12:30 am on a Saturday morning, the night before I’m supposed to leave for my honeymoon, my filling broke!! I logged into my insurance companies’ website and found Definition Dental; sending them an urgent email to them asking if they were available. They returned my message within 2 hours and luckily, they were able to get me in and fixed up same day. Everyone was very friendly and although the potential snow storm gave us a worry, they were able to ease my anxiety for this dental emergency and for my trip. Many thanks!!

had my 6 month cleaning at Definition Dental. They were so kind and caring and wanted to make sure I was comfortable and knew exactly what was going on at all times. Instead of scolding you for something they gave positive reinforcement and told you how you could be better at taking care of your teeth. I was very pleased with my experience.

Moved to the area and called Definition Dental – they fit me in the very next day! The office staff/healthcare professionals make you feel very comfortable and cared for. Office is clean, appointments are efficient, and your concerns are heard and taken into account. I trust them with my dental hygiene and my dental health!

Went in for what I thought was gonna be a standard cleaning, and found that some ongoing health issues were wreaking havoc on my teeth. But the Definition Dental care team was wonderfully reasssuring, going so far as to make time to do scaling right then, as well as provide a list of products I could use to treat and heal my gums. They were so kind and wonderful, and assured me that my condition would be closely monitored and improve with treatment. I have never felt so well cared for, and I absolutely recommend choosing this practice as your provider, because they are thorough and they legitimately care about your health and well-being. They are also incredibly accommodating, working around my difficult work schedule, to get me seen as soon as possible. I’m really just blown away by the quality of care.

Decided after years to go to the destist and this is where i chose to come after googling many dental Clinics in my area. Glad i did! Staff is really nice, they explain everything to you beforehand and give you a chance to ask questions and let them know your concerns, i didn’t feel awkward asking my many questions and felt really comfortable! They also let you know pricing so you can decide what and when to get procedures done which to me at least is amazing. I Will keep coming here for all my dental needs from now on.

I have been going to Definite Dental for almost 20 years. They are very friendly and professional, and have always done a great job of taking care of me as a patient. Also, they always seem to be up to date on the latest technology in the dental industry. They also do a great job of notifying me as a reminder before my appointments to make sure I have them on my schedule, which is nice when there is 6 months between cleanings. I recently had an appointment and unlike visits to other doctors, they actually were ready for me and got me in at the same time as my appointment was set for. Marissa at the front desk was very nice offered me a bottle of water. Kristen cleaned my teeth and took ex-rays. She was very gentle and I didn’t experience any pain throughout the process. She was also a pleasure to talk to throughout the process. Dr. Agarwal came right in to finish the examination as soon as my cleaning was done, without me having to wait. I can honestly say that my experience couldn’t have been better!.

I feel like the quality of care here was above and beyond. I have some ongoing thyroid issues which have recently begun to affect my teeth, but the staff at Definition Dental have created a treatment plan that will allow me to heal and prevent that damage. I went in for an exam and cleaning, but came away with a wealth of knowledge about how to help manage my condition and the effects it’s having on my body. They are also incredibly accommodating, and have managed to fit me in twice around a awkward work schedule! I definitely recommend!

Dr. Agarwal and her staff are terrific. I went for my first dental visit in 10+ years and a bit nervous to say the least. My teeth required extra attention and Anja was very gentle and patient. She is the best! Amanda at the front desk was very helpful in scheduling my appointment and answering any questions I had. Dr. Agarwal was very pleasant and listened to my concerns and did not oversell her services. She was straightforward with a plan of action. I found a dentist that I can trust and who makes me feel comfortable. Thank you Definition Dental.

Efficient, knowledgeable and willing to go the extra mile to give the best dental experience needed. I needed a teeth whitening before heading to my best friends wedding, not only did they fit me in the same week but made it complementary!!
