Dr. Luria’s office was recommended by my daughter who works in the dental field. I had several procedures done and I was very pleased with the outcomes. His staff, including hygienists, assistants, and the front desk administrators from top to bottom are world class and the quality of care I received was outstanding. He has the most up-to-date and well-maintained examination rooms and equipment. Quality health care isn’t cheap but I thought his rates were very reasonable and a good value. Dr. Luria is highly skilled, efficient yet thorough, and was always careful to ask how I was doing during the procedure. ***** Highly recommended and a pleasure to work with.

Words will not suffice to explain my amazing experience today. I was in severe pain for the last 3 days – to a point where I was unable to sleep at night. I searched for a nearby dentist that opens the earliest, and I was lucky enough to stumble across Dearborn Family Dentistry! I pulled up at 8 AM and the amazing receptionist/staff made me feel really welcome and at home, especially after explaining I was in so much pain. My temp was checked for safety, and was given a mask before entering, and hand sanitizer. (Of course much appreciated). Within 15 min, I was in the patient room getting numbed up. I explained to Dr. Mark’s assistant April that I have a fear of coming to the dentist due to past experiences but she made me feel very comfortable. I literally felt amongst family. When Dr. Mark walked in, he explained in detail what the plan is for the day, and also had small talk with me about football ( Go Blue). I quickly felt at ease, and calm. He then explained that he would make the process of numbing as easy as possible, and that I will feel a little pressure – he lied. I did not feel anything at all. I have never been to a dentist in my life that made the numbing process so painless. He then began working on my extraction, I worked myself up preparing for the moment I hear cracking, grinding, and breaking of the tooth. I was thinking wow when is he going to start grinding?? A minute later, he told me the procedure was over! I couldn’t believe my eyes/ears. I literally didnt feel anything! I’m so excited to come back to finish my teeth now that I have overcome my anxiety. Today was my procedure, and I have already told 3 new patients about him. P.S. he even called me in the evening to check on how I was doing! What a great doctor and staff! Do not go anywhere else, believe me!

I have been a patient here for 20 years now.  I can’t say enough about how much I appreciate everyone, from my dentists Dr. Bruce and Dr. Mark to my hygienist but I want to give a special shout out to my dentist’s assistant Patty. She can always put me at ease and is very helpful with information during and after procedures. I am so glad I found this place in my hour of need.  Thank you to everyone.

Just left the office and I felt compelled to write a review right away, I have always been terrified of the dentist (bad experience with a filling when I was younger) I am so happy to say that After leaving here tonight, I no longer feel that same fear. Dr. Mark and patti were so great and reassuring and took such excellent care of me. I actually look forward to going back and I can confidently say I made the right decision in putting my teeth in their care. Highly recommend this office. The whole staff is just great.

I really can’t say enough good things about the staff and facilities here. Would absolutely recommend to anyone anywhere. I recently moved out of the Dearborn area and will drive the 45 minutes to this office as long as I have teeth. And once I don’t, I’ll come here for dentures. Dr. Luria and his team are incredible!

Absolutely the best Dentist I’ve ever been to. From the moment you walk through the door you feel very welcomed. Dr. Bruce Luria is a dental genius when it comes to pain free. I’ve never feared Dentists, but his Novocain shot was like a gum massage. Him and his staff really have it together, with Assistants Patti Adams and Kari Kiker. They are so professional and fun at the same time. They keep you abreast of everything planned for the as well as any other possible work that may need to be done in the future. I have also been seen briefly by Dr. Mark, again top notch. I have and will continue to refer friends and family. I believe Kari is a Buckeye fan and that wont even stop me from continuing my trust in Dearborn Family Dentistry.  Thanks for everything. I didn’t even mention that how great my crown fit and the filling in my front tooth looks. Spot on in looks and color and feel. Thanks so much.

Just went here for the first time. Very friendly people, great environment, and very up to date technology (I.e. Digital X-ray machine). Karen did my cleaning and I can’t recommend her highly enough. It was completely pain free, despite the fact my teeth are in pretty rough shape (see: Austin Powers). I also met with Dr. Mark and he was very friendly and professional. Overall a great and relaxing experience, a strong compliment given a trip to the dentist is often synonymous with discomfort and pain.

I was in horrible pain in the middle of the night and had swollen up very bad. I called a unnamed 24 hr dentist whom told me to come to their office 20 minutes away in the middle of the night and snow storm. I asked are you sure I can get in they said yes. I drove myself and no one was at this place. I called and was never called back. I went to urgent care was put on pain meds. I couldn’t sleep. Crying in pain and I looked on google and see Dearborn family dentist and a review said that they understand pain and emergencies. I decided to try and thank God I did. They were closing and I told them my story and they said come now. I came and the staff was excellent. Dr. Mark came and looked and me said that he would do whatever he could to help me cause I was hurting bad. Him and his staff removed a tooth and took such good care of me I highly recommend these great people. And this is the only place I will be going.

Dearborn Family Denistry is the best. Dr. Mark Luria is so patient, kind, thoroughly explains any issues you have and answers all of your questions. Our hygienist, Karen, is awesome, caring and so thoughtful. The atmosphere is comfortable and friendly. All of the staff are warm, welcoming and helpful. It makes you feel good about going to the dentist. I highly recommend Dearborn Family Dentistry! I have 15+ years experience with them and I love it.

I have been going to Dearborn Family Dentistry for almost 20 years.  Dr. Mark is a great dentist and Patty is always great to have as an assistant.  They make coming in and getting work done as enjoyable as can be.   Appointments are easy to get and if there is an emergency you can always get in.  The office is new with updated equipment.  The check in and check out procedures are quick and easy and the front desk is always welcoming with a smile and a hello.

I have been a patient of Dr. Mark for 18 1/2 years. DR. MARK is the BEST DENTIST IN THE WORLD and the entire staff is great. Dr. Mark cares for his patients and he is the Most Gentle Doctor EVER. I have never been in pain with him even when he numbs me with the needle. I am terrified of needles and all the work I have had with him, he has never hurt me. I even let him drill in my back teeth and he didn’t even numb me and still no pain. I had a tooth that was acting up last December 2018 and he was aware of the situation. I was able to call Dr. Mark on Christmas Eve on an emergency basis and he met me at the office to do a root canal. Of course,no pain. I went back to my family gathering and enjoyed my meal and being with my family. I have never been uncomfortable around him or the staff. If you are afraid of needles and need someone that is gentle and loves what he does, Dr. Mark is the best. His work shows it. THANK YOU DR. MARK AND STAFF.

I have been a patient of Dr. Bruce Luria for over 40 years.  I would never go anywhere else!  In all this time I only saw another dentist  (Dr. Mark Luria) one time – until very recently.  I had a bit of a dental emergency and had to see the new dentist in the office, Dr. Allswang.  To say I was scared was an understatement.  Let me tell you, she was amazing.   She made me feel very comfortable and put me completely at ease and I had no pain!  The ladies in the office, the hygienists, and the dental assistants are all wonderful – especially Patti!  Patti is Dr. Bruce’s assistant and she is kind, professional, and is really good at her job!  I recommend Dearborn Family Dentistry highly.

Dr. Mark Luria has given me a beautiful smile today!  He is creative in his solutions to my dental concerns.  Also, I never would have thought that I could withstand drilling my front teeth without a shot of pain blocker.  Dr. Mark was a wonderful find; a friend recommended him to me.  Best recommendation ever.  And a thank you to Dr. Mark and all the staff who are very nice, kind and run a great office.

I have a real bad dental problem that requires regular and permanent care .My previous dentist was so good at making feel bad about myself every time I see her.That’s when I decided to look for someone else and I was soooo lucky coming across Dearborn Family Dentistry ….Dr Mark is the best ….he’s so friendly ,understanding and very professional…… The staff at the office is very nice and welcoming….

Finally, a practice that listens and isn’t drill-happy! I have been to Dearborn Family Dentistry for two cleanings now and I couldn’t be happier with the staff at every level. They have cheerful, helpful staff at the front desk and enough of them that your check-in, billing questions and any other front-end issues are resolved quickly and courteously. I now schedule exclusively with Jennifer Barr as my hygienist for semi-annual cleanings. She is personable, knowledgeable and balances friendly, informative conversation with expert cleaning skills (we have all had a hygienist who stabbed our gum lines repeatedly, haven’t we?). Patti is a wonderful dental assistant. She is deft and efficient at taking x-rays and quickly makes you feel like one of the family (she even remembered my particular dental needs and gave me extra goodies on the way out for sensitive teeth!). Dr. Luria is exactly what you want in a dentist: conservative in his approach, do-no-harm and clear in his description of the treatment plan. Past dentists have quickly recommended invasive cavity fillings and crowns for issues that did not necessarily need the nuclear option first thing. I finally feel as if I am being taken care of in a preventative and least-invasive practices manner, which quickly built trust and made me want to return. I am impressed at every level so far, and I would rather drive an hour to this dentist than 20 minutes to a practice that makes me feel uncomfortable.

Very pleased with the doctors, hygienists, and other staff members. I avoided the dentist for years, and now I go every 6 months for cleaning and any dental work that I need. Staff are kind, patient, and want you to be comfortable! I have never been stuck in the waiting room for very long after my scheduled appt time.

I started coming here about 5 years ago after a few years of not young to any dentist due to anxiety. I have some pretty bad teeth. Dr Luria is fantastic at making sure I’m comfortable with whatever is going on and explaining if I have any questions. They work with us to make the best plan to stretch our insurance dollars without making each visit a huge financial burden. All the staff are incredibly friendly and outgoing. I can’t recommend them enough!

I have been looking for a dentist since moving up here to Michigan and I finally found one! Im embarrassed to admit that it has been quite some time since I’ve had an annual dental check up and cleaning but I could not have asked for a better place to go. I had bookmarked this business a month ago to check out. To my pleasant surprise, when I called this Thursday to see if they were accepting new patients, they said of course and actually there was a time which opened up due to a cancellation. Within a few minutes of calling, I was already booked and on my way to a teeth cleaning that afternoon! Not only was the staff lovely over the phone, when I walked in, I had the same welcoming friendly treatment from the ladies at the counter. The office was clean and well decorated with a comfy waiting area. My wait time to see the hygienist was surprisingly short! Within about ten minutes of checking in, they were ready to see me! The hygienist was patient with me and took her time ensuring she did a great job on my teeth. You could tell she takes pride in her job. The dentist was a lady who was also very friendly and knowledgeable. I really couldn’t have asked for a more pleasant experience. Thank you Dearborn family dental!

I started coming to Dearborn Family Dentistry (my husband’s lifetime dentist) after my lifelong dentist retired. I have had nothing but the best service since day 1! They accommodate any emergencies/quasi-emergencies I may have. I haven’t had any pain with any procedures. The doctors and staff are friendly and responsive and they LISTEN to my concerns. They have worked with me to come up with the best solutions for my individual issues. I would HIGHLY recommend Dearborn Family Dentistry for anyone looking for a new dentist.

I first saw Dr, Mark Luria about 30 years ago, he recommended early removal of several teeth for our daughter’s very crowded. misaligned teeth. This was a very significant aid to the treatment with braces which followed years later. Dr Mark has treated everyone in our family, he is a fantastic craftsman, his level of skill and consideration is unmatched. The office staff is also outstanding, everyone is committed to helping patients schedule, answer insurance questions and any aspect of your dental care. We were living in northern Michigan for several years and twice a year we drove 300 miles one way to continue our dental care with Dearborn Family Dentistry. They are truely the best!

Dr Luria had been my dentist for the past ten years. The whole office is amazing. They are very gentle and patient with you. I’ve referred several people who have been happy with them! Plus, they just built a brand new office with all new technology. Less radiation from X-rays and you can see your X-rays and pictures on a flat screen right in front of you!
