My entire experience from check in, to xrays to just talking while my options were explained to me was great. Dr. Whitaker has a really nice, friendly personality as well as he knows his craft, which makes for a pleasant experience. Great experience. There was an option in text to click and fill the forms online. Reminders for appointment in text messages too. Doctor was pretty straightforward and honest. Showed me all alternatives and my options with him and outside his dental office. Prices are reasonable. Hygienist Tanya is awesome. She put all the time and effort to work on my cleaning and also explained all the detailed instructions to keep up and maybe avoid next cleaning.

Dr. Whitaker was very easy-going and competent. The staff was friendly and helpful. I loved the home like decor. My experience was that if I had an 11 o’clock appointment, they started treating me at 11 o’clock. No waiting. The only thing I did not like was the appointment calls and reminders. They called several days before the appointment and the reminders did not have the appointment time. I am happy and will continue to go back.

When you think of going to the Dentist you think nothing but bad thoughts right?! Wrong, the entire staff was AMAZING, from check in to check out!! The Office Manager Cindy, is so professional and welcoming. Aracelis was so gentle, warm and caring. She showed genuine concern when I was explaining my issues. Dr. Whitaker is by far the most detailed and experienced Dentist I have had the pleasure to be seen by. Mary and Aury were just so nice and made me feel welcome and took away the anxiousness I had. Wonderful experience, friendly staff and a great dentist! He resisted putting a crown on my tooth when I was having a problem, just in case I needed a root canal… thank goodness he waited! I did need a root canal, so I got that done first and will now go back and get a crown. Someone else in the waiting room at the endodontist office (where I needed to get the root canal) had a crown put on by her dentist before checking this out, and it increased her pain, so now she was in the other doctor’s office to get the root canal to get that done on an emergency basis! Had cracked molar and another tooth sheared off and impacted. I was in so much pain I could not sleep and nobody I called could squeeze me in before a week. Doctor here fit me in. I was happy but maybe a little worried not the upscale part of town so maybe quality of work might reflect. I hoped for 3 star service but got 5 star. Price was so reasonable that I was able to afford both teeth. He did a very thorough job even doing more post x Ray’s to make sure he got all the bad tissue and bone. Staff all friendly I would give 6 stars if I could. Me and the wife have a new dentist.
