I typically don’t write reviews but hope I can sum up how great my experience was with Dr. Emma: HIGHLY RECOMMEND I’m an adult. Had braces for a long time as a teenager, and while my treatment was fairly successful at the time, it became obvious as I got older that there were things that should or could have been better – I think this was due to some structural mouth issues I have as well as perhaps some limitations/conventional practices within the industry at the time. Explored Invisalign several years ago with a different provider because I was scared of getting braces again at around 30. Braces, however, were really the best bet to get the best results for me as they are permanent, but thought if I was super compliant with Invisalign it would be enough. For a variety of reasons, it was very difficult to be compliant and I ended up not completing treatment. A few years later, I finally revisited braces with Dr. Emma. She was extremely understanding of my concerns and her no-nonsense but sympathetic demeanor put me at ease and gave me the confidence to just get the braces in order to get the best possible results I could get without doing something crazy and unnecessary (like breaking my jaw just to achieve a perfect orthodontic bite). She gave me an honest assessment of the results she thought were achievable to set reasonable expectations – which were actually exceeded – and the treatment was even shorter than I anticipated. It’s a busy practice but I always felt I was given attention and a high level of care. (Also, being an adult, I didn’t need to make appts. for after school time when it’s super busy.) I know when I need to explore orthodontics with my children as I undoubtedly will, I will be back in Dr. Emma’s office.

Dr. Denise Emma helped me realize a life long dream.  My experience with her began 1 year and a half ago. I was recommended by my Periodontist after many years of treatment for gum disease.  I spent years of frustration from childhood to the age of 69 with crooked teeth. I did not think I could have the amazing smile that Dr. Emma has helped me achieve.  Her staff was very courteous and encouraging. The facility is modern and pristine.   I highly would recommend her.

All four of my children and I have used Dr. Emma and absolutely love her!  The office is modern and clean,the staff very friendly and helpful and Dr. Emma always makes sure your treatment is going as planned. She has always fit us in for an appointment when 1 or more of my children have broken a brace.  Dr. Emma always offers up to date services and the follow up care is excellent. Even now my college age children talk about how great Dr. Emma is!

I’ve had my fair share of experiences with braces and orthodontists… Braces for 3 years as a teen and then invisilign in my late teens early 20s.  Nothing seemed to keep my teeth straight until I visited dr. Emma’s office and tried the incognito braces.  They were behind my teeth, I couldn’t see them and neither could anyone else.  My teeth has never looked better.  Dr. Emma and her staff are amazing and knowledgable and I couldn’t imagine a better experience anywhere else.  Thank you dr. Emma!!

Simply put, Dr. Emma is amazing in every way! Not only is she extremely thorough and precise in everything she does, her happy, welcoming personality surpasses any physician I have ever encountered. She is always available to answer any questions, any time. Having had incognito braces myself with Dr. Emma, and my daughter traditional braces, our teeth look beautiful! Her office is pristine, and her entire staff is amazing. They are all very helpful, professional and friendly. I recommend Dr. Emma all the time and will continue to do so! She’s the best!

To start, Dr. Emma’s office is inviting and warm. Girls at the desk are friendly and helpful. Dr Emma is knowledgeable, thorough and kind. She patiently answers questions and concerns. Explains all procedures and is very gentle. My daughter always leaves her office with a smile. Having braces isn’t so bad when you have a great orthodontist.

I had such a great experience with Doctor Emma and her entire staff in the Garden City office.  It was always very easy to schedule appointments as the office is very accommodating with their hours of service.  Everyone in the office is very friendly and always ensures all patients are comfortable during their appointment.  I saw great results with my Invisalign treatment and would highly recommend Doctor Emma.

Dr. Emma and her staff are amazing! Our appointments were on time and easy to schedule. Any broken wires and brackets were able to be repaired the same day I called – which reduced any discomfort they were feeling in a timely manner. This also kept my kids on target to have the braces removed on time. The results are picture perfect smiles! Thank you Dr. Emma!

I started taking my daughter to Dr. Emma this past October. She knew immediately what to do and we saw results within two weeks! Dr. Emma is an exceptional doctor who is very meticulous! In addition, her staff is courteous, kind and extremely helpful. And the office is beautiful and very clean!! We are so happy with our decision to go to Dr. Emma!!

Dr. Emma is the best orthodontist ever! I would recommend her to anyone who needs braces. She, along with her staff is very kind, personable and extremely professional! My daughter received braces here and looks forward to her visits; she has had an amazing experience so far! I could not recommend a better orthodontist!
