I have lived in four states and have gone to many dental offices in the process; most were good, a few were great, but I would have to say that this one is the best. Every hygienist takes their time, is thorough and very gentle. Covid protocols were proactively enacted and made me feel at ease early on. Dr Franz is excellent as well. I rarely write Yelp reviews, but this is an organization that I feel 100% confident recommending.

I am a new customer to Dr. Franz’s office. The entire experience from the initial “hello” at the front desk to the last step with Dr. Franz while in the chair was the best. I’ve had two visits so far…one for my semi-annual visit and one for a chipped tooth repair – one of my front teeth might I add. My tooth looks as good as new. EVEN BETTER than before! I love love love them! Not to mention, there was a great little welcome package as a token of their appreciation for my business as well as contact information to call anytime if I had any problems with my tooth.

Dr. Franz’s office is fantastic! I thought I needed a crown due to an aching tooth. Dr. Franz was able to see me within two hours of my call, He too the time examining my x-rays, tooth, and made recommendations for over-the-counter meds. In a busy, professional office, I never felt rushed. Dr. Franz didn’t jump to do a root canal–and his recommendations worked. Kudos, too, to best teeth cleaning of my life! I have been to several dentists over my lifetime. This was my first visit to Dr. Franz after my dentist retired. His office has up-to-date equipment including clear digital x-rays. Brita, the dental hygienist I had was pleasant and thorough. Her manual dexterity is second to none! Dr. Franz is personable, patient, and competent. He described my current dental health in detail so that I could understand it, and the plans to improve it in the short run and the long run.

I was looking for a new dentist and saw an ad while shopping at the mall. I thought id give them and I’m so glad I did! Dr. Franz and staff are so friendly and professional! Can’t say enough about Dr. Franz and his staff. They are all so friendly and helpful. When I had a dental emergency out of state, they worked with me first to get advice on handling my issue, then to get me scheduled to see Dr. Franz for treatment when I would be back in town. I’m a bit dental-phobic — though a lot less so after seeing him for several years now. He’s been very patient with me, explaining procedures clearly and on my level. I’ve had crowns done before that were clunky and took forever to adjust to — after Dr. Franz finished a couple, I couldn’t tell anything had been done. They were perfect. I highly recommend him!

Rarely do I seek out ways to leave reviews but I had to do it for Dr. Franz. From the beginning, Dr. Franz and his office were extremely accommodating to get me in when I had an acute problem (even over lunch) for a consultation. He and his staff took plenty of time to discuss what was going on and fully explained the treatment options. He was very open with these option and even with costs. He even recommended waiting for an upcoming insurance change for some needed minor work as it would save me money. During my procedure, he and his staff were attentive to any needs I had and checked frequently to make sure I wasn’t having discomfort (I didn’t have any pain, he does a great block). He also explained each step along the way. No one ‘loves’ going to the dentist, but my experience with Dr. Franz and his office have been the best I have had with any dentist. I feel comfortable returning to him or referring my family to him in the future.

I cannot speak more highly of Dr Franz and the entire staff. I am always greeted with the kindest welcome, and never have to wait more than 5 minutes to be seen, rarely even that. A few weeks ago I visited with jaw pain, and after I described my symptoms and the Dr took x rays, he stayed late to give me root canal immediately following my appointment. He said he didn’t want me in pain any longer than necessary. I was so surprised, as any other dentist I have been to has never stayed late, and always requested follow up appointments. My tooth pain is completely gone, and the office called me the next day to make sure I was no longer uncomfortable after the Novocain had worn off. I would definitely recommend Dr Franz. He is by the far the most honest and most caring dentist I have visited.

I have a future appointment as a new patient but had an emergency and they were able to get me in same day! Everyone at the office was very welcoming. They are covid protocols to limit interactions and doing the standard screen before you enter. Dr. Franz, his assistants and office staff were all very helpful and knowledgeable. Great job all around, especially by the hygienist Bisera. She was very thorough, precise, but with a gentle touch. i experienced NO pain whatsoever and the job was excellent. Unlike others i have tried who left me hurting for days afterwards. Dr Franz recognized a slight problem but did NOT attempt to upsell me on a procedure as another dentist had. He suggested that i could live with it and it was not necessary. Great experience. HIGHLY recommend!

I love Dr. Franz!!! As someone who has serious dental anxiety, I could not be more happy to have found this practice. My first appointment outside of a routine cleaning and exam was for a root canal. Dr. Franz did a wonderful job of walking me through what was going on, and I had no pain during or after the procedure. This root canal was like going in for a standard filling. Another thing to note is that his staff is wonderful! I had some insurance questions and called on a day when the office was closed. I ended up getting two calls back that day, to get everything straightened out for my appointment the next day.

Dr. Franz and I sat down and talked about what I wanted out of my new smile. He informed me I was a candidate for Invasalign and the process took 8 months. I was thrilled with my outcome and I thank Dr. Franz for my new smile. Dr. Franz thoroughly explained the process and answered all my questions I had throughout the 8 months. There are no words to describe how wonderful this practice is. Dr. Franz opened his practice to me on a Saturday afternoon to figure out what was causing me signifiant tooth pain — he took his time, didn’t rush me and explained everything in detail. He came HIGHLY recommended and decided to call him for a second opinion since I’ve been going back & forth to my primary dentist for a month and the tooth pain was waking me up at night. Here’s where this practice shines — they don’t have clinic hours on Saturday — they opened their doors to me (a non-patient), his wife Molly is EXTREMELY helpful AND they didn’t charge me for the visit. If he does this for non-patients, then I’d love to be his patient for life.

Dr. Franz was wonderful. I brought my 3 year old niece here for a cleaning & exam. It was her first time going to the dentist and they were great! The staff was friendly and awesome with kids. Jackie did the cleaning and she actually made the visit fun for my niece. She explained all the tools in a kid friendly way which prevented my niece from feeling nervous or scared. Dr. Franz was kind, gentle and thorough. When we left my niece asked when we could go back. I would highly recommend them for both adults and children.
