It was such a blessing that I came! The staff was extremely pleasant and PROFESSIONAL. Everyone I came in contact with was awesome front the front desk check all the way throughout my visit and check out! Toni was extremely personable and kind. As a person of color in today’s world I was skeptical to come in because I was unsure of how I would be treated/accepted. I look forward to making this my new home for my dental needs! I am confident my treatment will be just as impeccable!

This place is so nice! They offer first time customers free cleanings, exams, AND x-rays, with or without insurance. All of the staff is very polite, friendly, and professional, but the dental hygienist Shey went above and beyond to help me when I made the embarrassing mistake of thinking my second visit without insurance was free. She told me it happens all the time, and I shouldn’t be embarrassed. I had no money at the time, and was just going to wait in the parking lot for the person I went with to finish their appointment, but she talked to the dentist, and called me back in and made an exception so I could still get my teeth cleaned today! Talk about compassion and customer service! She told me all about their customer loyalty program/family savings program, it’s basically an in house dental insurance package that I’ll definitely be looking into! The office is always clean, they have TVs in every patient station, you always leave with a goodie bag. Normally they have coffee/hot cocoa/tea, and water in the waiting area, but I’m assuming due to COVID-19, it’s more sanitary to exclude such things at the moment. I just can’t say enough positive things about this place. Go check it out. With the first visit free, you literally have nothing to lose!

I highly recommend Dental Arts of Catoosa! There is a genuine sense of being cared for while there. Since my family and I have been there a number of times over this past year, I can say that it has been pleasant every time, and not one employee has been unpleasant. Always smiles, always welcoming. Very refreshing!

The staff here are absolutely AMAZING! From start to finish, I had a wonderful experience. Coming in as a new patient can be difficult, but the process was flawless. From the receptionist to the dentist, I wouldn’t change a thing. They’re open early, late and on the weekend. I was even able to make an appointment same day I called in. Looking forward to having better dental health with their help.

I had visited this office back in 2016, and loved it then. Well recently I needed a tooth extracted and they couldn’t get to me right away so I had to use another dentist. The other dentist was a horrible experience so I called Dental Arts to help me. The service I received from this office was beyond any service I have ever received. They were caring, courteous, and helpful. If you do go here I highly recommend Sha, she was the most caring, kindest, and most compassion person I have ever met. She is really the one who made my whole dental experience amazing and put my negative thoughts about overall dental worries as ease. She is seriously the BEST. This office picked the most perfect person to have as part of their team.

I hadn’t been to the dentist in a while and I was so nervous and worried about judgment, the minute the lady up front answered the phone I knew it was going to be a good experience!! I never once felt like I was being judged or that I regretted myself decision to finally do something for myself!! I can’t wait to go back!! I’ve always been not too excited for dentist appointments, but Dr. Michaelson did a fantastic job of easing my nerves leading up to the numbing before getting my filling and root canal. Root canals tend to have a bad wrap, but it was a pretty easy, not so unpleasant experience thanks to him and his staff. I highly recommend this place as one of the best dentists to go to.

I cannot explain how awesome this place is!! Today I walked away in shock of how they truly care about providing things that MOST places do not! There were no surprise/hidden fees. I went n for a routine check up & ended up needing a little more, they made me comfortable & I even had my toddler w me (which I don’t advise lol) but they were so good w her & very patient. She played & never once did I feel I was inconveniencing them nor did they put off that vibe. This staff was great, I actually broke down n tears w the compassion this dental family has. You haven’t seen great service till u go here!

Great place with Terrific people!!! Get a FREE COMPREHENSIVE EXAM AND CLEANIG, X-Rays included!!! Continued cleanings for free� I DO NOT know of any other Dental office in the area doing this! Plus if you tell them ,” SHERYL CAFFEY” sent you… you and I both get $50!!! WHAT??? Yep, that’s right FREE COMPREHENSIVE EXAM, X- Rays, Teeth Cleaning and $ 50 for you and I !! Dr Soren Michaelsen has been attending our dental needs from when he first began his private practice At Dental Arts of Catoosa. He and his professional dental staff have always been very attentive and understanding in working with my wife and I for developing and pursuing our unique dental restoration plans. With Dr Michaelsen’s astute guidance and skill we were most successful In attaining exactly what we had wished. It wasn’t until I looked back through so many old family photos that I realized how long it had been since last I was last able to smilie with confidence. Now more than ever my wife and I love seeing each other’s smile

I LOVE Dr. Michaelsen and staff! Just don’t have a procedure like crowns done on Thursday or Friday, if you can help it. One of my temp crowns broke in half and one came off while carefully brushing my teeth and the third one came off while eating soup!! It’s Friday evening when all this happened. I called and left two mesages about my painful exposed nerves. NO ONE CHECKS TELEPHONE MESSAGES OVER THE WEEKEND!!! Ive been HURTING ALL WEEKEND AND HAD NO IDEA WHAT TO DO!! Please set some kind of EMERGENCY plan in place. You gotta take care of your patients during closed office hours too!
