Dr. Madsen saw my husband on a weekend to fix a bad tooth. He is also very kind with my nervous children. Everyone leaves happy weather it is a simple cleaning, filling or root canal. His staff is so easy to work with, they make the process of schduling for 7 people easy! I would recommend him to everyone.

Very pleased with Dr. Madsen and his staff. They are prompt, friendly, caring, and great with children and adults. I have had several cavities filled, 2 root canals, 4 veneers. I always receive compliments from others on how nice my teeth are (the veneers are on my 4 front teeth). Dr. Madsen is attentive and always willing to answer my questions and talk with me about all of my dental options- he genuinely cares. I love that he is open in the evening (after 5pm) and on some Saturdays so that I can make an appointment after work or on the weekend. I would recommend him to anyone and everyone.

One of my front teeth chipped and i needed to get in to see a dentist right away. I was very fortunate that Dr. Madsen’s office is open one Saturday a month and that happened to be the Saturday i needed a dentist! Dr. Madsen and his team were all very professional, I felt at ease the whole time i was there. The prices were very reasonable. I am well pleased with the service i received. Dr. Madsen and both the assistants who I have seen are all very nice & easy going, which is good when you’re somewhere you don’t want to be in the first place. No waiting for any of the appointments I’ve had. Both my son and I have seen Dr. Madsen, and don’t have anything bad to say. He was very gentle during procedures, and patient with my son. I also love that they worked with me, as I am without dental insurance, and have to pay cash for all visits. Nobody loves visiting the dentist, but you definitely shouldn’t hate it, and I don’t hate going here. 😉

Great Job as Dentist, don’t know why the other reviewer was complaining? Great workup, I have been to 5 other dentists and he is the best. Knowledgeable, soft touch, expertise is top notch. Pricing was great, the insurance covered 80%, I had three fillings, whitening, and a veneer done. This is the second veneer I have received, the color match was better than my previous dentist who charged me more. I would highly recommend him to anybody and everybody.

I REALLY appreciate that every time I go into Dr. Madsen’s office they are ready for me. It is rare if I ever wait more than a minute or two. Feeling desperate and unhappy about new dentures I had just received from a dentist covered by our insurance, I saw Dr. Dale W. Madsen, as an uninsured, private-pay patient, for the first time in 2009. I told him that the awkward fit of my new dentures gave me a lopsided smile very unlike my natural smile. The color of the dentures bothered me, too. After asking me a lot of questions and doing his thorough exam, Dr. Madsen accepted me as his patient. With the new dentures he devised, he corrected the flaws of the others. I had my natural smile back, too! Some years later, depleted bone density in my lower jaw mandated dental implants to hold the lower denture in place. Dr. Madsen, working in really iffy conditions, engineered all four of the implants perfectly. I call them my “social security.” Returning to Dr. Madsen’s office for checkups is a treat because of Angela, his friendly, efficient front-desk receptionist and Maria, his pleasant, skilled chair-side assistant.

I have had intense mouth pain due to a combo of sciatic nerve damage being inflamed by my 2nd covered vaccination which affected build-up of tartar in my gum line. The denstist I’d used for 2 and a 1/2 years couldn’t get me and any sooner than 10 days and then I randomly found this place through my insurance company, and they were able to take me 20 minutes before they closed the same day I called them! Transferring my customer file from my previous dentists to these guys because not only did they help me immediately because I was in pain, but they also are open after 5:00 p.m. teo days a week and an occasional Saturday, which is unheard of in this area! I was taken immediately upon arrival and I was out in about 20 minutes. They were kind, sweet, and compassionate. I would recommend them to anybody!

Best dental practice I’ve ever been to! I would leave six stars if I could. Dr. Madsen, Maria, and Aaron are wonderful and professional individuals. It is a very friendly and clean office. Loved my visit here. That says A LOT coming from someone like me, who had many traumatic dental experiences growing up. The fear and anxiety I feel at just the thought of going to the dentist is overwhelming, to say the least. I had a wonderful dentist in Paradise for many years, but, unfortunately for me, he relocated out of state after the Camp Fire. It took me almost a year and a half to schedule an appointment with Dr Madsen (even though my previous dentist had highly recommended him, knowing and keeping in mind my very fragile state when it came to dentistry). Well, I had my first appointment today, and guess what… I lived to tell about it! The office is small and quaint, the staff is very friendly, and Dr. Madsen has a gentleness and calmness about him- all of which were the perfect combination for a girl like me! I will definitely be going back!

I have been going to Dr. Madsen for many years. I like going to him because he is up to date in all of his procedures. He is very gentle when he gives me Novacaine shots. He doesn’t rush them and that makes them go over easier. I hate shots and he knows it so he is extra careful. Everyone says he is nice. He is. His staff is also great and have been with him along time which shows me he is a good boss. They are all very efficient and work as a professional team. He has a new chair set up in one of the rooms that I got to use today. It looks like a space ship. My son in his late thirties still goes to him. We both would recommend him to anyone we know.
