Dr. Rafiq is a very great Dentist. He takes his time when dealing with uou. Alos he answers any questions or concerns. I am always in there for less than an hour, unless there is a medical procedure done to my kid. We love Octavia she always has a smile on her face. The ladies in the front too are very nice. One time I had concerns after a medical procedure and asked to bring my son to be seen by the dentist they squeezed an appointment for me and I appreciate that alot. I have been taking my kids here since they started getting teeth, (5 yr old & 8 month old) honestly I wouldn’t think of taking them anywhere else! I love the ladies up front, the assistants and the doctors are more then superior, as my 5 year old thinks it’s the end of the world, when it comes to his mouth! I first went to Daily Smiles in September or October when an old filing fell out and needed to see a dentist ASAP for help. Since Daily Smiles offered emergency services and were open a bit later than others, I gave them a call. They fit me in even though I was going to show up five minutes after their last appointment slot. From there, Dr. Rafiq has worked with me to make my teeth beautiful! I’ve told him that I’ve had some horrible experiences, which led to me not seeking treatment for quite some time. We broke my treatments into a few appointments to be less stressful and more affordable. Each time, he and the staff have been the most kind and courteous people, they’ve answered every question, they’ve worked with me if I need to reschedule, and today, I walked out in tears because for the first time in over a decade, I feel like I can smile with my whole mouth and not be embarrassed by my teeth.

My husband and I went together to see Dr. Rafiq. We are so happy this is where we decided to go! It was my first time to the dentist in years and my husband’s first experience in the USA as he moved here from another country. We were so pleased! Everyone was super friendly, from the receptionist to the hygienist to the doctor, we have no complaints. My cleaning was fast and my husband got four cavities fixed right then and there as well as stains removed. It was truly remarkable that we were able to get that all done so easily and pain free. My filling was small so it only took about 15 minutes. They discussed my options with me beforehand so I felt good about my decision. I went ahead and just got it filled during my routine appointment. No complaints on behalf of the staff. The wait time was a bit long but I did come in the afternoon closer to closing. I was also scheduled within a few days of calling to set an appointment so I see this office as accommodating. I’ll keep this dentist!

This has been my son’s dentist since he got his first few teeth (6 months old) and he’s now 3, we are now also bringing our other son (10 months). The staff is very friendly and professional and the actual dentist is knowledgeable and take the time to explain everything in detail. They have a play area that my son loves and there have never been a long wait to see the dentist which is a major plus! A WORD FROM YOUR DOCTOR

Dr Rafiq started his studies at the University of British Columbia then continued to pursue his Doctor of Dental Surgery at the University of Southern California School of Dentistry. He has practiced dentistry for over 10 years and is certified in Level 2 sedations, Orthodontics and Invisalign. He is constantly learning and improving his patient’s experience with up to date procedures and techniques to give the best quality outcomes. His ultimate goal which each patient is to find a solution that can help give the patient the oral care and smiles they want. Dr Rafiq grew up in Port Moody, British Columbia, Canada. He has two amazing kids that help keep his energy levels through the roof. When he is not at the clinic, he is usually out around the city with his kids. Dr Rafiq loves fitness and exercising mainly to allow the ability to go indulge is delicious foods and deserts. He loves to cook and try new restaurants. Fun fact about Dr Rafiq, he and his kids have swum with Dolphins.
