We were originally referred here in 2017 because our son has disabilities and requires accommodations and we fell in love with the staff and Doctor Alex. My whole family switched to Crystal dental since and every time we come in we are out within the hour or two. Never a long wait and the girls there make you feel like family. I really recommend to anyone small or big. Great family dentist.

I’m so glad I went to crystal dental. I have medical and that’s who referred me to C.D.
I don’t remember who my doctor was, he was a tall older gentlemen. Due to the virus they can’t let patients in except in small amounts. They fit me in on their first day opening back up. They didn’t let my step dad in to reduce germs. I’m very bad with needles and going to the dentist. I usually need a parent with me (I’m a 24 haha) still. The doctor was so gentle and made sure I didn’t feel a thing. He knew I was scared and didn’t dismiss my fear. I was in and out with my root canal. Now I want this to be my primary after the virus settles. They were amazing and the office is beautiful.

I have been going to Crystal Dental for 5 years and from the start Dr. Alex and his staff have been nothing less than amazing! I literally have never had a bad experience or complaint! I also take my 9 year old son there as well. We knock both our visits out in one visit! Dr. Alex is so patient and I don’t ever feel like he has done unnecessary dental work for money (like other dentists I have went to). We always leave his office with a smile! I have recommended family and friends and definitely believe his office will be a great fit for other families!

I could not have asked for a better experience!! Alma and the rest of the front desk staff were cheery and welcoming. I am not sure if other reviewers were just there on an “off” day, but the reviews were completely inaccurate. After a short wait, Dr. Alex was friendly, kind and comforting. He explained what work needed to be done and gave several options so that I could pick the one that I was most comfortable with. This place is wonderful. Thank you Dr. Alex and the rest of the staff!

I have been going here for 15 years. I would highly recommend going here if you’re looking for a pleasant experience. Everything is explained before all procedures are done. They have a credit plan if needed. There is a large free parking area for customers. The dental assistants are very friendly and Dr. Alex is the best Dentist I have ever gone too. I have referred numerous family members and friends, that can’t stopped thanking me for the hook up.

I’ve been meaning to leave a review here for a while now. I have my regular cleanings here and Dr. Alex is great. He’s very professional and easy going which helps me reduce my anxiety before each cleaning. I’ve also had my teeth whitened here and the results were excellent. I will be coming back shortly for my next teeth cleaning so thank you Dr. Alex and his staff

I’ve been a customer for several years and I recommend everyone to this office because the staff treats you like family and very friendly but professional. I bring all my children to Dr Alex – he’s great, professional and tries to get you out in a timely manner. All my girls love him and I have Tiny ones.. 3, 5 & 11 year olds. The office is clean and organized- they recently remodeled to a more modern clean look.. which looks amazing! Give them a try, you won’t regret it!

Hi my name Ariel I am 9 years old and I like how Dr. Alex work on my teeth he explain each step of the procedure which made me feel comfortable because I’ve always been afraid of the dentist but with him it was such a good experience I’m so glad my mom brought me to this office.

My 13 yr old daughter is very scared of going to the dentist. At Crystal Dental, the staff was so sweet and made her feel less anxious. Dr Moradzadeh was so gentle and patient with her and made it a very pleasant experience. Highly recommend them!

Great staff, very informative and friendly. Alex is an amazing dentist. Every time I go, He and his staff get me in and out of my appointments taking care of my teeth & with more than enough time to head back to work. The rates are affordable and the location is right off the highway with parking in the back/lot. Very pleased with the overall service and recommend to anyone reading this.

Dr Alex and his staff are amazing! We’ve been coming to them for 5 years now and have yet to have a bad experience. Dr Alex is very thorough with his exams and explanations of care and he’s great with kids my almost 13 year old refuses to see anyone else. His front office staff is great and are always very accommodating to our scheduling needs. And Liz his dental assistant is awesome! She is always so nice and personable and makes us feel so comfortable when we are there!

I have been a patient of Dr Alex for many years and I will be until he retires (or gets sick of me). Kidding! 🙂 I live in Santa Monica/West LA where there is an abundance of dentists, but none compare to Dr Alex. I happily make the drive to his office because he is the most kind hearted, gentle, and HONEST person. I’ve asked him many dental questions and he always explains everything in detail and his work is so thorough. He’s extremely up front about what you do and don’t need done and he won’t waste your time or money. A+++++, I happily recommend Dr Alex 110%!

First time patient here and my experience was amazing! The ladies at the front are extremely welcoming, sweet, professional and helpful. My daughter’s and I had 10:00 am appointments at the Figueroa office. I tend to go to the dentist every six months just to avoid any painful procedures. My insurance through work changes every year so we stopped coming to Crystal Dental a couple of years back. I forgot how fast and good they are here. All 3 of us were seen and out in one hour. I was dreading having to go but we went and I was glad we did. The front office is nice not super friendly but I’m big on customer service because my employer is big on AIDET. The dentist and assistants explained exactly what would be done and no BS for trying to charge extra for unnecessary procedure like my last dental place tried. I was not asked to write a review but just felt like I had to because most of us will complain about a place but usually will not take the time to say something good.

My kids and I have been coming to Crystal dental for a few years now. I’m not sure how I found him but I’m glad I did. He has always done great work. His office his clean, staff are nice and Doc is so thorough. He has never tried to beat me out money. Has always told me exactly what I needed and my kids and will tell me when I don’t. I have been to many other dentist for the same problem and he is the only one who seems to do his best to fix the problem and at least cost to me! His work always looks good and with minimal pain. He takes all kinds of insurance. I have a switched insurance a couple of time and he as always seem to take the insurance I have. I have been twice for an dental need since covid and felt very safe

Thank you Dr. M! You make going to the dentist a positive experience. From the moment i arrived I was treated professionally and with kindness. I didn’t have to wait hours to be seen. I didn’t experience pain or discomfort, which was the best part considering the extensive work done. I was in and out. Thanks for all the good care.

Thanks to Dr Alex and his staff I actually don’t mind going to the dentist! In fact, I drive all the way from Santa Monica because he is the only dentist I’m comfortable with. I admit I always ask SO many questions and Dr Alex is so knowledgeable and patient with me. I’ve had to get two crowns and a deep cleaning at his office and let me tell you…no pain or discomfort, hallelujah! 100% Dr Alex deserves his 5 stars, trust me and go see him!

Crystal Dental has been my dentist office since I’ve lived in L.A. I’m happy I chose this place the doc is great and I’m just so comfortable there which is important to me because I have had the same dentist my whole life and after he passed bless his soul, his son took over. This is a great dentist office I can’t express that enough or thank him for the great work repairing my chipped tooth!

Dr. Alex is a great conservative dentist. I have been going to him for over 5 years and he always has treated me with great care. I had to go to another dentist when he closed his OC office but I decided to go back to him even if I drive out a bit because he is just that good. He does the best cleanings a lot better then any other office I have been too. I have had fillings done by him and he is very gentle and I have had no complaints after years of having them done. The office is also very friendly the staff in the front have had to submit an ortho referral for me and that was done quickly and they always answer the phone friendly. I try to book my appts ahead of time for my cleanings because they do book up fast but the 2x I had some discomfort they got me in right away. The office is clean and overall just a good dentist office.

I’ve been going to this office for the past 6 years and had routine checkups, deep cleaning, and had four wisdom teeth removed here – Dr. Alex (what’s how he’s called here) and the staff have been nothing but professional, friendly and kind. I will keep coming back to keep my teeth healthy and cleaned!

Dr. Alex is the best! I starting coming to Crystal Dental in 2012 and now will never look for another dentist again. The pricing is fair and honest for those who have co-pays/out of pocket expenses. I have now trusted my entire household’s dental health to Crystal Dental and I am always pleased with everything. Even my 10 year old nephew who was once terrified of the dentist, now looks forward to it (he sees the pediatric dentist there). Staff and medical billing folks are great at what they do, and they do their jobs RIGHT. Totally professional, unlike some places that are a complete mess (I’m looking at you, West Coast Dental of 6th Street).

I was referred to Crystal Dental by a friend of mine. I called them and made an appointment. They were able to accommodate the time I needed to be there. the staff were very nice and patient. I went in on my appointment date and time. I was really impressed by Dr. Alex. I had to have a root canal done. He took xrays and confirmed that I needed it, Explained the procedure to me without rushing me. procedure was done by him and his assistant in matter of 30 minutes. as pain free as possible. I went in for a follow up a week later and everything is great. No More toothache. Hooray!!!!. I highly recommend this place. Thank you Crystal Dental, specially Dr. Alex.
