I found this dental office through a Google search and I can’t express exactly how grateful I am for each of them. The ladies at the front desk are always kind and pleasant. Then there’s Dr. Patel, Micah, Jackie, Dr. Calhoun & Zee to name a few are the reasons I return. I don’t like going to the dentist but they’ve been patient, caring and extremely attentive with me each time I go. They take the time to explain the procedure and check to make certain I’m ok repeatedly!!! The work is exceptional and the office is always super clean. I’m new to the area but I’ve certainly found my dental home for as long as I’m in the area!! If you haven’t chosen this dental office for all your dental needs you’re definitely missing out!!!

An amazing dental experience. A nice waiting area. It starts as soon as you check-in, the front desk is the most polite and upbeat I’ve seen in an office. My cleaning was a breeze, everything was explained perfectly and nice convo throughout the picture taking part. I never felt rushed or like a bother. Excited for my future dental work. Please keep up the good work, you’ve earned my business for life.

First off I have severe anxiety and dental phobia the staff here and dr Patel were amazing. I had a tooth removed and a bone graft put in and I was amazed on how Eazy and painless it was. Zee was super helpful and very friendly and kind. Will be back

Wow! What an amazing office! Donna,Zee, and Dr Patel were amazing. They took my painful emergency situation and turned it into a happy smiling even . I was warmly welcomed by Donna and though I had been sleep derpived from tooth pain she gave me a smile . I met Zee next and he quickly got my xrays and my treatment plan setup. I met another gentleman, but his name is escaping me. He was so nice and made me feel comfortable while he did my preppin . Dr Patel has such a friendly and welcoming demeanor. You can tell he loves what he does. He thoroughly explained what would happen and possible outcomes. He was quick and efficient and has gentle hands. I am already established with another dentist, but this one experience has made my mind up that I should switch to Dr. Patel. The office is modern and clean. Donna was sweet and very helpful with my husband (who was waiting for me).

A couple of years ago, my previous dentist had botched a root canal procedure that was just left abandoned with a hole in tooth with just temporary filling over the weekend because of the lack of equipment and staff. It left me writhing in pain over the weekend and I decided to seek out Dr. Patel after the weekend instead of going back to my dentist. Man, am I glad I did. This was before he joined the Dental Center of Jacksonville, but even then, he managed to fix my problem in 40 minutes flat – the same one that seemed like a special case to my previous dentist. So, needless to say, after he joined Dental Center of Jacksonville, I followed him here. Again, glad I did. Not only the same care and treatment as before, but also a few familiar faces of the same courteous and caring staff as well. Now everyone in my immediate and extended family in Jacksonville area are his patients. Rightfully and deservedly so.

This place has been amazing. From cleanings to oral surgery they have everything covered. The doctors and staff are very knowledgeable and treat any questions or concerns you have about your treatment with attention and care. I would recommend anybody who have any fears or anxiety associated with going to the dentist to give this office a try. Outstanding service met with true professionalism.

Absolutely the most sweetist, lovable, curtious professionals I have ever encountered. From the receptionists, the technicians to the dentists, they all are amazing!!!! Ive been afraid of the dentist all my life and they made me feel so great with their extraordinary attention to my needs. They take their time to make you feel at ease. They explain every step of the way. I feel totally blessed to have found the best dentists!!!! I have plans for a front tooth implant and in the past, I had 4 implants with another dentist which was a nightmare of pain…. Now I feel confident to get this implant done because I know I am in the best of hands. God bless you all for all that you do!!!

Patient First Attitude! Dr. Patel is an excellent dentist whose main priority is making sure his patients are comfortable and get the best dentistry he can offer. He’s got a wonderful staff that makes you feel special and at home. His office is state of the art and very clean. Unlike other dentists we’ve visited, going to Dr. Patel’s office is like a treat. Make an appointment today and you’ll thank god you did.

I hate going to dentist! But this location will make you feel at home. Their lobby is very comfortable and the restroom is also in the same area. When you checked in, the ladies at the front desk are very welcoming and always smiling! And once you go inside, you will be greeted by their friendly dentists and staff. I was here a couple of weeks ago to have my filling and was informed beforehand on how much I have to pay, so I was prepared. When I came in, the dentist and his assistant immediately worked on my teeth and they were very thorough with the procedure. They made sure I was comfortable when they injected the anesthesia, and everything went smoothly! Just had to wait quite a while for the numbing cream to take effect. Overall, I was very satisfied with the result.

This is the best dentist office I’ve ever been to! They’re nice, caring, and thorough. Last year I went to Greenberg and they told me I had a cavity that needed to be filled. this year I came here and they said my teeth looked perfect, I had no cavities and it was only staining. Everywhere else only wants your money and wants you to pay for unnecessary things but this place really takes their time with you and has your best interest in mind! All the staff is really nice also. Overall my experience was very pleasant with the front desk, hygienist, and dentist and I’ll never go anywhere else!

It’s a whole new world (of healthcare and dental care) when you are a cash-paying patient versus insured through work. I opted not to get a dental insurance plan while self-employed, so I was trying to find a provider to maintain my smile (oral health is very important Yelpers!). After thoroughly reviewing several dentists around town and getting tons and tons of mailers, I selected Dental Center of Jacksonville. This was definitely a good choice! I have grown accustomed to dentists with the latest technology and friendly staff, and this place had both PLUS additional nice touches like the warm towel post-cleaning, and beverages. It reminded me of my higher-ends barbershops, only for teeth cleaning instead of hair cuts. Now I understand why once upon a time barbers were also dentists and surgeons… That aside, the quality and professionalism of the staff meant I got a great check-up and cleaning, and I got a great deal! Best part–as a self-pay or insured-through-work patient, I anticipate always getting good treatment here

I’m fairly new to the office. Love the friendly, honest staff! Ms. Sweeta does the best cleanings 🙂 They are going through changes since Dr. Patel took over, but looks like it is for the best! The office definitely needed some upgrades. They don’t talk to you like a salesman. Hoping it works out to be our family dentist for us and the kids! Dr. Patel did a beautiful job on my crown. Matched my front tooth perfectly!
