This is our first visit to this office. It’s got a very small waiting area with only 8 chairs and a tv, but we were the only ones in there so it wasn’t an issue. Dr. Hall himself brought the paperwork out to me to fill out while the girl at the desk took care of another patient that was leaving. This particular visit was for my two younger children. My 7 year old daughter is still very scared of dentists, and Dr. Hall and his staff thoroughly impressed me with how they handled her. At the told dentist office, I would have to go back with her because of her fears. Dr. Hall took my 11 yr old son back first, who came out smiling and said it was great. Dr. Hall had my 7 year old so comfortable that she went back all by herself. At one point, I went to use the restroom and I could hear my daughter chattering away telling them all about her day at school. This may seem like nothing, but if you knew how scared she was of dentists, you’d know this is huge for her. She came out smiling as well, and said it wasn’t scary at all and she liked it there. Needless to say, we will be swapping our entire family over to them. After the cleanings, Dr. Hall even walked outside with us and talked for a few minutes about himself and my vehicle and told us about one he had many years ago that was the same unique color. He’s a very personal, down to earth man and I am very glad we chose him.
