Dr. Berland (retired) and now Dr Allen are the best prosthodontists around! Both have repaired my 22-year old porcelain crowns to perfection when other dentists would have replaced them. I was out of state just before Christmas when one of the crowns chipped off. I was referred to the “best dentist in the world” who did a very sloppy job repairing it, charged me a lot of money and told me it would last 5 years. It lasted 5 weeks. Dr. Allen worked me in and made a beautiful repair and for much less than the sloppy dentist did. Dr Allen explained why the crown chipped and talked with me on the decision-tree necessary to replacing it. Dr Allen is a perfectionist and knows what she is doing. And, the office staff has always been the most caring and friendliest of any!

Let me start with a little background. I am 40 years old and up until a few years ago, had beautiful perfect teeth . Due to prolonged orthodontic care as a teenager, I have severe root resorption in my 4 front teeth which will lead to the loss of the teeth. Vanity is important to me as it is most and I cannot tell you how many dentist and cosmetic specialists I have seen over the years that never made me feel confident in their work. From reception, dental assistant, Dr.Margolin, and Dr. Allen, EVERY staff member was incredibly understanding and gave me the best patient care I have ever received. I felt immediately confident in their treatment plan and the fear subsided. Not to mention how excited I am for the first time in years to complete the restoration of my smile! If you are looking for a great dentist or need cosmetic dentistry, I cannot recommend Dallas Dental Arts enough. If you are looking for the best of the best…..this is the go to for a gorgeous smile!

I went in to see Dr. Allen for a pain caused from what I thought was a bad filling. After a couple of x-rays they took a couple more for good measure and then completed the examination and diagnosis. There tooth had a fracture and the filling needed to be redone. Dr. Allen and her staff replaced the old filling and repaired the fracture the same day. I very much appreciated her attention to detail from the diagnosis to the shaping of my new filling. I will be a customer for life.

I love Dr. Allen and the whole Dallas Dental Arts staff! I love them so much that I am willing to drive 45 minutes one way, in light traffic, for the quality of care they provide. I have had several poor experiences at other dentists through the years and Dr. Allen and staff have put my fears at ease, making me feel comfortable enough to no longer neglect my dental health.

The most professional staff, and best equipped modern dental office. Dr. Allen is the most artistic person and very detailed in attending to any of my dental needs. Dr. Allen, and her staff aspire to the highest standards in the industry. Christine, a dental hygienist made my cleaning experience the most pleasant one. I would highly recommend Dr. Allen, and her staff to everyone for their dental needs in a bought spectrum of the profession. The office by itself has a great location with a view. I recently relocated to Dallas and needed to find a reliable and trustworthy dentist-Dr. Allen is that dentist! I had a cleaning with Ashley, who was bubbly, energetic, but also incredibly detail oriented and gentle. Dr. Allen came in once I was sparkling clean and discussed past dental treatment I had done, as well as areas of concern. All in all, it was an amazing and easy experience. I will definitely be back-Thank you!!!

Dr. Allen replaced an old/cracked crown and an old/cracked implant. The experience was painless and even quite pleasant. More importantly, she knows what she is doing and doing it old school, taking the time to make everything perfect so no discomfort after the initial removal or the final placement. Also, like I said, everybody is so nice, they make you feel right at home. Also, don’t try to whiten your teeth by yourself. I emailed Dr. Allen a picture of my once upon a time pink robe that is now a goner because it’s charcoal stained.

5 Stars I have been going there for 30 years, Dr Berland retired a few ago and I was really concerned about switching Dentist, The whole Transition was so smooth! And all the work I had done from Dr Berland had lasted almost 30 years! So I had to have my Bridge replaced and Dr Allen and team has went above and beyond! And Dr Margolin has been working on me for years and I can’t say enough good things about the whole team!! It starting when u walk in the front door! Kimberly makes u forget you are in a Dentist Office! Everyone there is so Positive and Upbeat! Kristin started cleaning my teeth for 29 years ago, She is the Best! I look forward to going and getting them cleaned!! Matter of fact I look forward to going to see everyone at that office!! I had My upper wisdom teeth removed and a molar so Dr Margolin could do a implant! Dr Allen assistant Jennifer stays with me the whole time and makes me feel so comfortable!! I can’t say enough good things about Dr Allen and her whole Team! Simply The Best!! I live 95 miles away from their office and It does take a while to go there but it is worth every minute!! I want to Thank each and every one of y’all!! Can’t wait until the next time!!

Very clean, germ free office. Beautiful staff and gorgeous doctor make it a magnificent experience. She’s not only good-looking, she knows exactly what she’s doing and how to do it well. The equipment is state of the art and everybody knows their job to perfection and performs flawlessly. It was a delightful experience and completely comfortable from start to finish. If you do not go to this doctor, stop right now and make an appointment. You don’t know what you are missing. People are coming from all the surrounding states to be treated by this wonderful dentist.

Dr. Allen is amazing— each patient is treated based on their individual needs and she truly has her heart in this business. Highly recommend and if she is out of network for your insurance and your insurance allows for out of network providers, her team is highly effective at navigating all of the insurance needs on your behalf, so you simply wait for your reimbursement checks. All around love going to her office and chatting with her each time. She goes to great lengths for any and all of her patients, and follows up with anything you request or discuss same day. You do not have to question whether or not something she discussed will be seen through to the end. Being from a small town outside of the state and seeking a dentist in the city that did not feel as such, Dr. Allen exceeds all expectations!

I am so grateful and lucky that I visited Dr Allen for 2 major dental procedures requiring a tooth implant and 2 crowns. In all my life I can say with all honesty that this is the best dental office I came in contact with. They use stay of the art procedures and equipment, I was comfortable all the time, and the results have been impressive. I wish my family and I had known Dr. Allen many years ago. The team at Dallas Dental Arts goes out of their way to make you know they care about you as the patient. It is a comfortable office with convenient reserved parking. Everyone is professional, experienced, and kind. I’ve been going here since 1990 and I would never look anywhere else for a dental office!
