I’ve been afraid of the dentist as long as I can remember. It had been a very long time since I had been for a check-up. Developed a toothache so I finally had to go to one. I thought of Dr Dale because of a mailed advertisement I had received, and scheduled the appointment because many friends on Facebook agreed that he was wonderful. My friends were soooooo right! My initial visit a few weeks ago was the most thorough I have EVER had and everyone was so kind and put me at ease. Due to my own neglect I needed a deep root cleaning. I had the first half of it done today. I was super nervous. Now that the numbness is worn off I can tell you there was nothing to be nervous about! Other than a little tenderness where I got the shot I feel great! I have the other half scheduled for next week and I’m not scared anymore! Roxie is handling my sessions and she is a fantastic hygeniest, she was super patient and very nice. Thank you to Dr Dale and everyone at Dale Family Dentistry, you guys are great!!!!

This is a state of the art facility . It is clean , efficient , and the staff are extremely friendly . I was nervous going into it, as I am with any dental procedure , but the staff and Dentist made me feel calm and were patient and thorough when answering my many questions . They were also very transparent about the cost of the procedure , and gave me different options to fit my budget

My son’s baby tooth had a crown on it. It was loose from the permanent tooth growing in. My son was in pain and the crown was cutting his gum at 7pm on Thursday. Thankfully they were in the office. Dr. Dale pulled his tooth immediately. This is the best dentist I’ve been to in years. The staff here are also amazing with children and cry baby adults like myself!

This was my first dental appointment in about 15 yrs and the very first visit for my 22 month old child. I was referred here by a family member and very happy that I was. The staff is very friendly and professional and the extra time and patience they showed with my daughter was very comforting. I received the same care and patience and since it had been a while since I had been to a dentist they made sure I knew exactly what they were doing and that I was comfortable throughout. I would definitely recommend them to anyone looking for a new dental care provider.

I’ve been going to Dr. Dale for years and he is THE BEST dentist I’ve ever had! I wouldn’t trust anyone else with my dental needs. Yesterday 3-20-2019 I had an extreme toothache that was absolutely killing me, not only did they find a way to squeeze me in everybody including Dr. Dale was so very sweet about the entire thing ( when I say bad toothache, I was bawling in the office). They deserve so much more then just this review but anything I can do to compliment their professionalism and the way this office does business, I will do it in a heartbeat : )

I LOVE this place! A beautiful facility with even more beautiful people. The staff is quite knowledgeable and treats you like a person not just a client! Dr. Dale is personable and answers all my questions; I never feel rushed. They are always on time and offer accommodating hours. At the end of your visit, the waiting room has coffee, drinks, fruit, and snacks available. I can honestly say it’s a joy to go!!

I am the “CHICKEN of all chickens” when it comes to going to the doctor or dentist. I have been going to Dr. Dale for quite a while now (decades). He is well-trained now, if I do say so, and I trust him completely! But . . this is not about him, but rather his recently acquired associate, Dr. Chad Canal, who I met quite unexpectedly yesterday, on April 18, 2018. I had a toothache the prior night and was in major trauma when I called in the morning to find that Dr. Dale was off that day. I seriously considered waiting for his return, but . . . the tooth HURT! So quite reluctantly I agreed to come in to meet and see Dr. Canal for the first time. While he seemed to be a nice fellow, I was met with further trauma when he proclaimed that the tooth in question had reached the point that the most appropriate thing to do was to pull it. Again, reluctantly, I agreed. I am typing this review the following afternoon, and I must say . . . WOW! What a “keeper” Dr. Canal is! ! ! I love the man! He is very compassionate, thorough in describing the problem, appropriate choices of procedures and possible outcomes, etc., etc., etc., and . . . NO PAIN ! ZERO ! ! A Chicken’s Dream Come True! So . . .Watch out, Dr. Dale! He might just give you a “run for your money” and try to take away your title of “America’s BEST Dentist Ever”! ! ! – Dave Flotron

Absolutely wonderful service!!! Not only is the staff lovely and very sweet, but they’re also very conscientious of any pain you may be having. I went the other day my hygienist, her name was Morgan, was very careful about avoiding my sore teeth as I had had my braces adjusted just a few days before. She shared stories and made me feel very comfortable even despite the discomfort in my mouth. 100% best dentist I’ve been to!!

Staff, facility and service are all of the highest quality. As a new patient, I received a complete adult cleaning, at no charge, very thorough diagnostic X-rays and an estimate on needed work. While waiting for my appointment, I was offered a choice of beverages and treats and was able to relax in a comfortable and well appointed waiting area. I have scheduled my next cleaning appointment and will be returning for additional services in the meantime and as they have Saturday office hours, I won’t have to miss work to do it. Words cannot describe the joy in my heart right now. Many people, myself included, only write a review when they feel that they have been done wrong. I am guilty of that. I have been a patient at Dale Family Dentistry for over three years. Dr. Dale has a gentle touch and a caring demeanor, his entire staff is warm and welcoming. I had just switched to a new insurance company because of changing jobs, a company that offered Guardian Insurance. Unknown to myself and the Dentistry, because they had just started accepting Guardian, there is a one year waiting period before they will pay for crowns. The insurance company rejected the claim because my policy was less than a year old. The finance people at the Dentistry submitted an appeal on my part, but unfortunately the appeal was denied. Rather than make a big fuss because the people there had never treated me poorly, I paid the bill, cancelled my future appointments, and wrote a bad review. No more that two hours later, they called, apologized over and over, and made the situation more than right! It’s not only the fact that they made it right, it’s the fact that they cared enough to do so, even if they lost my business. It’s hard enough to find a dentist that you like, but to find one who cares as much as everyone at Dale Family Dentistry is amazing! Thank you to you all!
