My overall experience here has been wonderful. I don’t know what the other reviewers are smoking but i am on the invisalign program too and i got my trays within a few weeks after taking the impressions. And i  did not have any trouble with the text confirmations. And when they needed to reschedule, i had no problem receiving their calls. Whatever inconveniences the staff caused in the past, they seem to have fixed now because i haven’t had any troubles. Would recommend 5 out of 5.

This place took me in when know one else would touch me. I’ve been waiting for my tooth to get pulled over an year, I’ve been to two or three dentist and they all said that they couldn’t do it. So I call this place and let me tell ya this place is the real deal please if you have and emergency give them an call it’s worth it god bless them.

I stayed away from all dentists for a very very very long time because of fear. I went here knowing I needed to face my fears, and I was so lucky to have gotten Fiona as my dental hygienist. She’s amazing, I told her how nervous I was and she made me feel so relaxed and let me know what she was doing every step of the way. Very friendly staff, and the female dentist doctor was also sooooooo nice.

I have a huge fear of dentists going back to a childhood experiences. Had a crown that fell out during an early dinner. I hadn’t been to a dentist in years. My son uses Dental Care of Round Lake & without hesitation gave me their #. He knows what a baby I am & assured me of how nice everyone there was. He really likes his dentist & told me of some of his experiences with them. I called them & they were able to see me the next day. My son was right, what a great office & staff. This will get me back on the dental care routine. Thank you Dental Care of Round Lake for a really good experience!!

I am so scared to go to the dentist but after a week of unbearable tooth pain two of my co workers convinced me to go to this place. The staff are very welcoming and friendly. The place is very clean and nice. The staff explained all my options to me clearly. Will definitely recommend this place to others as well.

i used to be afraid of dentists till i came here i never have to wait long there are appointments in evenings everyone there is so nice and patient. they try really hard to make sure you are comfortable they listen closely to what you need to be comfortable and are aware of you enough to notice if they think your uncomfortable they take the time you need so you dont feel rushed. they have gas available if you have a hars time with shots nerves or dealing with pain they are also sensitive to your financial considerations. most of all, for the first time, i can say i actually like my dentist!

Loved this experience ❤. From the moment I entered the office. Friendly smiles n great customer service. My hygienist was amazing explaining everything as she went through the exam. Which I totally appreciated. The Denist came in the room n took time to go over my teeth also explaining what my teeth were doing n what care they needed. Again great customer service.. Every time I show up to my appointment, it’s is always clean, professional, kind, and caring. I have been here more than 5X’s, and my experience is highly satisfied and do recommend to anyone looking for a good dental office. I have learned a lot from Michelle, one of the staff, she is very knowledgeable, and professional at what she does. My dental hygiene has improved so much with my visits, thank you all.

We had some small issue’s with a crown from a root canal my son had done at this office. Let me be clear the problem was with the lab the dental office uses. But the office manager called me quickly and very professional and addressed the problem immediately and offered a very nice discount for the problem at hand. Thank you for your prompt attention to this issue.
