Absolutely love Dr. David and his whole staff. He takes as much time as he needs with you at every visit always making time to answer all your questions. He’s actually taken the time to teach me how to floss correctly, making sure to go over and over it during my last several visits (you’d be surprised how easy it is to “think” you’re flossing correctly and actually not be doing much good at all!) and today he said my flossing has improved so much he even called me a “floss geek!” — a compliment I take to heart!

Dr. David is the best. I’m in my 60’s and have had several good dentist as I’ve moved around, but for the last 13 years I’ve gone to Dr. D and everything he has done has been top notch. He even gets you to floss in the nicest way possible. I would recommend him to anyone who has moved into the area and is looking for a new dentist for the next couple of decades (he’s young enough with two little kids at home). GREAT STAFF, especially if you have Greg (a female Dental Technician with the most disarming smile) looking down on you as she cleans your teeth. A pleasant office, with a great view from the 6th floor, looking out to the Santa Monica mountains, and the ocean. An experienced, careful, gentle Dentist in a great location.

Being an east coast transplant it was hard finding a dentist I trusted and liked.  7.5 years later and the search is over.  Dr David is one of the best dentists I have ever had.  My first experience was a deep cleaning (result of a few missed checkups) and it was surprisingly painless from start to finish.  As the other reviews have said..he genuinely listens and takes the time to answer all my questions.  He explains every procedure before he does it so I know exactly what is about to happen.  I don’t feel like I am being sold extra services for no reason– this has been my experience in la thus far.  I have some ways to go before my gums and teeth are healthy again but I feel better knowing I’m in good hands.  Highly recommend and parking validation included :))

I have been going to Dr. David for 6 years and I can tell you this is a high quality practice with knowledgeable staff. Dr. David has been our family dentist for years and  understands every patient needs unique dental care. The staff is very friendly and make the experience very easy. My name is Shelley Block Lewis and I have been seeing Dr. David for about 7 years. I was referred to him from my late husband , Richard Lewis, who went to , when Dr. David took over the practice. He loved Dr. David and encouraged me to see the doctor. I had been going to my dentist for over 15 years and then he sold his practice and I was with the new dentist for 3 years. I was thinking of having veneers, but wasn’t quite sure. Then I went to see Dr. David and was impressed with him, how he cared for my husband who was starting to get ill. He was excellent in caring for Richard’s oral care and teeth , but was very kind to him. Dr. David took time to go over my medial history and teeth . So, I decided to try him out and was so happy with the first few visits. My teeth felt so clean and he treated my gums to. I then decided to do the veneers and was impressed with his work, and evidentially did the lowers also. Today I have a beautiful smile and natural teeth with a beautiful smile. My gums and teeth are so healthy now. And Dr. David took such good care of Richard, my late husband. Especially, when Richard ran out of this type of tooth paste , Dr. David drove over to my husband’s place and made sure he had the right tooth paste. He truly cared for Richard and came over to see him, when I felt it was a good thing to do. He truly has been concern about how I was doing also, since Richard passed. Then, there is Kendra who is professional, sweet and a joy to see when I come to the office. Her role is very important. She is the office manager, bookkeeper , consultant and wears many hats. She truly keeps the office running smoothly and quite an asset to the medical practice. Gregg, (spell?) who is Dr. David surgical dental assistant. She is always pleasant, smiling and a lovely person in the office. They both work well together, and her job is quite necessary. She knows every surgical tool that needs to be used by the doctor and does an excellent job. Charmaine, I have had Charmaine who is the dental hygienist , when Dr. David is not working on me. Charmaine is gentle , professional, and does an excellent job in cleaning and caring for my teeth. I really don’t know the other people in the office, but I’m sure they are all excellent in everything they do. I highly recommend any one that is interested in visit Dr, David , to do that as soon as possible and you won’t be disappointed. Thank you, Shelley Block
