Best dentist ever! Unfortunately had to stop going to Dr. Rizzo as my job changed and the office does not accept my Aetna insurance. Today I went to my current dental office because a cap fell off my front tooth. The dentist said and I quote “who did the work on this root canal and cap? It is the most exquisite work I ever saw.” He went on to say that he normally would never comment on another dentist’s work, but he just had to ask me who my former dentist was, as he was SO impressed with the excellent work! He was not telling me anything I already didn’t know! It made me feel great for Dr. Rizzo but sad at the same time that I can no longer go to this office what with my current crappy insurance and all. People think I’m crazy but I always say if I win the lottery, the first thing I am doing is going back to Dr. Rizzo! LOL.

My daughter used to have Dr. Rizzo as her dentist when he worked at Butler Pike Dentistry in Plymouth-Whitemarsh. When we learned he opened his OWN practice in Andorra, we switched immediately. I loved the way he explained everything that was going on with my daughter’s treatment – so much so that I started having my dental work there. This guy is definitely on the leading edge of dentistry, and we are so glad we found him (again)!

I have been working for Dr. Rizzo and the previous dentist for over 30 yrs I have to say I love where I work! I love my co-workers! Alissa is the hygienist and no doubt the best hygienist out there. We treat everyone and I mean everyone like they are family. Dr. Rizzo is smart, funny, and very charismatic. Once you come to our office you’ll ask yourself why haven’t come to this office sooner!

The best and most thorough teeth cleaning I have ever had 🙂 And Dr. Rizzo is a delight of a person. You can tell he really loves his job and it shines through. I’ve always been hesitant about going to the dentist, but as one reviewer pointed out, I’m almost looking forward to going back. Excellent service and knowledgable staff. Pleasantly surprised.

I’ve never been one for going to the dentist. Actually, I dread it! After sub-par experiences with dentists outside of Philly, I was apprehensive about finding a dentist after moving to the Manayunk/Roxborough area. I’m glad I chose Dr. Rizzo’s office. The doctor and his staff are intelligent, patient, witty, and incredibly helpful. It’s almost a shame that I won’t see them again for another six months! 🙂 Dr. Rizzo makes going to get dental work an enjoyable experience!

Doc Rizzo has taken care of my teeth since 2012. Not only are my teeth clean and strong, but my experience is always positive…and FUN! Alissa always THOROUGHLY cleans my teeth, and they’re always shining white and bright when I leave. Plenty of great magazines in the bright and clean office, but I always opt to talk to Beth at the front desk, who always greets me with a smile and keeps my schedule for visits on track. Wouldn’t go anywhere else, and same for my family and friends. P.S.- make sure to give Henry plenty of pets during your visit.

Dr. Rizzo and his staff are excellent! He is very good at explaining treatment options and really provides top notch care. His office is right on Ridge Ave near Andorra shopping center. He teaches at Temple Dental School part time so you can be sure his techniques are cutting edge. His office is state of the art and the staff are very welcoming. Best dentist in town!!!
