Dr. Bachoura and his Cypress location staff are wonderful!  They are professional, friendly and attentive.  They also follow up after the procedure to make sure everything is going well.  My three teens have each had multiple permanent teeth extractions including wisdom teeth and each procedure and recovery went very smoothly and my kids felt very comfortable with Dr. Bachoura and his staff.    I highly recommend Cypress Oral Surgery!

Omg where do I start. When you first walk in the front desk is really nice and helpful. When I went to the back to get my wisdom tooth and a molar pulled the lady that walk me to the back we very helpful and sweet. While she was preparing me for my surgery she made me feel very comfortable. The dentist he was really nice. The lady explained to me everything that was going to happened. When I woke up the lady was there she made sure I go in the car safe. After my surgery the dentist call me to check on me. I had an amazing experience with this office. I will be back to get my other wisdom tooth pulled.

Staff here is very friendly and accommodating! I went here and got my wisdom teeth removed. I was very nervous and the staff and doctors put my worry at ease. I had little to no pain after the surgery and recovered just fine. Went for my follow up appointment and was in and out. The staff will help answer any questions you have & are very accommodating with working with your schedule!! I would recommend this place to anyone & everyone!!

This being my first surgery I was incredibly nervous about having all four of my wisdom teeth extracted. As soon as I walked in, I was immediately impressed by the cleanliness of the office and comforted by his friendly staff.  I had a slightly complex procedure and Dr. Bachoura was extremely patient in explaining to me what he would be doing during the surgery as well as how my post operation would go. Due to one of my teeth being so close to a nerve during extraction, I was asked to come back for several post op appointments. I went to all of them and am as good as new. To have the pain that I was experiencing before having my teeth removed completely gone is such a relief. I could not have asked for a better doctor to take care of my procedure. Dr. Bachoura is kind, comforting and very adept in his field. I’ve already recommended him to a friend, and would recommend him to anyone else who needs a great oral surgeon.

Dr.Bachoura and his staff were great. From my first visit to the end. I would highly recommend him to anyone. There was even a mix up with my insurance and they took the time to make it right and keep me satisfied. The office manager Amanda was very helpful and nice. They are all so caring. THANK YOU once again to Dr.Bachoura and all your staff.

Dr. B and his staff (especially Amy and Kellie, who were able to fit me in the same day) are so wonderful, caring and professional. I need to mention that Veronica was great as well and Maritza was very understanding and patient. Everyone made me feel completely comfortable. I’ve had 3 extractions and never had any problems. I will always recommend them without an ounce of doubt. Y’all are all awesome.

On 5-11-21 I had to be treated at your facility for an emergency tooth extraction. This emergency was caused by another dental location in the Cypress area. Your team was awesome and I already know this cause this is where my family normally goes. I should of known better but I thought going to an oral surgeon was overkill for a tooth and I was soooo wrong. My dental experience I went thru with you guys gets me emotional as I think about it now. I have been a Police Officer for 32 years and know what customer should be and is. During the current times Police have not been looked at in a positive manner and you treated me which first class service and treatment and I thank you and your entire team for that. You also checked on me later in the evening to make sure I was ok, you provided me with a care package with instructions to follow regarding my extraction and made me feel like my care mattered. None of these aftercare actions were provided to me by the other dental faculty and they told me to come back to them on Monday only after working an infected tooth for over 2hrs. You all are the heroes that should be recognized for being the caring professionals y’all are. Your team rocked it and I will never forget how you made me feel.
