Visiting Dr Spigner’s office was quite a pleasant experience. The staff were very friendly and made going to the dentist fairly uneventful. You could tell everyone who worked there enjoyed what they do and it had a family like atmosphere. The waiting room and the office in general was very nice and it was evident that it was laid out with intent to make the customer comfortable. I had to have a cavity filled. I expressed how the thought of being drilled on made me nervous. They went above and beyond to make me feel comfortable. The process ended up being quite benign and was over before I knew it. Unequivocally, I would recommend Bruce and his staff and will definitely be returning in the future for cleanings!

I’ve been a patient of Dr. Spigner for 19yrs. I was referred by a nurse. I had dental anxiety due to a military dental experience and hadn’t seen a dentist in 5 yrs! Dr. Spigner and staff put me at ease. My 1st visit revealed 10 cavities! He fixed them over a few visits. His technique is PAINLESS! Even with numbing! He’s done fillings, root canals, crowns, and veneers on me. I’m completely satisfied! I moved to AK and had to change dentists. That dentist complimented Dr. Spigner’s work, said it was the best he’d ever seen. So, even living in Alaska, he is my only dentist. I commute! He’s come in early, and stayed late to see me, called me on weekends to check on me and fit me in urgently before I traveled overseas. He inquires about my overall health, my family, work, and schooling. We always have great discussions during my visits. He’s compassionate and kind. So is his staff. Highly recommend! I’m a nurse and I trust him completely! You CANNOT go wrong with Dr.Spigner and his staff!

I’ve never been a fan of the Dentist, but let me just commend Dr. Spigner on being the best Dentistry in Phoenix. He’s done an amazing job decorating the office and I absolutely love the location! This historic building is wondrous and every visit is not just a pleasure but a joy! If your like me and dread going to the Dentist, either find a Dentist like Spigner or just make it easy and have Dr. Spigner become your routine go to Dentist!

Dr. S and his team are fantastic! I had fillers and seals performed during my visit and was nervous at first but I made it through my procedures smoothly and pain free thanks to everyone at the office! I’m new to Phoenix area and I made the visit based on high ratings on dr. S . I’m glad I chose his practice as they exceed my expectations!

I have been a patient at Spigner Dental Art for over 15 years and have never had a less than wonderful experience. I am met with a family-friendly atmosphere and staff that are competent and professional. Dr. Spigner is experienced, professional yet compassionate. He always takes time to inquire about my overall wellness and thoroughly hears and answers all of my concerns. Fillings and cleanings are painless. The atmosphere is very clean, modern and comfortable. Even though I am away at school, I still wait until I am back in Phoenix to have any dental work done since I wouldn’t trust just anyone or go just anywhere. I thoroughly recommend.

Every single person in this office is amazing. The receptionists are so helpful (especially during an emergency), and the dental hygienists are all wonderful, kind, and caring people. They are not only great at their jobs, but will make you feel comfortable and well cared for. The dentist is great, and the atmosphere of the office is so calming and nice as well. I know this sounds disingenuous, but I’ve had really bad experiences with other dentists in the past, and this office has helped me get over that and they’ve gotten me through a couple dental scares as well. They are just an amazing team.

I am so happy to be back with Dr. Spigner. When I had to change insurances I made the mistake of trying to see other dentists that were in my network. WOW, what an eye opener. I wish I realized that seeing a dentist out of network is such a small difference in money for routine services. I paid for it in the long run by seeing dentists in “my network”. Dr. Spigner could have saved me $5,0000 b/c he would have diagnosed me correctly in the first place. The other dentists and the hygienests  can’t touch how skilled Dr. Spigner and his staff are. I am never leaving him again!! I have my pain free mouth back b/c of Dr. Spigner!!!  And a gorgeous smile.

For the first time in my career in “going” to the Dentist, A Dentist actually showed me  pictures and diagrams of the problem I was having with my tooth, or should I say teeth. He explained step by step as to what and how he was going to perform the procedure. I had several issues with my teeth namely root canals, and tooth extractions. Dr Bruce Spigner made my Dental experience the Best ever! All the procedures Dr,Spigner performed on Me, were virtually painless with very little discomfort. The staff is very warm and courteous.They provide easy payment methods as well., So, if you are someone suffering from teeth issues; I recommend you go see Dr, Bruce Spigner, He is the BEST!

It is difficult to fathom a review of any dentist being positive. I am writing this review because the doctor and his staff deserve it. I was on a business trip in Phoenix when, on Monday morning I awoke with an incredible pain due to an infection. I had four days left in Phoenix before heading home. I knew I wouldn’t last that long. I phoned several dentists who could not or would not take me given the circumstances. I finally reached a doctor Guest of another office who went out of his way to connect me with Dr. Spigner’s office. Dr. Spigner went out of his way to fit me in that afternoon. He had me in the chair for about two hours after which I didn’t know if enough had been done to alleviate the discomfort (which was immeasurable). I woke up the next morning knowing I would be able to make it through the remaining days of the conference and the pain slowly abated. The doctor called me the next day to check on me. He also saw me at no cost the day before I left to make certain I would be comfortable for travel. I got home and went to work on Friday after which he called again to make sure I made an app on appointment to see a specialist for a more thorough solution now that I am back home and have time. I am amazed at the lengths to which Dr. Spigner and his team have gone to make sure I was able to deal with my visit and be comfortable and healthy at home. Thank you all so very much! I loved being able to watch TV while in the dreaded “CHAIR”. I wish your practice would move to Houston.
