The DCOF was great! I got all of my dental work completed at my own pace. They were all very professional and did precision work. I had fillings, upper dentures in one day, and a lower crown all done at an affordable price. They bill your insurance for you which is a huge plus and you’ll always know the exact amount of money to bring to each appointment. There’s also an option to set up payments

Dental Center Of Florence is amazing , the employees their are happy and they make you feel welcomed. I am an out of network patient, that’s fine, I do not feel comfortable going anywhere else. I trust DCOF with all my Dental Work . I have been going there for 3 years now with no complaints . I do wish they would become in network but if they dont it is still ok they will still be my #1 Dentist . If you decide to make them your Dentist please make sure you ask for Meagan she will make you feel comfortable , relaxed, no anxiety whatsoever. Meagan is a complete Angel . DCOF has the best team I have ever seen , you will not be disappointed. Thank You DCOF you are amazing.

As a husband of the patient and being in customer service for 52 years, I must say DCOF is fantastic!! My wife Linda had new dentures made.  They look wonderful! We chose to select the better dentures and believe it was a wise decision for our need.  Dr. Laws is a great doc!  Very caring and understanding in every area.  They were quick to book the appointments necessary for adjustments and temporay liners. They are excellant regarding their selection of dentures and prices. Their staff is wonderful.  Rainy at the front desk is an amazing individual. Very caring.  Elizabeth did excellent job with temporary liners. Sarah is fantastic as well. Lots of smiles from staff.  We are still in the process so to speak, but expect nothing but excellence throughout the complete journey.  Nothing but good to say about this experience.  Would recommend!!! 

I’m normally very leary of going to the dentist.  After many years of avoiding it, I went to Dr. Laws at DCOF and was utterly amazed at how well it all went.  I was guided through the whole appointment. No surprises, no pain, warm and welcoming staff who seem to care about you not your wallet or insurance card.  Thanks Dr. Laws and DCOF.  I’ll be in for my regular checkups 😉

For those who are afraid of the dentist, I recommend making an appointment with the DCOF. I had extensive surgery 10mos. ago. The healing process took time, but I now have my permanent dentures. My dentures are absolutely beautiful and personalized with my full name in each denture. After an extensive search I narrowed it down to the DCOF for my full dental needs and their professional care. I cannot say enough of the professional care and the personal attention they have given me. I would like to thank the Doctors, Assistants, Receptionists, Lab and all of those who make up this entire staff. Very satisfied.

First time at this dentist and the place was great. The staff is super friendly and helpful! So I went in for a cleaning, was helped by Julie and she made the whole experience really nice… like I know some people dread going to the dentist, but I’d advise anyone to come here, especially if you get Julie. She’s actually super cool, knowledgeable, and overall does an amazing job. I actually enjoyed going to the dentist lol but overall if your looking for a new dentist or wanting to start somewhere, definitely check this place out!

Everyone was so nice also explained everything as they went along. All had lots of smiles and kind words. This place did the best job on my teeth..They were very gentile. .I highley recommend this dentist office. Everyone was so nice and helpful..Thank you Amber and smiley and all the girls who took care of me today. Your all awesome .i couldn’t remember the rest of your names. You ladies were such a great team..you worked as a team and you had each others back. This made my visit worth my long trip across from Ohio..I drive about 45 minutes to this office because of the treatment they have to me. Thanks again DCOF

I went to DCOF this morning and have to say that I worked with The “A” Team. I’ve actually been going there for over 20 years and didn’t think any dentist could rival Dr. Keith Laws…but I think he’s met his match with Dr. Michael Rolf. Dr. Rolf was very professional and at the same time managed to turn the beginning of a negative appointment into nothing but a positive. His personality, attitude and caring manner were not to be rivaled. And in addition to him, the visit just got better by working with “Smiley” and Megan. Smiley, hygienist, was so caring and knowledgable and took the time to explain things and show that she not only cares about her job, but also her patients. And what can I say about Megan, Dental Assistant, but that she is the absolute BEST! I’ve never had anyone in any office make someone feel so welcomed and comfortable. She is the best addition they have ever made to their stellar staff and I will ask for her, Dr. Rolf and Smiley (Ashley) on every visit from here on out. Thanks to you all for making a visit that could be very ominous nothing but a pleasure.

About a year ago, I decided that it was time for new dentures, but I couldn’t find a denture clinic here in the Lexington area that I wanted to use. My dentures had grown very loose, and one clinic even told me that new dentures would not help. They wanted to sell me the implants. Well, they were wrong. My new dentures from Dental Center of Florence fit than any I have had in the past. This is my third experience having dentures made, and these are the best dentures I have had so far. They’re not the cheapest, but far from being the most costly. They offer an excellent value, considering the high quality of denture that they offer, and the quality of service. What’s more, the entire staff at DCF is very professional, very courteous, and very dedicated to making your dental experience as pleasant as possible, and to making certain that you are 100% pleased with your results. The results were a beautiful looking and great feeling set of dentures. I was so pleased that I had a second identical set made as a backup. I couldn’t be more pleased, and it’s a pleasure to give them this review.

My visit at DCOF was just this past Monday and I have to say all the staff were very polite and professional. The experience of my visit was great even though I had teeth pulled. The doctor and assistant was the best. Very concerned of how I was doing and if anything was uncomfortable. The visit went great. I totally recommend DCOF to anyone. Katie
