I moved to the Phoenix area from Chicago back in 2006 to pursue a position with the Phoenix Police Department. We often refer each other to Doctors, Dentist, Pediatricians, mechanics, electricians, etc.. so when I asked about a recommended Dentist, I was referred to Dr. Maro and his team in Arcadia. Almost 8 years later, and now living in the East valley, I still visit Dr. Maro on a routine basis as he and his staff have been nothing but professional, friendly and accommodating. Besides routine cleanings and visits, I also went through Dr. Maro for Invisalign as I always wanted to “straighten things out a bit” but it was never a priority. Let’s just say that I was, and still am, completely satisfied with how the Invisalign process completely transformed my teeth into the great smile I always wanted. I would highly recommend Dr. Maro and his team of professionals.. I guarantee you won’t be disappointed with his level of service, knowledge of his field and friendly staff!

This facility is the best place out of all or any dental offices around they are a 10 * not a 5 they’re great nice people and I recommend them to anyone if they’re needing any type of dental activity I can’t express the thankful and politeness to all the individuals that work here God bless them all sincerely Dustin Duncan.

I spoke to West Coast Dental Corporate over the phone and my experience wasn’t so good but Dorrie Sandoval from the Arcadia office completely changed that around. Dorrie is most knowledgeable and helpful whenever I come in. I’m amazed how consistently she’ll go out of here way to make sure my needs are being meet. Overall, this office genuinely cares about their patients everyone is really nice, professional and the locations is clean. I will continue to be loyal and receive dental services at this office because I respect and value individuals who know that a little kindness goes a long way. –THANKS!!

From entering the front door and being greeted by Brittney and Alexis the experience is always genuinely very pleasant, friendly and professional. Having a cleaning with my hygienist, Madison, is so easy and painless. She continues the same friendly, professional experience you get when you enter the front door. Dr. Maro is always upbeat and pleasant. The whole team makes going to the dentist a very easy process. I have also had Dr. Santoro work on me and he has the same genuine qualities as the rest of the staff at Dental Design of Arcadia. The entire experience from start to finish is excellent. I have been a patient of Dental Design of Arcadia since I moved to Arizona 13 years ago, and I’ve gotten 5 of my friends hooked on them as well.  The staff is so friendly and professional – when I go in for my visits twice a year, they recognize me and greet me with such warmth.  They will ask about the family vacation I mentioned at my last visit, or ask how my kids are doing…I can’t believe they take the time to note personal things about their patients.  Their office is also beautiful and sparkling clean (I’m a freak about that!).  They are on the cutting edge of technology.  I highly recommend “the laser” that they can use on your gums at the end of the exam.  I’m not a regular flosser (although I will lie when asked), so at previous dentists, my gums also ached after they jammed them with floss.  Now, after “the laser” at the end, not only do my gums not ache, but they feel great!  Dr. Maro is fantastic.  I can’t recomment DDoA enough.

In the middle of getting ready for an out-of-state move, I realized I needed to finish getting crown replacements done that I had started a few months back and never followed up on. Dr. Maro and his staff were able to get them completed in the two weeks time I was quoted. Though time was short, they covered every angle. I was sent to the lab to get a custom color match done; the one they were replacing was way off. The new crown in front matches my other teeth beautifully and I love my smile again! Best dental experience I have ever had!

I LOVE my dentist! You saw that right! A dentist, what??? Nobody likes their dentist. This place is beyond amazing. I cannot say enough great things about the staff and Dr. Maro. They truly know your name and not because you have an appointment. I have had my share of bad dentist and am known to “dentist hop” because of this. It all started when I was a kid and a pediatric dentist “dropped a drill” in my mouth. I have had terrible relationships with dentists ever since then. When I moved to Arizona from Iowa, I asked around for a dentist. It had to of been at least 2 years since I’ve had one at that time. My (now) husband introduced me to Dr. Maro’s office.He has been going to Dr. Maro for YEARS! What an awesome experience this place is! My husband and I always have great experiences – even when I have to spend TONS of money there. Hehe! One of the best things about the office is, they have chairs that MASSAGE you! What!! Crazy, I know. LOVE it! And they let you borrow an iPOD when getting work done – to distract you from the noise and time. I love my hygienist, Lindsey. She is like an old friend that I haven’t seen in 6 months. She remembers everything I tell her and asks me about it the next time I see her. Also, they have a “special treat” basket at check-out. I like when they have chapstick or the super bright LED flashlight key chain. They let me take more than one sometimes. 🙂 I hope Dr. Maro NEVER retires! He would need to clone himself first. When I leave there after either a routine cleaning or some work done – I always feel like I was the only patient there that day. Don’t wait! Get in right away! I live and work many miles from their office, but it’s worth the drive. Trust me.

I moved to Phoenix 4 years ago from New York and this practice has provided me the best service and dental experience I have received in my life! Dr. Maro usually does my work and he and the Hygienist work wonderfully together. The front office employees are always pleasant and super helpful. I have referred a couple people here and I wouldn’t suggest anyone to go anywhere else for quality service and a great overall experience. They ask about my dental care follow ups and they ask about my life events just to see how I am doing! The care they provide here is truly unmatched. They set a different standard all the way around.

I’ve been coming to Dental Design of Arcadia since 2008. Though I have moved to Gilbert I still make the drive because a good dentist & dental hygienist is worth it. I have been seen by several of dental hygienists in this office and all are professional, thorough and caring. Dr Maro is professional, as well, and takes time for each “guest.” The front desk ladies are always welcoming, helpful and kind. The services offered here include the range of dental exams, cleanings, among many others. Dr Maro and his staff have made several suggestions and treatments to improve my overall dental health, including a night time mouth guard, varnish application for extremely sensitive teeth, and a recommendation for a reputable endodontist for a root canal. I have had a variety of teeth & mouth related work done over the years and appreciate the value of a good dental office. Thank you Dr Maro, Madison, Amy, Alexis and all the other office staff for the years of excellent care.

I have been a patient at Dental Design of Arcadia for over 9years! I absolutely love this place! They are always friendly, professional and will always greet you with a smile! They make you feel at home as soon as you walk in the door. Almost as if they’ve known you your entire life 🙂 If you’re anything like me(germ freak) you will also appreciate that the office is absolutely beautiful and always clean! Dr. Maro was recommended to me by a good friend. I decided to go to Dr. Maro because I lived near the Arcadia area and needed a good dentist to take a look at my gapped teeth. It was a huge complex for me during my teenage years and some of my adult life. Dr. Maro recommended invisalign to me and I decided to go for it. It changed my life! Not exaggerating! The young girl who never wanted to smile and was embarrassed when asked to smile by her friends for pictures…. now, could not stop smiling!! As cheesy as it may seem…..I will forever be grateful for that! I even moved all the way to South Chandler and will make the long trip for my appointments just to continue to see Dr. Maro and his wonderful staff! 5 stars all the way! I have been going to Dental Design of Arcadia for several years now and recommend them to anyone who might be looking for a dentist. The office is professionally staffed and everyone I have met has been very kind and will take the time to explain procedures or answer any questions you might have. I use to be one of those kind of patients that hated going to the dentist. Always had unpleasant experiences from the past with dentists in general. But not here. From teeth cleaning to crowns, never had any problems or apprehension.

I have been a patient of Dental Design of Arcadia for many years.  A friend suggested  the practice when I complained about the unpleasant, overly corporate dentist office that I had been visiting. I am so glad that I switched. I always feel very welcomed there, and the best hygienist ever, Amy, is SO WONDERFul that I even look forward to seeing her.  Dr Maro has kept my teeth in excellent shape. I don’t live close by, but continue to see Dr Maro and the staff because I believe that they give  very good care.  Now my whole family, husband, father and two kids, area also patients!

I was recently in need of a dentist closer to home because my old dentist was almost an hour drive and well, we all know that is just not a motivating factor when needing to get to the dentist! SO, I busted out my handy Yelp app and came across Dental Design of Arcadia. Of course the first thing that I noticed were their abundance of 5 star reviews, but second, they’re literally 2 minutes away from my house! Now that is more like it. I’m in LOVE with this practice! The ladies that work here are all so friendly and welcoming. They truly make your dental experience a great one. My hygienist was fab and efficient. They found a few cavities and said that I needed a partial crown on a cracked tooth that I have in the back of my mouth {it has been there for a while and i’ve been neglecting it…whoops!}. They take Delta Dental {yay!} so I found it to be affordable {as much as dentistry can be} and the most important part is that i’ll have a healthy mouth when all said and done! Dr. Maro is so great and talks you through the entire treatment to make sure that you’re comfortable and know what is going on inside of your mouth. I’m so excited to have found this lovely practice right in the neighborhood! I’m heading back next week to get the final crown placed. See you soon, DD of A!

I have been a patient at Dental Design of Arcadia for many years, and most of my family members are also patients there. When Dr. Maro joined the practice, there was a seamless transition from an old-fashioned dental office to a modern practice with all of the latest technology and comfort possible. Dr. Maro is personable and has a sense of humor. All of the hygienists provide service in a caring and professional manner (ask for Amy!!). The office provides regular cleanings, as well as upgraded services such as teeth-whitening, Invisalign, etc. for those who choose to partake in them. The office is always willing to fit you in if you have an emergency, and they return calls at night or on the weekend. On the occasions when I have had to return for follow-up or repair work after the initial appointment, there has been no charge. Eileen in the business office is happy to calculate procedure costs and resolve insurance questions, etc. Dental Design of Arcadia makes going to the dentist as painless as possible!

Dr. Maro was recommended by a co-worker when I was looking for a new dentist.  Best recommendation I’ve ever gotten.  Everyone there is so friendly and courteous and really care about their patients.  They are also always on time.  I’m not used to only have to wait a few minutes for my appointment.  On my last visit my hygienist unexpectedly was not able to come in that day so a contract lady came in and she was wonderful too.  Kept apologizing for being a few minutes late which was not a big deal at all!  My husband & I both go there now and we are both totally pleased with them.

Been going here for years. These guys are amazing – best dentist I have experienced to date. I don’t know anyone who likes to got o the dentist – and they make the experience top notch. So professional, efficient. No company has to provide customer service – in this day and age it seems to be a rare quality. And all of the staff and dentists provide great customer service. From explaining wait times, and costs, and what is happening with my teeth. Very educational , and creates a real sense of trust. I am left with their real commitment to not only my teeth, but my well being and peace of mind.

I am a snowbird from Ohio who has found a new “nest” at Dental Design of Arcadia. My first experience was when a crown came off while visiting my daughter in AZ in 2009. She referred me to Dental Design where she was also a patient. They were quick to schedule me and treated me as if I had been a patient for years. I had to have a tooth removed and a new tooth added to a partial. Needless to say it was a scary thing to think about since I had never been there before, but the procedure, follow-up and care was handled with great concern and care; and success! In 2013 while in AZ a crown in a different location came off unexpectedly. Again I was seen quickly and Dr. Maro replaced the crown, put in a new post, and a new tooth was fitted extremely well. Everyone in the office is so friendly, professional, and caring. My husband was having an issue with dizziness and sinus and Dr. Maro offered a personal referral to his own ENT. The girls in the office also showed concern for my husband and his health. Thank you for the wonderful care. I receive follow-up cards and greetings and have considered waiting for my winter visit to AZ to schedule all my dental work. The location is easy to get to and the office is most professional in appearance and decor. I would recommend this office for all your. dental needs

I have been going to Dental Design of Arcadia for years although I have recommended them to many people, I never thought to write a review because at the end of the day, it is the dentist. Just like many a folk, I do not like the dentist. There is something just uncomfortable about having someone poke and prod the inside of your mouth. But, the cleanings at Dental Design of Arcadia are always so gentle, the most gentle that I have ever had, and I leave questioning why I hate the dentist so much. There are certainly other doctors that require MUCH more uncomfortable positioning. The same person, a cheerful girl named Lindsey, always cleans my teeth. And every time she greets me like an old friend. My husband shares a similar report. It’s like the dentist office where everyone knows your name (in a Cheers way, not in a creepy way). I knew that it was the dentist office for me when I learned about their massaging chairs. YES THEY HAVE CHAIRS THAT MASSAGE YOU. It’s not deep tissue or anything amazing like that, but I do appreciate the sentiment. Just like I appreciate the water and juice in the waiting room, the pretty pictures broadcasted on monitors above the reclined chairs, and the bowl of hand-sanitizer that you can take on the way out that looks like a ballpoint pen. I always take three. Except last time, because I forgot to take any since I was too busy rustling around in their Halloween candy bowl. THANK HEAVENS, FINALLY, I FOUND A DENTIST THAT GIVES OUT HALLOWEEN CANDY INSTEAD OF STICKERS AND SMALL BOUNCY BALLS. Not only do I feel like they know me at Dental Design of Arcadia, I feel like they *get* me. I am looking forward to seeing them soon when I return to get my cavity filled!

my whole family have been going to doctor Maro for over 10 years now and we are all very satisfied. When I started going to Dr. Maro, I had advanced many oral problems including advance gingivitis that reguired surgery. I am pleased to announce that under his care and with regular cleanings from the excellent tecnicians I have neede NO dental work for the last 3 years.(except for my biannual cleanings) Arcadia Dental Design uses the very latest in dental inovation, which means; less pain,less time in the chair, and less overall expense. When I first moved here from IL, where I had the same dentist since basically, birth, I was recommended Smiles by Design in North Scottsdale. After an awful experience there (them telling me I needed a $2500 cleaning treatment even though I have never been told I had any issues with my teeth), I decided to ask around for recommendations. My colleague and boss told me to go Dental Design of Arcadia…so glad I listened. This will be my 4th year with them, and I wouldn’t recommend anyone else! The entire staff is extremely friendly, accommodating, and professional. They send reminder texts/emails for your routine check-ups, and the front desk ladies are always fabulous! Lindsey is the best Dental Hygienist, she’s thorough but really good at striking up a conversation and making you feel comfortable. Dr. Maro is also great. No complaints here, they also send you movie passes for referrals!!

I grew up with them before they were Dental Design of Arcadia. For the longest time I didn’t go to the dentist at all. Over the past year and a half I’ve had two root canals and had to have crowns put on by Dr. Maro. He and his staff are wonderful! Now I’ll admit, I still don’t get there to get everything done I need to in a timely manner because I have trouble finding the time to fit the schedule, however I would go to no one else. Point in case – I lived in Mesa for the last seven years and my wife and I continued to go to their office in East Phoenix. Then about five months ago, I moved to North Phoenix, just as far away. I could have easily found another dentist in the neighborhood. However I will continue to go to Dental Design of Arcadia for several reasons 1) I get constant reminders via text and email to schedule appointments. Trust me, with as infrequent as I go, I need the reminders without getting a ton of calls. 2) The staff is SO friendly. They really put you at ease when you are there and are so easy to talk to and deal with. 3) The environment. Their office is so customer friendly. It is clean, it is inviting, and really takes the stress out of the event! 4) Time is valuable. This is something they realize. I’m always in on time and they get right down to business but not to the point where they treat you like another number. They love talking you up with what’s going on in your life. They are your friend. However, they get the job done and your in and out quicker than you’d ever believe.

I have been a patient at Dental Design of Arcadia for the past ten years, first as a single professional and now as a married mom with two kids. I find the staff to be very friendly, professional, and efficient. My husband, who moved here from California, trusts and likes the staff too and now as a mom I have an even greater appreciation for Dental Design of Arcadia. I have a five year old who started his routine check-ups at three and we’re just getting started with my youngest son who is now three. The staff has treated both of my boys so well and has made going to the dentist about as easy as possible. At this point, I would never consider a pediatric dentist. This office takes very good care of all of our family’s dental needs. We’ve been fortunate in that we haven’t had a need for major dental work so I can’t speak to any specific experiences, but I would not hesitate to use this staff. I might also mention that the office staff is very friendly whether in person or on the phone. They have been great to answer insurance questions for me and to give me recommendations. Every time we go in, and it’s only every six months, I feel like the staff knows us and makes us a priority. I also appreciate the cleanliness and professional look of the practice.

While traveling for work, I broke off a small piece of a front tooth and held off on getting it looked at until I returned home.  I was referred to Dr. Maro by a friend whose opinion I trusted.  I thought I was going in for a quick checkup and a small repair to the chipped area.  The x rays taken showed that I had several serious issues – none related to the original reason for my visit.  Dr. Maro and his entire staff were AMAZING.  He reviewed the films with me, explaining every issue and discussed the best approach for the needed repairs.  His staff were all very professional – from the hygienist to the office personnel.  Dental work is expensive and can often be painful; Dr. Maro took great care to make sure I was pain free during the procedures and entertained by my choice of music.  His “East Coast” sense of humor didn’t hurt either.  The entire staff at Dental Design of Arcadia gets my highest recommendation.
