I went to Dr Novak several years ago in desperate need of dental care and very scared to have the work done. He took great care and turned a bad set of teeth into a wonderful set now. He saved all of my teeth with his hard work!! His approach was to use larger fillings when he could to preserve as much of the tooth as possible for as long as we could. He ended up having to do several crowns for me… and after 10 years, they are all still doing great! Highly recommend this dentist! And am grateful for his hard work 🙂

Love Dr. Novak and his entire office staff. Very professional and friendly. I’ve never had an unreasonable wait, usually called back within 10 minutes of arrival. They are always sensitive and very understanding of my anxiety with dental visits, making me feel at ease and comfortable. Office is clean and well kept.

I came to Dr. Novak’s office to have x-rays done recently. The staff is very professional & it didn’t take any time to have my x-rays done. When I was preparing to schedule an appointment for a cleaning, the receptionist was able to schedule me for an appointment right then because someone had missed his time frame. I was taken to a room for a cleaning and sent on my way, all in under one hour! I was very impressed with the new technology and lights used at this location. I will definitely return to Dr. Novak’s office!

Dr. Novak, his hygienists and the entire staff are always friendly and willing to assist me with any concerns I have. My children feel comfortable with them and they always look forward to their appointments with no fear. The office is always clean and when you walk through the door we always feel welcome. I recommend Dr. Novak to all my friends and family. My dad turned me on to Dr. Novak and now our entire family calls him our dentist. We love him!! He’s the best dentist in High Point hands down.

Dr. Novak gave me the best dental experience I have ever had. I am a person who has seen multiple dentists in my life because I hate getting dental work done, and I have never had a good experience, until yesterday! Dr. Novak treated me with understanding, while every other dentist I have ever seen made me feel stupid and ashamed for being super nervous. He walked me through everything he was going to do, and even explained what i would feel while he was doing it. I experienced NO pain and he was very patient with me when i would tighten up. I can honestly say that i have found the dentist I will be seeing from now on. Never been treated so well by anyone in any medical field!! For anyone that is nervous about going to the dentist or anyone just looking for a dentist I highly recommend Dr. Novak is the guy!!!

Dr. Novak is a wonderful dentist and his practice is warm, friendly and clean. It is unfortunate for those who receive Medicare and the Medicare Dual Complete from United Health insurance is not eligible to receive excellent care from Dr. Novak. If you were employed almost all your life and find that your income is no longer the same due to disability and or retirement and you find yourself wanting to maintain your health with physicians within any practice think twice, you won’t get the same service. The government will penalize you for seeking quality health care, by paying doctors, specialist, clinics slow or late which then leads many to no longer participate in government backed programs. Dr. Novak is one who has chosen to not accept government backed health care insurance for such reasons. Therefore you the consumer who once mattered no longer matters and has fallen victim to the “Let’s Rob You of Your Good Health” because you have insurance which deems you sub-human, and non productive anymore. Please make sure when inquiring about insurance accepted by Dr. Novak be well informed about your coverage, and note whether or not your health care benefits book is up to date with all current provider who are accepting the lower form of health care benefits of our government. As for Dr. Novak, excellent Dentist, but he is not for those who have the wrong health insurance and if your homework is done incomplete you will be stuck with a bill no getting around it. Sorry Disillusioned and disabled local and state worker of 29 years. What a bummer I am now officially a third class citizen.
