Dr Nguyen along with Nick took me in during these tough times (04/02/2020) Pandemic. I broke my tooth and called and left a message. Within minutes Nick called me back and made me an appointment he following day. From when I arrived to sitting in the chair, they made me feel comfortable. What was amazing is that they went to work right away and saved my tooth as well as did the cap in house. Truly remarkable to see how advanced Dr Nguyen is along with his staff. Never ever I have seen such technology first hand. Custom Smile Dentistry will be my dentist for life and I thank you from the bottom of my heart for taking care of me during these rough times.

I highly recommend Custom Smile Dentistry. Dr Nguyen is knowledgable, thorough, gentle and caring in working on my mom and I. The hygienist Genelyn and Maria does equally good work too. The office staff is cordial and helpful with our needs too.  Most importantly the office is very modern and very hygienic. A must in the dental field.

My new favorite dentist office in the entire world! I haven’t seen a dentist in a little bit and thought it’s more than time to at least get a thorough cleaning in; also already thinking I might have a cavity…From my first contact with the office on the phone, to the time I walked in, through the entire treatment, until I stepped out of the door – everybody was so nice. The atmosphere was calm and positive. I got the cleaning right away (which was not painful whatsoever!) and will have to get 2 cavities taken care of. Nothing was pushed upon me; I never felt pressured. Dr Nguyen basically showed me “some issues” and gave me options (from cheap over medium to expensive) with all the pros and cons. For a vein person like me: those issues ARE REAL and worth a thorough consideration. Overall, a very professional, positive and pain free experience.

Dr. Nguyen is the best! After 10 years of pretty much playing Goldilocks with dentists, I have FINALLY found one that I want to keep! Dr. Nguyen is gentle, kind, meticulous, great at explaining every procedure step by step, and causes my physician triggered anxiety-that occurs with ALL doctors-to subside. He also has state of the art equipment, and an office staff, including hygienists, that are welcoming and professional. I was referred to Dr. Nguyen by a coworker that said, “ I love my dentist!” She was the first and ONLY person to say those words during my search for a referral. Now, after receiving a cleaning and a root canal, that oddly enough I looked forward to having after first meeting Dr. Nguyen, I may soon say those same words! It’s only been 2 visits. Saying “love” is a bit early, but I can feel it coming. One downer, his office is only open on weekdays, but so far, it’s been worth taking a day off from work.

Custom Smile Dentistry is amazing!! I usually only write reviews for restaurants, however I really enjoyed coming to this office that I figured I should go online and give a Yelp review. Dr. Nguyen is so informative and educational he even taught me how to floss!!! Also his staff is super nice and helpful, you know how other offices the girls in the front are kinda mean and you feel bad asking them a question, well not this office his front staff made sure I remembered my appointment time, they even sent me a text to remind me. Since Im so forgetful and ask for them to give me a reminder call 🙂  If you are looking for a dentist, give this office a call and make an appointment, you will actually like going to the Dentist.

What a great experience!   Everyone was so friendly and professional and really took their time to make me feel like I was a life long patient, when this was my first visit.    The doctor took his time and really explained and showed me what was going on.  Just a vastly different experience from my old dentist. I thought it was time to switch…and I’m so glad I chose Custom Smile Dentistry!

Very efficient office filled with very kind people from the first contact and including the Dentist.   They were on top of everything to make sure my appt ran smoothly ( incl. my insurance ) they have the very latest in technology – to refine their diagnosis which allows for the very best service and outcome which is so appreciated, you only have one set of original teeth!  This is a compliment- the reception area was completely nice but you didn’t feel like they unwisely overspent to make it ultra chic.  I hate looking for a new dentist- but moved and had to.  I’d definitely recommend to save yourself some grief- just go here‍.

I had seen Dr. Yan for three years and then have been seeing Dr. Nguyen for about three years now.  Dr. Nguyen is a gentle, highly skilled, experienced, and organized dentist.  He is kind and willing to listen and accommodate my needs.  I am very happy with his treatment.  I always feel pretty comfortable during treatments and never had any issues afterwards. His staffs are very professional and also kind. I strongly recommend him to anyone looking for high quality dental care.

I have nothing but great things to say about the experience at Custom Smile Dentistry. Our visit from start to finish was top notch and I could not have asked for anything more. The staff was super friendly and we were greeted and taken care of by Ernesto as soon as we walked in the door. The office was nice and clean and Dr. Nguyen is as kind and as professional as they come. He was very straight forward and direct with orthodontic treatments and options and made us feel extremely comfortable the entire time. We will definitely be returning in the future as soon as my little one loses all of her baby teeth. Thank you Dr. Nguyen and the Custom Smile Dentistry staff!
