I’ve been in and out of many dental chairs in my sixty years; done just about everything you can do to one’s teeth, even fell asleep during a root canal once. So, when I felt the pain of an abscessed tooth, I knew the drill (no pun intended) and found Dr. Davis. What a joy to work with. Great staff, nice office, got me into his chair within an hour after I called and scheduled my next appointment for day after tomorrow. I didn’t think it was possible for any dentist nowadays to make appointments so soon. Very gentle, very knowledgeable and like one other reviewer wrote “no nonsense.” To top it all, he discounted his examination and x-ray because I don’t have dental insurance. I should have found this guy years ago. Five stars!

I have been a patient of Dr. Davis since 2010. I used to work at 12th st and Osborn so I searched on Google maps, close to work, and found Dr. Davis. I chose him for the proximity and I am very glad I did. He is fun and friendly, and has an impeccable bedside manner (or chairside manner). I got a gum infection a few months ago and was not able to make it in to his office before close that day. Dr davis and his staff stayed almost an hour late to see me and get me my prescriptions that day. This place epitomizes Family dentistry. I highly recommend him to anyone looking for a dentist.

I’m usually one of those people who don’t care too much what doctor or dentist I see… I usually feel they’re all kind of the same but this office is out of this world. Super kind, accommodating, smart, honest, dedicated… I recently moved back to Phoenix, I hadn’t been to this office in nearly a decade, they remembered me, stuff about me, all sorts of details.

It’s great and important to note that Dr. Davis is an excellent dentist (validated by the dentist I had in Chicago who noticed the work on my teeth) but it’s also nice to have a dentist and a dentist office that you can tell are simply good people in general.

Switched to Dr. Davis last year- absolutely fantastic decision. My schedule is subject to change as a medical student and I was looking for a dentist who was not only flexible but also organized enough to give me a call 2 weeks before my appointment to make sure it would work, and offer me alternatives in case I was in a more inflexible med school rotation. Dr. Davis’ office is organized, friendly and efficient. Dr. Davis himself is very fun and easy to talk/listen to. He always does an incredibly thorough job with zero wait time. I have left his office within 30 minutes of my appointment time each visit and once in 15 minutes. If you have a dental problem (sore tooth, etc) Dr. Davis gives you a honest no-frills professional opinion which I really appreciate, and makes sure you’re taken care of. I highly recommend this dentist.

He is a gem! I have had his care for at least 25 years now! Yes, the most gentle dentist on the market! He has impeccable work ethic, and very dedicated to his profession. There is no one finer than Doctor Dar! I have always had great care from him–yeah, I am working at being a better flosser! That is important! If you don’t floss, you lose the pearls in your mouth! So, if anyone has need of great, gentle, and reasonably affordable care of the teeth and gums, give my good friend, Darwin Davis a call! He will be your dentist for LIFE!

Very happy I found this dentist. He is very skilled, gentle and efficient. I just got my wisdom teeth out there and it was done in under 30 minutes and healed up easy peasy. His staff is very friendly as well. He does all his own dental hygiene which seemed odd at 1st but I actually have come to like it best. Guess that makes things flow even faster. I have never had more than a 5 minute wait when I have gone in.

I neglected my teeth for many years and was scared to get seen… I finally gave in and couldn’t have picked a better dentist! He made me feel so comfortable and I can honestly say he cares! Funny, genuinely kind and amazing at what he does! My husband, kids and I are patients for life!

I went to three different dentists trying to find the best way to get my wisdom teeth extracted and deal with a possible root canal. Due to my mothers insistence I went to Dr. Davis and found out that I didn’t actually need a root canal (savings of about $500-$600), just a filling. Thank you Dr. Davis for being an honest person in the world of more money, and thank you to his staff who always make you feel welcome! You guys Rock!

Thankful and grateful I was referred to Dr. Dawson by my neighbor. It has been so many years since I had been to the dentist that I was terrified to go. The terror is now over. He and his team are wonderful and put me at ease right away. The are all down-to-earth, charming, witty and do an exceptional job. Plus, they do not price gouge. I have already referred two new patients and my first visit was yesterday. Love Dr. Davis and his wonderful team, so thankful and grateful for them.

Dr Darwin Davis, has been my dentist for almost 20 years. I now live in maine but save all my dentist needs for when i come to visit my family here in phx. They also use Dr. Davis services  for their dental needs. This also includes my son in laws mother from London England. He and his entire staff are warm and professional and truly care for the patients needs and concerns.I recommend him to all my friends who live here and also to you. if you desire  excellent, efficient and professional service, this is the Dr. and staff for you.

I have been a patient for at least 16 years and I can tell you that you’ll never find a more professional ,caring ,down to earth and kind hearted dentist as Dr . Davis if you looked a million years ! He is the absolute best of the best. When my teeth hurt so bad I had to microwave anything cold include ice cream , he fixed my teeth . He has never turned me away when I needed help and has went above and beyond as my dentist. He is still is my dentist and the best at what he does. The staff are great and friendly and will work with your schedule as best as they can. Dr. Davis has always had a full schedule (that’s because he is great) but has always got me in immediately when I’ve had emergencies. I like Dr. Davis approach to any dental problem : fix it as soon as possible . I had a dentist charge me 2500 for one root canal of my tooth and failed to crown it and I lost it. Dr. Davis does the entire root canal on the same day and always protects the tooth with a temporary crown while you are waiting for the crown to be made. This minimizes any future issues with the root canal . Dr. Davis cares about his patients teeth and gum health. He is the most awesome dentist there is! And if you’re worried about pain from drilling etc. don’t be he addresses pain first thing so he can fix the problem etc. He truly is a miracle dentist. – Karen Nogle.

Best dentist and staff. We (husband, myself, and mini me) have been going to him for about 3 or 4 years now. He gave me a perfect root canal, referred a great place for my husband to go to get his wisdom teeth pulled, and filled some cavities for my daughter. She’s 4 and not scared at all when she goes 🙂 100% recommend!

I was extremely nervous about getting my first tooth pulled but Dr.Davis was very gentle, caring, and compassionate. Dr.Davis and his staff did an excellent job and his prices are affordable, thank you so much I no longer have any tooth or gum pain. I would give this dentist 10 stars if I could, thanks so much for everything!

OMG, this is the best dentist in AZ! After seeing four different dentist in six years, finally I found the dentist in Az. Super friendly and HONEST! Is sad most dentist just want our money these days, DR, Davis and his staff was super honest with me, what I need done and do not need. Cannot wait to come back in September for my cleaning and crown treatment! Never in my life I am excited to see a doctor or dentist. Cannot say enough great things about this office, they treat you like a family member, wish I found this office earlier!
