kids here”, I took both my daughters (ages 3 & 5) for their first cleaning. The hygienist made it fun and silly. She really talked and got to know them. She walked them through the whole process, and my girls left with smiles on their faces, goody bag and balloon in hand. My oldest asked if we could go back that night after dinner because her teeth would be dirty again. My youngest asked the next day, because she said the cookie dough (toothpaste they use) was gone, and she wanted it back. Healthy teeth are an essential part of your overall health. I dealt with lots of issues when I was avoiding the dentist. I’m happy to say that is something I will never deal with again now that I have found this dentist. Thank you to the whole Staff !!!! You Guys and Gals are REALLY AMAZING !

DDS Crowley has been my dentist for at least 20 years. You won’t find a more qualified, personable, efficient, pain free dentistry. All staff (Mary – hygienist) are all super friendly and welcoming. I had a root canal last year. Except for the Novocain. NO pain. Kathy and her brother Michael are great dentists. You will walk out with a smile.

I used to hate going in for my dental appointments, they were always so painful. So when I moved to Arizona in 2002, I put off selecting a dentist and just stopped. A few months ago I got a horrible infection in my jaw and was told in the emergency room that I HAD to see a dentist to fix the tooth that started the infection. So I researched dentists and decided on Crowley Family Dentistry, where I saw Michael Crowley. He did a complete examination of my teeth and explained what should be done immediately, what can wait a couple months and what could wait longer, including the cost of everything and their payment plans for those of us without insurance to cover our dental care. We came up with a plan and we made an appointment for a cleaning the next day, before doing any other work, to make sure we didn’t introduce anything else to my infection. The dental hygienist (Mary) was excellent and the cleaning was relatively painless. Then Dr. Crowley started replacing my old fillings that had let in the infection and he explained how everything would feel and what I should do if at any point I needed him to stop for a break during the lengthy process. I knew immediately, I was in excellent hands. Now, I will continue to see the wonderful people in this practice for all my dentistry needs and I will definitely continue. No more avoiding the dentist for me!

“Crowley Family Dentistry- I wanted to say thank you for all the great customer service I received on 8-22-2017. I’m a new patient and was just trying to get in to get an evaluation on my teeth. I had a 8:30am appointment, but couldn’t make it and your office graciously rescheduled me the same day at 11:00am and completed my work in less than an hour. I expected a lecture or a cancellation fee, I can’t tell you how surprised at how professional and friendly everyone at your office is. I have to say I’d lost faith in customer service these days, but your entire office has re-instilled that there are companies our there that still care for their customers. Thank you Ken Stultz.
