My daughter was 8 when she began seeing Dr. Francis! She loves him. He encourages good habits regarding her potential braces care and she complies! I love how they care for parents and kids…encouraging autonomy during the visit while being open and transparent with parents. The staff is friendly and I love the hygienist! Their COVID practices is also great and makes maintaining care easy!

We have two children (twins) that are under the care of Dr. Francis. Actually only one is in braces now and the other has been checked every 6 months to determine start dates. Ever since we stepped foot in the door, I’ve been impressed with all the staff. Friendly, professional, always on time. On top of that, I’ve never gotten the impression that we were being pressured, or worse, being “upsold” to unnecessary tx plans. I also really like that we knew exactly what we were signing up to for our son (7 months into his tx plan). Our monthly fee, which is very fair, includes any replacement of brackets or wires, which takes a lot of pressure off us. I’ve also appreciated, having been through braces and additional orthodontic devices, that Dr. Francis wasn’t trying to rush into treatment for my daughter right away. All in all, I really don’t think you can go wrong selecting this practice.

I highly recommend this office!! Dr. Francis and his staff really take customer service to another level. The care and dedication they have for their customers, especially the kids, is phenomenal. Dr. Francin really takes the time to explain procedures and has a true passion for his line of work. He goes above and beyond your expectations and always answers my million and one questions. I started my invisalign treatment last May, after my husband got his as well, and I could already see a drastic change in my smile! We are both happy with the entire process and experience! Go visit them!

Love these guys. The team is super friendly no rush thru doctor , they will take their time to explain and make sure you feel comfortable. I travel 30 miles just to come to this location , it’s well worth it , THERE IS NO WAITING TIME!!! What a plus . I have had a bad experience with 2 orthos in my area and got referred to him , best referral I ever had . Have one more appointment left and I am all done (and happy with my result) Dr. Oral works with anyone wether you have insurance or no. In my case I didn’t have insurance , yea yea I know. But he worked with me on payments and a good deal ! My 10 year old daughter got braces by Dr. Oral as well ( and yes that is his real last name , what a trusting plus) she never complaint and was actually proud to have them. Her teeth look great and she gets plenty of compliments. As for the office : Super clean – brand spanking new – with flat screen tvs and plenty of reads … Even tho there is no waiting time . Also you will have flat screen tvs over your ortho chair . Loved him and his Team 5Stars well deserved

I brought my kids here from a referral by my dentist. I loved that I could do a virtual consultation beforehand so they could pre-assess whether or not we really needed to come in. They were extremely helpful with finding a time that worked with me, and I was glad that I could bring both my kids to be seen at the same time. I appreciate all of the techy reminders and the fact that I didn’t have to submit any paperwork as it was all done digitally. The staff members were very friendly and helpful. The explanations of care and future visits were clear and understandable. They put me at ease and answered all my questions. I didn’t feel unsure about what we could expect for the follow up visits. Overall I had a very positive experience at this practice and wouldn’t hesitate at all to give them a 5-star review.

I had a great experience last week with Dr. Francis. My retainer I have had since high school is in dire need of replacement (I’ll spare you the details there), and I have a tooth that has moved significantly since my days of braces. He and his staff were all smiles and very professional. They patiently took me through all my care and payment options while I asked a ton of questions, and I still don’t know what I’m going to do yet, but I’ll definitely stick with this practice. It’s a brand new office near downtown Decatur, so a few pluses there – everything is shiny and new, they’re using the latest and greatest technology, and after my appointment, I ran a bunch of errands near the square. I’m pregnant also, so it’s good to have a good orthodontist in mind for when the time comes to bring my little girl there. If she’s anything like her mama, she’s going to have one heck of an overbite!

Our daughter’s dentist told us to get an ortho consult for braces. I reviewed the list and then did some research before calling Decatur Orthodontics. From the first phone call until our appointment today, I knew I chose the right place. Kayla was wonderful booking the appointment and answering my questions to meeting Alicia for the consultation today. She was great with taking the pictures and explaining the financials and insurance. Then meeting Dr. Francis was wonderful. Explained our options in a clear manner and spoke directly to my daughter as if she was an adult. This relationship started wonderfully and I look forward to the next year or so with them. We all dread the orthodontic referral, or at least I did. However, the staff at Decatur Orthodontics made this process as painless as it could be. I also wasn’t the one wearing the braces, but my daughter would agree. On her last visit she actually said that she missed being able to pick out the different color rubber bands. If that isn’t an endorsement I don’t know what is. From the first visit to the last, the staff were very friendly, explained each step, answered our questions, set up appointments around her school schedule, and there was rarely ever a wait. Dr. Francis was personable and patient (my daughter had to have her retainer redone twice because she lost it or did not wear it as instructed). I could not have asked for a better referral. Along with just an overall positive experience, my daughter’s teeth look great!

Any issues are always brought up to the client ahead of time and there is clear communication between patients and the orthodontist. I’ve been coming here for a while now, it’s been a year to be exact. I looked at this location for a free consultation in reference to getting braces. Not only did I like the price, they were friendly and did explain to me in great detail what I needed to have done. Can I add that Dr. Francis is not bad on the eyes…… Anyway, the atmosphere is great and everyone is always professional and provide great customer service, even when I have to reschedule my appointments, they don’t give me a hard me. My teeth are coming along nicely and while I hate getting my braces tightened, I can see the changes that are being made. I enjoy the fact that Dr. Francis will let me know the reason why he is doing something and why it has to be done.
