I have to first start by saying, WOW! The dentist has never really never been my thing. I’m not afraid, just more so a laziness thing. However, I need major work done and am planning on getting jaw surgery at years end. So I had to start from step one, a cleaning. Long story short, I have quite a few visits to get my mouth right. Better late than never right? But since the very first day, the ENTIRE staff has made me feel so comfortable. At home treatment if you will. The front desk is so charming and caring and my hygienist Ashley is incredible! She’s easy handed and makes sure comfort is always first. My dentist is Dr. Hines. Dr. Hines is probably the best dentist I have ever had in my 27yrs of living. I had a horrible tooth ache. I went to work chipper and it just kicked me in the ass changing my mood drastically. The throbbing was unbearable. I tried to tough it out and got a next day appointment, but I called back and asked for a today spot. They fit me in. And what caught my attention most, Dr. Hines was on his lunch break and took the time to step aside and do a root canal right there on the spot. Felt nothing, cleaned me up, no pain right now. I mean wow. I’m not one for reviews but when your work is PRISTINE as this office is, you have to give a standing ovation. Thank you everyone and I mean everyone for dealing with my yuck mouth and helping me revive my smile. They are working hand and foot to repair my oral situation and I couldn’t be anymore thankful. If you need a dentist, here is the place. Thank you again Dr. Hines and Staff, you all are perfectly incredible.

My 13 year old daughter and I have been coming here for years. Since the first day I walked through the doors, I have been thrilled with every interaction I have had with every person in the office. Not only do I have complete trust and confidence with the dental care we receive every visit but more than that we feel like we are genuinely cared about as people. It is like visiting friends instead of a dental office. I would never think of going anywhere else.

I have been going to Dental Care at Moon Valley for almost 2 years. They got me in on a Friday morning, when I had a painful gum issue. Dr. Hines was great! I’ve been going ever since! Today I had my teeth cleaned by Megan. My sister, who is a dental hygienist in Michigan, is visiting, and came with me. She was very impressed with the office and staff. I really like Megan, shes super nice and does a very good job cleaning my teeth! I highly recommend this office!

Super wonderful experience here!  The staff is so friendly and helpful! We are new patients and we all had cleanings here recently.  We are very happy with the cleanings.  We did not think we were getting the best cleanings at our prior dentist, but feel we picked the right place this time for excellent care.

i have completed some serious procedures at this facility.   there are three reasons i recommend them:  1} they know what they’re doing – surprisingly not always the case with dental services 2} they are happy doing it – generally not true of the services i’ve used, and 3} they charge like they’re not the only service provider – they really want your business

I had an excellent first experience at Dental Care at Moon Valley! Everyone from the front office, to the hygienist, to the dentist was warm, professional, and friendly. I highly recommend this dental office.

I have been going to this office for a decade. Throughout different dentists and staff they have remained punctual, professional and did excellent work. I have recommended them to members of my family and they remained happy clients. Dr. Hines has recently replaced a crown and installed a tooth implant. All of the visits so far were prompt and work performed flawless.
