I have dental phobia, with the experience of passing out on the first injection, even with numbing ;-), and with this background, I had one of my best experiences here. Dr. Remi Lerch was amazingly patient and handled the complicated case of my broken and infected tooth completely painless. It was hard for me to believe I wouldn’t feel any pain, but I actually didn’t. I haven’t done root canal or more complicated procedures there yet, but I believe their promises and advice now, based on the great experience I had. The staff are also amazing. Very friendly and supportive.

I can’t say enough good things about Dr. Hala and her team. I have an immense fear of dentists and have been trying to find an efficient but gentle dentist for almost a decade. Dr. Hala is that and more!! Not only is she gentle and extremely neat, she’s very honest and will be open with you about what she thinks you need or don’t. She doesn’t pressure me into any decisions I may be hesitant about and she always made herself available when I had 2 tooth emergencies. She is so so kind and her staff are so friendly. I’ve been going here for 3 years and the consistency is incredible. Her staff remain the same and she herself has the most consistent work of any doctor I’ve ever had.

I’m that person who hasn’t been to the dentist in a few years and was hesitant to make an appointment, but I’m so glad I did with Dr. Hala Saad! The moment I came to the office they made me feel so welcomed and comforted. The dental hygienist Gail was so sweet and comforted me through the whole cleaning. She gave great tips to keep up with my dental hygiene. Dr. Hala Saad was amazing as well and detailed with what I would need to get done. Now I’m actually looking forward to going back. This was honestly the best dentist experience I have had!
