We’ve known Dr. Lin for over 20+ years. We were fortunate enough to find him in one of the Japanese journal issues.  His first office was in Hacienda Heights for few years then he moved.  After he moved we tried another dr. who took over the office.  After our first appointment with the new  dr.,  my husband and I told each other that we must find out where he is now.  Luckily we found him In San Gabriel even though it’s almost a 2 hour’s drive for us. We still insist on going after that and he has been our dentist since. His level of professionalism and expertise  simply cannot be compared to others.  He expresses genuine concerns about his patient and approaches it with kindness of which I can say others lack.  He treated us just like friends.  You can ask any health questions and he always answers you in a friendly and enthusiastic way.  We take our health very importantly and I can say for certain that our standards are definitely high.  He is the one we can totally trust and rely on from bottom of our hearts.  His service simply does not end there. He encourages patients and teaches patients about prevented care. He’s also given his patients mouth wash to promote good oral hygiene if you are doing the periodical teeth cleaning twice a year.  We also have absolutely no complaints about his staff as well who are professional, kind, and courteous. We would like to congratulate him on his new beautiful and spacious office along with all the kind nurses and assistants.  The big screen tv’s available is also a plus to help ease all your nerves when he’s working on your teeth. This is my first yelp review and I will honestly say from the bottom of my heart, I whole heartedly recommend Dr. Lin for your dental needs.

Visiting dentist has never been a fun experience for me. The high pitch noise from the machine and the soreness of the teeth/gums after each cleaning keep me from going. After 3-4 years of procrastination, I finally drag myself to see a dentist. I found Dr. Lin from yelp, with all the great reviews n the location (close to where I live). I’ve decided to give it a try and I’m so glad I did!!! Pros: 1. Dental office: Bright and clean, with a spacious check-in area, makes me feel less nervous 2. Staffs are very nice and attentive, trying to address any concerns n things that the dentist might need to pay attention on 3. The exam rooms are spacious, TV was install in every room with variety of shows/movies to choose from. I get to watch movie while Dr. Lin cleans my teeth! That really helps ease my nervousness.  4. Dr. Lin is very attentive, patience, and detail oriented. He takes time to explain the condition of my teeth, addressees the concerns I have, and explain every steps of the way. 5. I was given a lot of goodies at the end!! I would say, I will never afraid of visiting dentist again (if the dentist is Dr. Lin~~)

I was on the search for a new dentist a few months back and my brother recommended his workout buddy who also happened to be a dentist. I had my most of my wisdom teeth extracted several years ago but started feeling sore where a new one was emerging. Was also due for a teeth cleaning since I hadn’t seen a dentist for at least two years. His office staff was friendly and efficient; I was on the exam chair within minutes of filling out paperwork. Met Dr Lin and had the most informative dental appointment ever. He is not only professional and knowledgeable but also dedicated to educating his clients. Never knew that a history of having braces would cause teeth sensitivity and receding gums, problems I’ve been experiencing for years (thought I was just orally unlucky). You can tell Dr Lin is passionate about dentistry by the way he talks and lives by it. Correct me if I’m wrong but I think I recall him saying that he hasn’t had a cavity in nearly 50 years, or maybe even ever. ? Aside from filling my mind with all things dental, he was gentle yet thorough during the teeth cleaning, constantly making sure I was doing okay. The appointment took longer than expected but I didn’t feel rushed even when he had to see his next patient. Before leaving, the receptionist gave a detailed explanation of the bill, a crash course on how to use the waterpik (which i already own and should really use more often =X), and also a large goodie bag filled with mouthwashes (full sized bottles), toothpastes, toothbrushes, and floss. Hands down the best dentist I’ve ever been to. Highly recommended!

Dr. Lin is so responsive and considerate. I’ve had my teeth pain for a while and consult to have an appointment scheduled with him over the yelp chat. He asks me to describe my symptoms and take a picture of the areas that’s bothering me. After I send those in, within an hour he diagnosed my problem and refer me to an Oral Surgeon to get my problem treat faster. All within yelp app, without me going to his office at all. I can really feel he puts my healthy at first. Thank you so much Dr.Lin, much appreciated!

Truly a pleasurable experience. I was recommended by a good friend who I was going on about finding the best dentist in the area. As soon as I stepped into their office, my jaw dropped. It was extremely modern. They had a nicely designed office, drinks, and shows while you have your teeth worked on. First thing I noticed was that their interior was extremely modern. The front desk was quick and helpful. Stepping into the room, all devices were new, modern, and very clean. The dentist here was different from past experiences. They made sure to teach me how to improve my dental health. They could tell the way I floss and brush my teeth by looking at my teeth and gum health. Their advice was extremely knowledgeable and helpful. The most happy thing with my experience was that the dentist was more thorough in his cleaning. In the past, I felt like my dentist did a quick job and got messy. My dentist, David, was extremely careful and thorough with his work. He was aware of sensitive area in the mouth and was very careful. It was better than all the past dentists I went with. To sum it up, I really am pleased with my experience. Definitely worth the visit and will be coming back in the future.

Upon entering I was greeted by Rena, who was super friendly and gave me directions on filling out my info/disclosures so I wouldn’t be lost. I was then immediately taken to a room for X-ray. I loved that the staff was respectful of my time. Usually at other dental offices, I’d wait 10-15mins to be seen by the dentist. After settling me in a room, a staff member asked what I’d prefer to watch, as they have Hulu, Netflix, etc! Wow how cool is that? Needless to say, time flew by super fast when my eyes were being occupied. As far as my consultation with Dr Lin goes, he was very detailed and went over with me all my concerns and also suggestions on what he felt might best suit me. I felt that he sincerely cared about my overall well being rather than trying to upsell me like most other dental establishments. I’ve visited numerous dentists and though many were nice, I just didn’t feel the kind of sincerity that I got at Dr Lin’s office. Even in the end when Rena had to go over pricing and insurance with me, she mentions that they’ll take care of everything so I don’t have to contact my insurance for anything else. At the time of my visit I was switching between dental insurances and what could have been a hassle for me was fortunately absorbed by the assistants’ of Dr Lin. Overall, I was super satisfied with my visit to Dr Lin’s office. They even have coffee and juice for when you’re waiting or if you brought kids! The office was also sparkling clean which I feel reflects everyone there’s overall hygiene. And oh! I never had to call the office, they can communicate through text message which is amazing for people who work a 9-5 job and don’t have the time to wait to speak with the dental assistants over the phone. Would definitely recommend Dr Lin’s office! You won’t regret it!

Just finished a cleaning with Dr. Lin and I’m impressed. I plan to move my entire family here. And I will recommend my family and friends. There’s Netflix in every room and you can watch to your hearts delight. Reina at the front desk is such a pleasure. She was kind enough to watch my 4 yr old daughter during my cleaning. Regarding the actual cleaning, Dr. Lin does it himself! And he was so gentle. I have sensitive teeth/gums and it didn’t hurt a bit. I was going to Parklane Dental on Baldwin last year and although Dr. To is a great dentist (I recommend his work), I’m not a fan of his billing manager Grace. Let’s just say her customer service is nonexistent. So, BYE!! Anyway, I’m so glad I found Dr. Lin! If you’re looking for someone new I highly recommend him.

Office is very neat and clean! Dr Lin is very professional! My teeth cleaning was not painful at all like before at other places. He did a very thorough job on my teeth and gave a detailed explanation on how to take good care of them. I had some questions about kids teeth, and he was very patient on all my questions! He also gave me very honest opinions when it comes to teeth whitening. Very highly recommended and would definitely come back for my teeth maintenance. 🙂

Dr. David is the absolute best! His office is super clean, the waiting room has coffee, tea, and juice, and every room has a tv where they give you the remote so you can watch Netflix while Dr. David performs. I came in for the first time in May. The staff were super friendly and attentive. Once I saw Dr.David, we took X-Ray’s and he deep cleaned my teeth. The whole process was only an hour long. The cool thing about Dr. David is he will go through the X-rays with you, then he’ll show you, with a mirror, where the problem areas are with your teeth. Once I was done, I set up my next appointment with Rena, who works front desk. She was super friendly and was able to find a date for my next appointment that would accommodate my schedule. She told me I could get my appointment reminders through text which is awesome! I signed my paperwork and she handed me a bag of goodies (mouthwash, floss, toothbrush).   Thank you Dr. David, Rena, and staff!
