Dr. Arnel De Guzman and his wife Dr. Ely De Guzman are both dentists and they are very friendly and knowledgeable about their profession… very easy to talk to!  they also work great with kids.. my wife and I are very picky when it comes to health providers especially dentists and I can say that we are very happy with the service we got here. Dr. Arnel and Dr. Ely provided us with excellent service and quality care with our dental needs. really enjoyed the service and our 11 yr. old daughter also loved this place. very highly recommended in the Santa Clarita area

They deserve a 6 star rating! Dr Arnel and Dr Eleanor take the time to make sure their patients are as comfortable as possible. I bring my immediate and extended family here all the way from Las Vegas, Nevada! I have not found a better dentist office anywhere. They explain not only the procedures, but the costs up front as well – so there are no surprises in the chair or in the pocketbook! My 11 year old daughter had 4 permanent teeth pulled for ortho and barely felt the pain.  She was more scared of the horror stories from her friends from other dentist’s offices, than she was scared of the actual procedure. They took the extra time to talk to her as well as went slowly to numb her comfortably and properly. My wife and I both agree that we have never been so satisfied with any other dentist. There are TVs in each chair with DirecTV service that the patient can control. There is plenty of parking in front, as well as a shopping market, restaurants and bank in the same plaza. The staff is the icing on the cake – responsible, efficient, punctual, and ever so friendly! They provide sufficient reminders about up and coming appointments. They answer 95% of the time and return all messages the other 5% as soon as possible. They work with your schedule. Plain and simple – THEY ACTUALLY CARE – about you and your dental needs.  I almost do not want to leave this review in fear that they will be overloaded with too many customers. But I really do owe it to them and to the world to share just how great this dentist office is.  If you are sick of being treated like cattle, sick of being surprised by unexpected bills, sick of being poked, drilled and gagged without a clue as to why –  then you need to switch over to Dr. Arnel and Eleanor De Guzman DDS’ office. I was recently referred to the De Guzmans by my sister who brings her whole family here.  She was telling me how satisfied she is with her new dentists and how gentle they were to my 5 year old nephew.  I made an appointment for both my husband and myself as well as for our 8 year old daughter.  We are very satisfied with the service at this dental office from the time we made an appointment to the care they gave to our whole family. The place is immaculate and they seemed to have the newest technology. They make your schedule work for the needs of the family, they explain in detail what they will be doing to you and most importantly, my daughter came out with good experience from high quality dental care. (I have to add since this is a big deal for me with reviews, plenty of parking!

Im Amber im 10 years old When we find out that Dr. Arnel have yelp me and my family want to give Dr. Arnel a appreciation, I just want to appreciate .My experience from Doctor Arnel De Guzman they treated me like family im very pleased to have this doctor when you walk in the room they always have the biggest smile to welcome you and make you feel comfortable in there office.before doctor Arnel I was scared of dentist but when  I go to doctor Arnel and sit down they make me feel that I dont need to be scared and after being a great patient they give you a toy:

This is a great place to go take care of your family’s teeth. The dentists are very professional and provide excellent service and solution to our dental problems. I started having tooth pain on a Saturday afternoon. By Sunday I was swollen and knew I needed to get to a dentist ASAP. I live in Rosamond so I started calling around for dentists open on the weekend in my area. The one place that was open didn’t have a dentist in the office. I decided to check places in Santa Clarita. I called Dr. Guzman’s office and talked to one of the sweetest receptionists. I wasn’t sure if driving an hour was worth it but after talking to her, she convinced me to come in. I’m so thankful she did. Just walking in, I noticed how clean and professional the office was. They have a fish tank that is in immaculate condition. I was greeted once I walked in and the receptionist knew exactly who I was. I wish I could remember her name but I’m horrible with names. It was somewhat similar to mine (Christina). She helped me sign in and I waited. I didn’t wait for too long. I was called back and the assistants who all introduced themselves and helped me were very sweet. They have TVs in each room and they let you choose something to watch on Netflix while they did their job. I haven’t been to a dentist in so long and I really enjoyed that they had those in the rooms. I watched TV while they took x-rays. Now, I have bad teeth. I need implants, root canals, crowns.. Etc. When Dr. Guzman came in, he explained what needed to be done (which I basically already knew) and made time in his schedule so he could extract my two broken teeth. He never judged me on how bad my teeth were. I know he could tell I needed a ton of work and hadn’t been to a dentist in years. He was focused on the pain I was in and what needed to be done in that moment. What I liked about him is he took his time numbing me. So many dentists are so aggressive with giving shots. I mentioned that it takes more shots for me than the normal person. So he numbed me three separate times. He went slow and made sure I was comfortable the whole time. If I felt any pain, he stopped and made sure I was okay. I’ve been to so many dentists throughout my life but have never had one who cares so much about the comfort of his patients. Once he started the extractions, it was so quick! I was surprised. Before they did the extractions, the assistant came in and explained what my insurance covered and how much it would cost that day. I am so thankful they take my insurance and are open on weekends. So afterwards, I was given my instructions, gauze and prescriptions. I paid and made my next appt. Today I received a call from the sweet receptionist checking on me. She just wanted to make sure I was okay. I don’t have a local dentist because most of the dentists in my area don’t have the best reviews. So I think I just found my dentist. I don’t care that they are an hour away. I want a dentist who cares, who doesn’t try to take every penny they can away from me and does good work. I love that he also has a dentist who comes to his office to do implants because that’s my next step. It’ll be nice not to have to go to another office. If you are looking for an amazing dentist who truly cares about his patients and makes you feel safe, he’s it. Thank you all for such a wonderful experience

My review is purely based on my first appointment experience at this dental office.  Loved it!  They well exceeded my expectations. Found them in Yelp, read their profiles (very impressive by the way), decided to call in hoping they would take me in without a prior appointment, and they did .  Nicole called me back with a schedule a few minutes after I called.  The waiting room was clean and comfy. To sign up, they handed me a touchscreen laptop. Paperless is so cool.  Dr. Ely took the time to let me know of my insurance coverage (which dentists rarely do) and Dr. Arnel was very thorough in explaining my whole tooth condition and the procedure that will be done.  I also loved that I get to watch HGTV while getting the anesthesia. It totally took my mind off of the big syringe!  One more thing, I have never been to a dentist who cared enough to put vaseline on their patient’s chapped lips before a tooth filling!  I am happy to have found Dr. Ely and Dr. Arnel. Everyone is so genuinely nice at this office.  Oh and did I mention that Dr. Arnel did an awesome job on my tooth?

I have had really great experiences here. Both Arnel and Eleanor are great Dentists. Both friendly and knowledgable, and they really value educating their patients which shows they really care about their patients. Also, they will never sell you unnecessary products unlike other Dentists I’ve been with. They had the opportunity to sell me a product, but recommended I wait it out instead. I really appreciate my experiences with them and I wish I could go back (I no longer live in Santa Clarita). I can’t recommend them any higher
