I want to thank Dallas Dental Specialists for taking good care of me each and every time I visited their office.  I’m usually a nervous wreck at the dental office, but with the laughing gas and a team of people that really care about me, I was able to battle through my dental issues. They did a wonderful job on my crowns, and I am now smiling with more confidence once again.

Awesome Awesome Awesome!! Dr Corbin and his staff were AWESOME! I have been putting off going to the dentist for some time and Dr. Corbin finally talked me into coming into his office to have my wisdom teeth removed. Although I was very nervous Dr Corbin and his staff put my nerves at ease and did a fabulous job! I highly recommend him and his staff and will always return to him for any of mine and my families dental needs!

I went in today for a deep cleaning with Kim and Dr.Corbin Milenbaugh. My overall experience was amazing! From the moment I walked in they have a very welcoming personnel who acknowledges every patient that walks in with a warm smile. Dr. Milenbaugh was so sweet and carried a smile that assures you you’re in good hands. Deep cleanings are uncomfortable, and a bit painful at times. While doing my cleaning Kim took me inconsideration by making sure I felt no discomfort/pain (very important). Thank you guy my teeth appreciate you all!

I visited for the first time with a Living Social deal, since I hadn’t visited a dentist in forever. The office is very clean, and the reception area is spacious and stylish. There is water, fruit juice, soda, and coffee to sip on while you wait. Everyone in the office was very sweet and wanted to make sure I understood everything and felt comfortable. The assistant even offered to play the Pandora station of my choice while I was getting my work done. I’ve had previous bad experiences with other dentists being too rough, but this one was able to clean up everything while making me completely comfortable. He was gentle, and if you feel uneasy at any moment you can let him know and he will move to a less sensitive spot. The prices are very reasonable. In fact, if you don’t have insurance, they bump off 25% off the original price. I highly recommend this office!

I have never written a yelp review, but I just had to sign up to tell everyone about Dallas Dental Specialists!   I agree that most people don’t like going to the dentist, but I think I am as extreme as it gets when it comes to not going. After years of neglect on my part I finally had Dr Milenbaugh began  my treatment. I’ve had everything possible done to my mouth I think. From scaling, extractions, fillings, root canals, crowns and partials I’m pain free.   What a blessing Dr Milenbaugh, Cynthia and Dawn have been in rebuilding my mouth.  I can finally be pain free with a mouth I am PROUD of. Dr Millenbaugh is fantastic.  I have had my teeth cleaned and gotten two crowns done there and it was a very pleasant experience.  The staff is first class and I have had no problems with any dental work.  Couldn’t be happier, and I highly recommend them.  If you want excellent dental work, and beautifully clean teeth, this is where you need to go. Five Stars *****!!

Just had my second of two appointments at Dallas Dental Specialists. Frankly, it was the best experience that I have had with hygentists/oral surgeons/orthodonsits/dentists. Purchased an affordable groupon and was able to book an appointment almost within 2-3 weeks. That’s unheard of if you consider the big name dentists up the Tollroad in the traditional old guard of the Dallas dental practices. Last week when I had my teeth cleaned it a very pleasant experience. I was greeted by friendly and courtesous professionals, waited no longer than 10 minutes, and yes, even got to choose my music on pandora. at check-out, i was pleasantly surprised by the affordable prices. They will work with you, people so do not be intimidated by not having dental insurance! Today prior to the cavity filling, I was able to score another free toothbrush (they had already obliged me with two last week) and hold the hygentist’s hand during cavity drill time. All in all, I paid about $200 total between the groupon, teeth cleaning, x-rays (mine had not been done in years), and one cavity. The only cumbersome thing about this practice is pronouncing Dr Milenbaugh’s name…especially with metal devices or hands in your mouth 🙂 Oh, and here is a secret. If you are sensitive to the floss-shame issue then you have found the practice. no need to pull string between your teeth more than a couple times per week.

Dr. Milenbaugh changed my life forever. Ive been going to him for a few years now and he and his staff have always been friendly and treated me with the utmost respect. My teeth have been a problem for me my entire life and now thanks to Dr. Milenbaugh i am a totally different person. Its been a long process but in the end thanks to his dedication to his craft i am now a new man. Words cant describe how different i now feel about myself. I will forever be grateful to him. Thank you Dr. Milenbaugh.

What can I say about this office? I cracked a crown today, on a potato chip no less, and Dr. Milenbaugh was kind enough to squeeze me into his schedule! He smoothed the porcelain so that I could wait until I had an afternoon to fully schedule a time with him to have a new crown made. He even went as far as to smooth the sharp edges on the tooth behind the cracked crown. This office is like a dream… clean, professional, kind and down to earth! From the moment I walked in, I felt completely at ease and in fully capable hands. I would highly recommend this office to anyone AND everyone! Thank you, Dr. Milenbaugh!
