Dr. Denson and her team are wonderful. I just moved to Dallas from Houston, and hadn’t quite found time to find a dentist. Unfortunately, an incident with a poppy seed caused an unbearable toothache. Ibwas squeezed in, and it appeared I had cracked my tooth. The referred me immediately to an endocrinologist, and a root canal was done. Dr. Denson placed the temp, and now permanently crown in its place. The office has been so helpful and friendly to a person who knew no one in Dallas. They are professional and their office is extremely easy to locate. Even during COVID, I felt extremely comfortable and safe. CANNOT say enough about this doctor, and the staff. A fantastic experience at a dentist, and that is not generally something you hear often. Kudos to Denson Downtown Dental.

INCREDIBLE Experience!!! First off, the receptionist Terry is EXCEPTIONAL. Not only does she either always answer the phone or calls me back immediately, but she is incredibly patient with my ever changing schedule. She is pleasant, genuine and overly accommodating. Second off, I love Dr. Denson. She is pleasant, friendly, efficient and up-to- date. She did an excellent job on my filling. She had such precision on her work and did not overdo it as other dentists have done before. I LOVE this team!!

Needing a new dentist since moving to uptown, we found her on the carrier list. The staff is friendly and accommodating. They took the extra time on the initial visit, made recommendations to care, and sent me home with a plan and lots of give-aways. I look forward to visiting again soon. Make sure to get good instructions on parking and locating the office within the building, it’s a little tricky to find.

They employ the most advanced, forward-thinking yet cost practical technologies. And on top of that, they are super transparent, easy to work with and fun to be around. All of the workers from the front desk to Dr. Denson herself were very sweet and personable as well as professional. The office manager Terri was very sweet and helpful with scheduling my appointment (and also directions to their office). Aashima was the dental hygienist and was also very friendly. Halfway through my visit Jill Denson came in and introduced herself and assisted with a laser procedure. All in all: super pleasant experience, even for someone like me that doesn’t particularly enjoy having to go to the dentist’s office. Thank you ladies!

I do not even know where to start. The building is gorgeous. The staff customer service is 2nd to none. Then to top it all off they took the time to make sure I had no pain with my filling. Fantastic dental practice with excellent staff!! I come to Denson Downtown Dental for my regular cleanings and any dental work. As soon as I walk in to the office, I’m greeted by the sweetest Office Manager that I have ever interacted with, Terri. She is great at making sure I understand what needs to be done for my dental procedures and is such a pleasure to be around. I love the Dental Hygienist, Aashima, and she’s such a vital member of the office. I love having her take care of me! She makes sure that I’m comfortable and I love her approach to making sure that I am taking care of my teeth. The other dental professional, Lauren, is educated and is great at supporting the overall atmosphere of the office. Dr. Jill Denson is such a sweet person and a wonderful dentist. I recommend her and the practice to anyone! Located conveniently in an office tower downtown and the office pays for parking. They sure know how to take the benefits and perks of a corporate feel in a warm and cozy family office environment. Highly recommended!!

Jill and her team are extremely professional and I heartily recommend you to join the fortunate group of her patients. It is very easy to make an appointment, because of the highly skilled receptionist. After an in time reminder, you will be able to find easy parking in the parking garage of the Plaza of the Americas (parking free because of voucher). Jill especially focuses on working painless, when treating your teeth, which together with her nice character makes the appointments even pleasurable. The atmosphere of her practice is very calming and friendly. I am her patient myself and had a crown and several fillings made by Jill. Exzellent work, well done, and the pricing is very reasonable!

Fantastic experience!! I work upstairs in the Plaza building and had a dental emergency and she got me in the same day. Her hygienist explained everything to me and was really sweet, she had a great personality. When Dr. Denson came in she was extremely helpful. She took extra x-rays (for no extra charge) just to satisfy her own curiosity to see how she could best fix my tooth and to determine what state it was in. She then fixed my tooth, told me what to do, gave me some mouthwash (for free) to keep the area clean, then gave me her cell #! She was very serious about if I needed to call her because I was in pain or needed more assistance, she’d be happy to help me. Like seriously, who still does that? I was very impressed….to the point I went back to work telling everyone to go downstairs to get their teeth cleaned. Her entire staff was extremely pleasant and she had me in and out inside of an hour. She’s definitely my new dentist after that visit!

Their entire staff has shown me top-notch professionalism and I feel I receive terrific, personalized care every time. Dr. Denson’s office has a relaxing atmosphere with modern amenities (and dental techniques) that make your time sitting in the chair a lot more enjoyable. Their office location on the edge of downtown (its inside of the Plaza of the Americas) is both convenient and easy to find in my opinion. I love them and would recommend them to any family or friend!

This was, and I kid you not, my best dental exam ever! They are thorough about everything. Ashima and Dr. Denson were so knowledgeable about every. They explained things to me that I didn’t even know I should ask about. I love that they are advocated about preventative care. This was my first experience with Dr. Denson. She and her entire staff were extremely professional. My entire course of treatment was explained in great detail. I experienced little discomfort, and both the technician and dentist described all aspects of the procedures throughout my visit. The office manager not only set my initial and follow-up appointments, but apprised me of all costs for this visit, and provided an estimate for future services. They even paid for my parking! I highly recommend this practice.

Dr. Denson is very patient and understanding about all my anxieties, and did excellent work.
