Absolutely love this place now that Dr. Ray-Irving is there. Felt like I was at a used car lot before with everyone trying to sell me some type of service. It is a much calmer, more relaxed atmosphere now. Employees no longer seem stressed and Dr gives suggestions but does not force services on you. Lisa is awesome also and I am so happy I don’t have to look for another dentist…again!

Beautiful practice with very friendly staff… super comprehensive. Everyone from the dentist to the front desk. I like the way they come up with a treatment plan and explain the financial side of things so that there are no surprises. Exams are very thorough. So i haven’t been to the dentist in about 6 years. I have always been skeptical when it comes to local doctors and dentists. I knew from the pain that my tooth was infected and needed to be pulled. It wasn’t just a tooth, it was a crown i had worn for 15 years. I knew i desperately needed help so me being me, I reviewed all the local dentists in my area. Dental Care of Fairfield had so many great reviews so i ended up making an appointment online. I was in desperate pain when i made the emergency appointment that i made online appointments to 3 other dentists. Dental Care of Fairfield was the ONLY dentist to get back to me the same day. And not only that day, within 30 minutes when i booked an appointment online. And not only that, but i had an appointment the very next day. Of course i was nervous when I went because i haven’t been to a dentist in forever. But OMG. This team of professionals had me feeling like their best friend (and I’m super shy and anxious). I didn’t expect to get my infected crown extracted the same day as my first exam, but they were ready for anything. They said it would only be $183 with my awaiting insurance. But after the whole ordeal which only lasted about 30 minutes for EVERYTHING.. it only came to $83. I was in shock after just getting a tooth (crown) extracted. The dentist was understanding and AMAZING. And the staff of dental hygienists and assistants were so so friendly and made me feel so welcome and not shy at all!! It was crazy how much i felt at ease with them. They prescribed me with antibiotics and ibuprofin 800. I made an appointment for later in the month and i can honestly say I’m not nervous to go to this next appointment because of the ease from my previous appointment. Im so glad i found this place and I’m so happy to finally have the best dentist in town!!

I am a new patient and was looking for a dentist. I am extremely pleased with my experience at Dental Care of Fairfield. I have NEVER had a dentist that was this great. The entire staff was very knowledgeable. That should be expected yes, but you can’t find that everywhere. It was more than the knowledge of the staff though. They are ALL extremely caring, respectful, and sincere. I could immediately tell that this wasn’t just a job for them. They treat you like FAMILY. I’m not sure if I will find that anywhere else.

I was very impressed with the staff and doctor Atari. The dental hygienist was very nice and explained everything to me in detail. I was really comfortable throughout the entire appointment and would definitely go back. I did have an issue with my bill, but I was able to get it resolved almost immediately with a quick phone call. The office is also very comfortable with free coffee, water, and TVs to watch.

On Friday evening I fell and busted my face on a concrete step, resulting in a broken tooth. I had to wait until Monday morning to get in touch with a dentist. The person that made the appointment for me made it for Tuesday, I totally thought it was for Monday so I showed up a day early for my visit. The Receptionist informed me that my appointment was actually the next day. (My tooth nerve was exposed all weekend long. To say I was in pain was an understatement). I started to get emotional and one of the other ladies that was in the office came over and asked what’s wrong? I showed her my tooth or what was left of it. She said hold on a second and went and talked with the dentist. She immediately said she would see me today! What a relief!!!! Each and every staff member that I came into contact with was so compassionate and kind and thoughtful. I’m forever grateful for that dentist today. I will definitely stick around and continue my dental care. Thank you again so much!

I haven’t seen a dentist in over ten years. My husband and I received a flyer in the mail about this new office opening. They have a promotion going on for a take home whitening kit for $1. I was really excited about that because I had some yellowing from drinking lots of coffee and pop. I called and made appointments a few weeks ago and we just left. Let me just say this place is amazing. My teeth are so white and clean, I don’t even need the whitening kit. I never knew my teeth could be this clean! The staff is so friendly and polite, and they explain everything to you in detail. I will always be coming here. Thank you!

Jess is an exceptional hygienist and she knows what she’s doing. Very thorough and informative about everything they do, and very knowledgeable about the information and services they provide. I went to Dr. Grace Eichler today at Dental Carr of Fairfield. When I called for an appointment and told them that I had a broken front tooth they were very helpful and concerned. This call was on a Wednesday. They offered to see me the next day but my work schedule did not permit. I made an appointment for Tuesday the next week. Everyone was very helpful, compassionate and friendly! I have a big fear of dentists and made them aware. Dr Eichler and her staff were amazing. Everyone took their time and made me feel comfortable throughout my visit. I had 2 chipped and 1 broken front tooth repaired. They were able to do this the same day. I knew before they started what my fee for the treatment would be after the Bill coordinator came and spoke to me prior to my treatment. I could go on and on about my experience. If you are looking for an amazing team who work together to make your experience outstanding, go to Dr Grace Eichler and her staff. I apologize for not remembering everyone’s name but I will never forget the professional team that I had the pleasure to meet today. This was my first appointment with this practice. Every employee(front office staff, hygienist, assistants, & doctor) that I encountered was friendly and personable. I knew I had some dental issues and was a little apprehensive. But this practice went over & beyond my expectations. I’ve never had such thorough care with xrays, screenings, & gum care. I contacted them, as I was in pain with what I thought was an infected wisdom Tooth. I spoke to the nicest lady named Wendy. She showed genuine concern about my situation. I was having bad anxiety, as I am on low fixed income a month and no dental insurance. She offered to work with me about payment options. I have insurance that does not cover dental or vision.. I did get the problem resolved, but Wendy even called and left me a voice mail to ask how I was feeling. This place is amazing. Will definitely call again with any problems and make appointment.

Just a fabulous place…they got my daughter in right away because she had a infected tooth…so great with her I couldn’t believe it…my daughter is autistic and does not do well with places like this and they kept her cal. I have had a few things done at Dental Care of Fairfield and Jess is AWESOME. Brian is a little cold towards me for some reason. Dr. Irving-Ray is very nice, but she was unable to examine me this morning after my teeth cleaning because she was on a phone call…I thought that was unprofessional and didn’t make me feel appreciated. Overall I would recommend Dental Care of Fairfield!
