The nurse that took care of me I forgot her name but she had blond hair and glasses, she was so friendly and nice. she informed me about flossing and doing my tongue. I appreciate her letting me know. everyone there even at the front desk are very helpful and nice and really take the time into making sure you have a comfortable experience. another nurse even complimented me on how good I smelled which was nice!

D2 Dental Associates in Malden, Mass. is efficient, professional and friendly. Notifications to confirm your appointment arrive via email or text. Parking validation is offered if you use the parking garage on Centre Street. My appointments are always on time, and the office is modern, clean and welcoming. The staff is incredibly friendly and empathetic. Netflix, along with Bose headphones, were offered to me during a recent procedure. I was able to select whatever I wanted to watch. I’m not sure if this is par for the course now, but it was a really nice touch to help take my mind off the visit. I’d highly recommend them for the upkeep of your mouth and smile.

Today was my first time at D2 Dental and I couldn’t be happier about my experience. The staff is so welcoming and professional. Everyone made sure to explain everything they were doing. Taylor did my cleaning and then took the time to explain the X-rays and scans. Then Dr. Dave came in after the cleaning and checked everything once more. They were able to fix little inconveniences left behind by other dentists/dental procedures as well as prevent the need for a deep cleaning. Love it here; I’ve found my new dental office!

I have been averse to going to the dentist my entire life but D2 changed that around to the point that I have no negative feelings when I know an appointment is coming up. D2 is the personification of quality dental care. I’ve never felt more relaxed in any medical setting as I do when going to D2. They have extremely friendly and knowledgeable staff, highly skilled dentists, and being able to watch Netflix while being seen is just an added bonus. Far and away the best dentist office I’ve ever visited. Even my indelible scepticism of all medical professions was laid at ease under the skilled and caring hands of these doctors. They are patiently atune to your personal needs and eccentricities. Doctor Daria especially treated my family like friends from our first visit. The office is clean and features a complimentary water cooler with regular AND sparkling water. The office is warm and inviting and the free waters dont hurt either! Another big positive for me is that they validate parking at a nearby garage and they are easily accessible from the orange line. Super skilled dentists & hygienists. Cleanings are PAINLESS and THOUROUGH! (Usually it’s one or the other, but not here). Hygienists take their time and are as gentle as can be. I really appreciate that. I also appreciate not being scolded for “not flossing enough”. ( because let’s get real, who does?) It’s nice to not be judged but instead, gently reminded to close daily. The dentist is really skilled and pays great attention to esthetics. I’ve been to about a dozen+ dental offices throughout my life, and this one is definately as good as it gets! Thanks D2!

I just recently moved to Boston and was in need of a new dentist. D2’s wonderful reviews sparked my interest and I decided to give them a call. I have a pretty tough schedule as I am a full time student, but they were easily able to accommodate my needs. The appointment itself was easy, painless, and informative! The hygienist and dentist were very thorough and took time to explain and answer all of my questions (I am in the healthcare field myself, so I really appreciated the time and effort they put into my appointment). The office itself is clean and very high tech! I loved being able to see both x-rays AND photos of my teeth! Both of the front desk staff were very helpful as well! I was able to schedule my next appointment and review my treatment plan clearly and efficiently. I’m so glad I found D2! Would recommend them to anyone!

This office is really modern and nice. Botquie feel without the botique price tag. Love the Peligrino water while you wait. The dentist was thorough and as gentle as one can be. I’m extremely picky about my doctors. I really like how the front desk gives you an estimate for EVERYTHING before they do the procedure, which makes things easier without the “surprise bill” at the end. And the plus side is that the estimate is Keats spot on! My son comes here too. 5*s for sure !

First impressions are everything, and my first impression of D2 Dental when I opened the door was; wow, how clean and friendly everyone was. The waiting area was very neat and cleanly, and you get a complimentary San Pellegrino. All of the staff was very helpful, kind and professional. When I was taken in to be seated, as I was walking by you can see that all of the equipment was state of the art, up to date and new. Therefore you know you are getting the best you possibly could. When Dr. Hornung came in, he was very friendly. Once finding out that I was a little afraid of the dentist, he was full of humor. Trying to make me laugh and feel better about being there. In my opinion this was a great way of making a patient feel comfortable and lighten up. He explained everything that was going to happen next. While I was sitting there waiting, they had me watching Netflix. That was pretty awesome to be able to be distracted by a movie/TV show. Over all my experience at D2 Dental was fantastic. I will recommend anyone over to D2 Dental for Dr. Hornung! It is by far the best you could get when it comes to cleanliness, friendliness, and having the best dentist.

I have found my dentist. I am very picky when it comes to healthcare providers. I have had some horrible experiences in the past to justify my skepticism. Well this place is amazing. I felt comfortable immediately after walking in. The office is bright and has a lot of windows and a very inviting feel. The staff was friendly. The doctor was personable, explained everything, showed me pictures and really educated me. All I can say is WOW.
