Dr. Lester has been our family dentist for over 20 years and has always done very fine work on our teeth.  Just this past week Dr. Lester replaced a 40 year old bridge in my husband’s mouth and all I can say is Wow! Dr. Lester did a fabulous job on the new Bridge and my husband’s mouth looks great.  My 60 yr old husband looks 40 again.  Thank you Dr. Lester for another job “Well Done”

After putting off going to the dentist for a very long time, I was happy to find Dr. Lester.  He is kind, gentle, funny and made me feel very comfortable.  My fear of the dentist was put to rest after going to see him.  I now schedule my cleanings for every 6 months and go without having an anxiety attack on the way there

I had three teeth pulled today and had absolutely no pain. it was the best experience I have ever had at a dentist. The entire staff are warm and caring.

My visit to Dr. Lester was both pleasant and comfortable.  He is highly educated in his field and knows what he’s talking about.  From the moment I walked in, I felt comfortable.  The work was done in a timely manner and I am completely happy with the end result.  I have recommended Dr. Lester to my friends and family

Dr. Lester was so nice and genuine! I do not like going to the dentist– so much that I haven’t got for three years. But, Julie the receptionist, Lora, and Dr. Lester made me feel so comfortable and at ease. They made it so stress free. Dr. Lester is extremely skilled and competent at his work. He knew the history and current problems with my teeth with just looking at them. He knew right away I grind my teeth at night when I nearly forgot I did and forgot to bring up as a concern. I am truly impressed and blown away. Way to anticipate your patient needs!! I can not wait to go back already! Thank you so much everyone at Dr. Lester’s office!

Been my family dentist for almost ten years. He is a superb practitioner/DDS with a stellar and competent staff.  He does great work and his cosmetics are impeccable. Absolutely love his work! Dr. Lester goes above and beyond to ensure patient well-being and satisfaction. I have had plenty of dental procedures in his chair and never felt any pain. Keeps the patient comfortable and is skillfully gentle and detailed. I know Dr. Lester will always  take great care of my family. No prior dentists I have had could beat the level of care he provides to his patients. I highly recommend Dr. Lester…look no further for a dentist because you will be in excellent hands!!!

I’m one of those people who get extremely nervous going to the dentist, Dr. Lester & his staff make you feel at home & very comfortable from the second you walk in! Very friendly, professional & truly care about their patients! Kudos to a great dentist & staff! So glad I chose his office for all my dental needs

Now been coming to Dr Lester for around 3 years. I am actually updating my review from 4 stars to 5 stars. Dr. Lester and his entire staff are really the best in the business. I originally gave 4 stars instead of 5 because there was a small billing issue we had 3 years ago. But after 3 years of excellent care, I think 5 stars are in order. If you need a good dentist, try Dr Lester. He’s the best!

I brought my 11 year old in for what I thought would be 2 extractions.  It turned out that three needed to be done (adult teeth not pushing out the baby teeth).   The doctor offered nitros (sp?) to keep him happy and I think novacaine to numb the pain.  We scheduled appointment on Friday for Monday. We were there 30 minutes early to fill out paperwork but were seen at the appointment time.  Dr Lester was great at explaining to my son what to expect and was done with all three of the extractions without my son even realizing it. My son was also concerned that he was going to need braces.  Dr. Lester said that my son should wait another year to see a orthodontist to let more of his adult teeth come in and that braces should be able to quickly move his teeth into place since they are spaced widely apart.  Whew

Didn’t actually have my work done yet, but had the pleasure of speaking with Dr. Lester. I’m a big baby when it comes to having my teeth worked on. I ran into him in the parking lot next door, and he took the time to talk to me about what I needed done. He was extremely detailed when answering my questions, even assured me that my insurance would cover me at his office. I wrote this review, before the work, because I was impressed that he took a few minutes to talk to me about what I needed. Now I just need to man up, and schedule the appointment. I will do a follow-up review when completed. Thanks again

Dr Lester is fabulous! He takes the time to explain everything you need to know during your visit. I need to have a fair amount of repair work done on my teeth (due to poor work done from past dentists) and he made sure everything went smoothly. He also recommended staggering the work and doing what was most critical first, which I really appreciated. The office staff, the hygienist and Dr Lester are all focused on ensuring that you have the best possible experience at the dentist. If you’re looking for a dentist that will make you feel comfortable; that is honest; and most importantly, skilled in his field……Dr Lester is for you

I’ve been a longtime patient of Dr. Lesters and have always had great experiences.  He and his staff are very friendly and there is no “upsale”, like in some of my old dentists.  In fact, everything about the visit feels very “old fashioned”, in the very best sense of the word.    Kind, knowledgeable, and straightforward

Dr. Lester is so patient and I felt as though I had found the equivilent of an honest mechanic! I had been to another dentist who had told me that I needed an $800 crown replacement and I really wanted another opinion. Dr. Lester was kind and told me that the crown did, indeed, need replacing, but that the cost would be less than HALF of what the other dentist quoted. Dr. Lester is so calm and kind and I felt as though I was the only person he was seeing that day! The crown is perfect. He made me feel good and I highly recommend him all the time now!

Dave is an excellent dentist who I have gone to for over 30 years. Even though I have lived in three different countries and three different states, I make sure that if I need dental work, I get back to Orange to see Dave. He takes significant pride in his work and it very detailed and thorough. No filing or cap has even needed replacement or fixing. My kids love him too. I would recommend Dave to anyone, old or young, see him first and you will never need another dentist ever again! His staff (Lora and company)are really good too

So I’m a little embarrassed it took me this long to write this review.  If you don’t like long review’s, in a nutshell Dr. Lester and staff are awesome.  I had an appointment with my former dentist to have a cavity filled.  When everything went sideways with Covin-19 (early/mid March) my former Dentist just cancelled all appointments and closed up.  Leaving all his patients in a bind.  I friend of mine referred me to Dr. Lester.  I was skeptical that at this point in time a practice would take in any new patients.  I was wrong.  I believe it was Lori I talked to, and she got me in on a Saturday.  I was floored.  Get to the office, and she treated me like I’d been coming there for years.  Super friendly.  Met with the Dr. and he was also super friendly and professional, and basically said he took an oath to help people.  I have so much respect for that.  Turned out my tooth was going to crack, so I needed a crown.  Had a temporary put on and a couple weeks later had the permanent crown put on.  I have to add I help with my elderly parents and had to reschedule, and they were completely fine with it.  When I was leaving they offered me some hand sanitizer they had made at no charge.  I can’t say enough about this practice…they are genuinely good people

If you are reading this review to aid in your search for a dentist then no need to look further. You will be in excellent hands with Dr. Lester and staff. Everyone was the consummate professional and most competent. I felt at ease instantly upon meeting Julie at the front desk. She was so sweet, compassionate, and answered every question/concern I had. A first impression is crucial and Julie was the perfect ice breaker. She also provided vital information regarding my dental insurance, which was very helpful to me. I then met Lora, the dental hygienist who made me feel so comfortable while cleaning my teeth. I must state that I was so embarrassed for the state of my teeth-I had been a poor college student for years without the means to provide routine dental visits. Suffice it to say the sight of my teeth revolted me. Within moments of my interaction with Lora my anxieties were washed away and the best part was after my cleaning, I was once again able to smile with confidence. My next encounter was Dr. Lester’s assistant Stephanie who greeted me with a smile that negates any bad day or anxiety. She was also very sweet, compassionate and professional. I certainly felt at ease in her hands. She was quick doing my x-rays and prepping me for my examination. Her and Dr. Lester conversed while working on me and it really helped ease the tension and anxiety brought on by seeing the dentist. Stephanie was very attentive to Dr. Lester and myself. Dr. Lester was as no surprise just as professional and kind as his staff. He took his time to elaborate the situation regarding my teeth and what he was doing while he was doing it. I felt that was exceptional. There was a trust factor that I got with Dr. Lester, along with honesty. Honesty is a quality that I value and admire. He seemed so seamless with his procedures with me. He has certainly mastered his craft and I am certainly lucky to have found him.

I have been a patient of Dr. Lester’s since he began practicing (and of his father’s before him). Some people don’t like to go to the dentist, but I actually look forward to the experience! Lora, the dental hygienist, is the best ever!!!
