I was very impressed with Dr. Neal and his staff.  They were very accommodating.  Over this past weekend, out of the blue, my implant became loose and kept slipping down and eventually fell out.  This all happened during the coronavirus lockdown, so I was very concerned whether or not I was going to be able to get my implant fixed.  Angie was very helpful throughout the weekend and contacted Dr Neal and I was able to get in on Monday.  When I got to the dental office, Tania and Dr. Neal were both very helpful in making sure I was taken care of.  I am so happy with Dr Neal and his staff. I would highly recommend Deluxe Dental to my family and friends!! -Carol A

This office and its staff are 1st rate.  I needed to make an emergency appointment for my husband and selected this office based on the reviews.  I am proud to add to the list.  The initial phone contact was very friendly and informative.  The  impression was solidified once we got to the office.  They have a small waiting room and there was no one waiting when we got there.  My husband  was greeted by name as he walked in and was promptly seen to.  He ended up getting a referral to an oral surgeon but they smoothed the path for  him  in advance.  Time off  from work was a concern which they gladly accommodated.  I can’t say enough good things about our experience

Awesome, my first visit was amazing. super friendly staff and a very nice and clean office. I would recomend this place to anyone and everyone. They are also very good about helping you find coverage for the expenses!

The staff is very friendly and focus on your needs. Susie the hygienist was awesome. I could’ve fallen asleep getting my teeth cleaned she was so gentle. I finally found a dental office that cares about their patients, especially when you have serious anxiety sitting in the chair

My husband and I have been going here over the past couple years and they’re really great. We went here originally for a second opinion on an expensive dental procedure for my husband, and they worked with us to find a simpler, effective (and affordable!) option that our insurance would cover. It saved us $1000. We’ve been going here ever since. The staff is sweet and courteous and they make it easy to get in and out. They really make you feel at home. I’m leaving town soon and they were able to squeeze me in to fill a cavity just 2 days after my check up. And the filling only took 20 minutes! They offer headphones with a Pandora station if you want to tune out the dental work. The hygienist today could even tell I was nervous about the giant needle and gave me a squeeze on the shoulder to comfort me until it was over. You can tell they really make the effort to make it a good experience. Definitely recommended.

Very attentive and friendly staff. I would highly recommend this place for anyone with a busy schedule. Every time I have had an appointment it was always on time and I was never waiting around in the lobby.

Deluxe Dental is under new ownership, and although any change is uncomfortable for me, I was thrilled by the experience.  The staff are the same wonderful gals, and always friendly, polite and extremely helpful. The new Dentist, Dr. Neal, is kind and caring.  The office uses new state-of-the-art equipment.  While I was very nervous to undergo an implant placement surgery  (remembering how painful my last two were at another practice), Dr. Neal quickly and painlessly performed the surgery in less time than my last cleaning.  I’m not kidding, the entire procedure was over in 40 minutes, and while I expected a painful evening to follow, I have not had any pain, only mild soreness the first day, (nothing 2 Advil can’t handle).  Dr. Neal’s Assistant, Tanya, is very well trained and knowledgable.  Dr. Neal called me that evening at home, as well as Jan and Dawn, the following day.  I’ve never had a Dr. do that, so that is why I’m compelled to write this review.  I strongly recommend Deluxe Dental and Dr. Jeff Neal. What I liked really liked is that Dr. Neal doesn’t try to make a sale, his patients well being are his true concern.

Amazing team. Everyone there were friendly and knowledgeable. The office is well kept!  Unfortunately I didn’t realize that a temporary filling really was temporary, I called after breaking it and they told me to come on in and they fixed it immediately!  My veneer was back when they said it would be and it is perfect!
