I came in this week to get my teeth cleaned and what a terrific experience. Karen was my hygienist and she was outstanding. She was very gentle with me. Dr. Allen is the best. He is so friendly and professional. I adore the whole office staff. They are the sweetest. It was very easy to make an appointment. I appreciate the excellent customer service and your consideration towards your patients. Exceptional job. This is one of the best dentists I have been to in my life. They make going in easy and enjoyable.

Dr Allen has been my dentist for over 20 years, I actually look forward to my appointments! The staff is wonderful. The equipment is state of the art. One thing that I really appreciate is that when they are actually working on my teeth they don’t try to have a conversation! That may sound silly but it’s a little difficult to respond with your mouth open. I would not hesitate to recommend this dental practice to anyone looking for a good experience at the dentist.

Just moved to Alabama and had lost a filling so I needed to see a dentist quick! Dr Allen was recommended to me by my realtor. I have had a lot of work done in the past and have pretty severe anxiety when it comes to visiting the dentist. Dr Allen and his fantastic staff totally understood my anxiety and made me feel at ease. I was able to get in quickly, and Dr Allen was very informative giving me many options for my treatment. All of my questions have always been answered thoroughly, my needs addressed quickly, and my visits have been pain free. So thankful to have found such a skilled dentist with such friendly and welcoming staff.

I have been going to Dr. Allen for about 5 or 6 years. He is very friendly and professional, as is the whole staff. I’ve never had to wait more than a few minutes. I’ve been in several doctors offices throughout this pandemic and Dr. Allen’s office seems to take the most precautions by far. There is no waiting in the waiting room, you wait in your car until your room is ready. They then meet you at the door and take your temperature and walk you straight back to your room. After your appointment, they check the halls to make sure no one else is coming in or out before they walk you back to the door. In these crazy times, these extra precautions are comforting to me. All in all , a great doctor and staff who are friendly and efficient and the office as well as bathroom etc are very clean.

I asked the staff if there was a way I could write a review after my visit last week when I had a cleaning and a dental repair and was told to go to Google. I have been a patient of Dr. Allen since 1996. I have never considered leaving his practice for several reasons. His staff is family oriented…a number of employees well over 20 years on his staff. Everyone that works in his office are highly trained employees in their field, friendly, compassionate about their work, extremely happy/grateful to work in the office, and dedicate to taking care of everyone that walks through their door for care….patients are treated like family. Dr. Allen uses the latest technology for any type of dental service..whether it is cleanings, xrays, or a dental repair….top of the line supplies…never cuts corners at the cost of the patient’s care. There are a number of dentists in Huntsville/Madison that say they can offer superior care. Dr. Allen backs it up. He has had his office open for over 25 years and has a very high rate of return patients….even with constant dental care insurance changes. I have never been disappointed with a cleaning or filling….always 100 percent satisfied and confident my treatment was professionally administered. I get offers in the mail all the time from new dentists…new dental offices are opening up all the time and never once considered calling to ask about their promotional offering. Dr. Allen is solid and so is his staff. Thank you Dr. Allen and your staff for always taking care of me and my family for years. You are all top notch and without a doubt dedicated to each other and your patients.
