Dr. Delaune is a cut above most dentists (sorry, no brag – just fact) and he employs techniques in the office that you won’t see in other offices that ensure excellent results and maximum comfort. A well-equipped office and expert staff are an essential part of his excellent delivery. I took the plunge and received the full smile-design makeover. It was a worthwhile investment because now I have a beautiful smile and a well-structured set of teeth that are easier to maintain, and I feel, will provide continued dental health for the rest of my life.

Dr. Delaune and his staff have excellent bedside manner. From the time I walked in until the time I left, I truly felt taken care off. His office is modern and extremely clean. Called on a Monday when I was looking to have some Amalgam Fillings removed and replaced with Composites. And to my pleasant surprise they were able to fit me in the upcoming Wednesday. The procedure took around an hour and a half, and was just what I assumed it would be in terms of cost. The overall experience was very professional, courteous, attentive and efficient. There was next to no pain during the removal and refill. Anyone looking for a local Mercury Free dentist should check these people out. I give an A++

I have been coming here for years and get treated like family. After my first visit, in which a lot of work was done, Dr. Delaune, made a point to call me (after hours) and ask how I was feeling. I was sold at that point. Recently, I was experiencing severe tooth pain and contacted him at 10pm at night on a Saturday and he called me right away and tried to help me address the issue! He does beautiful work and seems to really care about helping his patients improve upon their lives and health. All the staff are friendly but recent changes in staff have brought even kinder people into my life. I’m not a religious person but feel there is something special about Dr. Delaune and his staff. I’d be happy to answer any questions potential new clients might have about my lovely experience here. I used to hate going to the dentist, now I look forward to their warm welcome every time.

Best dentist and hygienist I have ever visited. Very thorough and both are very kind along with addressing any concerns or questions. From the front desk to the exam room everyone was nice and professional. The office was also very clean and followed the CDC with taking precautions against COVID-19. The only thing I wish is that insurance was accepted and/or claim forms could be completed by the doctor to have the insurance pay for procedures that is covered under medical insurance.

Dr. Delaune is the best dentist I have ever visited. He was thorough with the issues he saw with my teeth and gums, and placed me on a plan that has left my teeth and gums at their healthiest state. I had to have several procedures done and Dr. Delaune and the entire staff at Delaune Dental were amazing, attentive, and concerned for my well-being. The staff at the desk is always accommodating whenever I cannot make a certain time for an appointment or when a conflict arises with appointment times. They are willing to work with you to find the right time for you. During the procedures, Dr. Delaune and the staff repeatedly make sure you are ok, ask if you are uncomfortable in any way, and describe in detail what the procedures are and what they entail. Should I experience any sort of inevitable discomfort, Dr. Delaune always warns me of the possibility. Delaune Dental is a more than reasonable value for the quality of care that Dr. Delaune and the staff provides. In addition to regular cleaning, Dr. Delaune specializes in several complex areas of dentistry to give you a complete smile, and this is what sets him apart. I definitely recommend Delaune Dental! After having a bad experience with another dentist in New Orleans (first one I saw after moving here a little over a year ago), I was pretty much desperate to find a dentist who could do a really nice job bonding one of my lateral incisors because the first dentist made it look like a modern George Washington tooth. Dr Delaune did such a nice job, really took his time to make sure it was best, and I felt confident about my smile after the bonding work he did. I also had Bonnie and Carolina as dental hygienists/assistants and they are both so sweet, funny, and comforting. Everything is pretty pain free here, too, which I know is important to a lot of people who fear dentists. Overall, the experience and work done has been 5/5 so I’m very pleased!

I just had veneers done by Dr. Delaune. The experience was absolutely incredible on SO many levels! I had spent a lot of time researching where I should have this treatment done. Dr. Delaune was very highly recommended on many websites, so I decided to go in for a visit! After going to the office for a consultation , the choice to go with Delaune Dental was easy. Everyone in the office was so kind and friendly, and they did such a wonderful job at explaining everything I would need done to improve my smile. As a child I was very traumatized after a diving accident. I broke my 2 front teeth diving into a gunite pool and nailing the side with my mouth opened. With roots exposed, screaming and running all the way home, I was quickly whisked away to the dentist once my parents returned home. The dentist did what he had to do that day, then mentioned the need for root canals and “caps” (as I remember it…metal looking, like from the James Bond movie character Jaws). I was devastated. I went weeks thinking I was getting metal front teeth, no one understood of how I perceived these “caps”, which were in actuality enamel colored. Then came the root canals, I can still remember the pain from that day in the early 80’s, like it was last week. With headphones on for distraction, nitrous and lidocaine….I STILL REMEMBER it all. This set the scene for the rest of my younger years, until I was 48. I have ALWAYS been conscious of my discolored teeth (I even remember going to the skating rink and never opening my mouth to smile, when they put the black lights on……my front teeth fluoresced.) I learned to smile never showing my teeth and always thought that someone noticed the crowns. I didn’t have great dental experiences from that point and I ultimately failed with my dental care. I was 47 years old, with multiple fillings and 2 very old crowns…I decided this was the year I was going to overcome my fear and get the teeth that I so dearly wanted. I wanted white, beautiful teeth… The process started with cleaning….I was terrified, but Gina was so gentle. Where has she been all this time?! I want my teeth cleaned by her EVERY month! She never once made me feel terrible or guilty about how I took care of my teeth in the past. Then came the consult with Dr. Delaune about my smile expectations. I knew I had work to be done and he prepared me, to obtain the smile I always wanted. Every office staff member has been wonderful, I absolutely LOVE this dental office. Yes, ME…the one who was once traumatized and never went to the dentist wants to get my teeth cleaned every month (unfortunately, that is not financially possible). You may not have been blessed with a naturally beautiful smile, but you can still achieve it with Dr. Delaune and his staff. This is NOT your chain dental center, fresh out of school or older dentist who still practices like it’s 1999….This is a modern dentist, with cutting-edge skills and knowledge. I am a patient with a name and email address that they know very well (lol)….not just a number. This office provides quality over quantity type results. You may have to wait for an appointment and possibly even save your money for services, but believe me….YOU WON’T BE DISAPPOINTED. And in the end, even if something isn’t just quite right, he’ll do what needs to be done until you are 100% pleased. I am the proud new owner of 2 beautiful crowns and numerous veneers. I can’t stop showing everyone my perfect teeth! Thank you Dr. Delaune and every single member of his team for my beautiful smile.

For years I considered getting braces to close the gap between my two front teeth. I decided to start my research on the internet to get all my options when I came across the six month smiles website. I search all the dentist within a 50 mile radius of where I lived when I came across the most qualified dentist on the list, which was Dr. Delaune. I went in for a consultation and the staff were amazing. They made me feel welcomed and made sure I was comfortable. Dr. Delaune examined my teeth and told me all my options and gave me his opinion. He actually listened to my concerns and didn’t pressure me to make a decision right away, which I liked. After my consultation, I was confident enough to take the leap and get the six month smiles the same day. Throughout the whole process, he customized my dental plan to fit my individual needs. It only took 5 months to close a 3.5 mm gap which is super fast considering how big the space was. Dr Delaune and his staff are amazing people and made my experience with braces that much easier; I looked forward to seeing them once a month. Dr Delaune really cares about his patients; He even allowed me to come in after I called him for an emergency visit at 6AM. I went to Dr. Delaune after having three discolored crowns (including one implant crown) placed on my three front teeth by another dentist. All three were different colors and assymetrical.
