This is a truly awesome dental practice! Dr. Ismail and her team are a such pleasure to visit! They’re caring, compassionate, and gentle, and I love it that I feel like I’m visiting a friend when I go to the dentist. They really go above and beyond in getting to know you – they remember what you talked about last time you visited and they aren’t just “making conversation.” They actually care about developing relationships with their patients. The facility is beautiful, bright, and clean.More importantly than anything, I feel confident in this team and I trust that they are making honest and professional recommendations. They show me photos of any concerns they have, and they do a great job of identifying issues that need to be addressed immediately versus items they can monitor over time. When I asked about Invisalign, the team was positive about it and encouraged me to consider it, but without any sort of heavy pressure or sales tactics. It’s comforting knowing that your dentist isn’t trying to up-sell you! I would highly recommend Dental Distinction to my friends and family, particularly Dr. Ismail

I was very impressed with the amount of patience everyone in the office showed my 2 year old daughter. It was my daughter’s first official check up and everyone was amazing. They turned on Netflix for her and took their time explaining all of the instruments so she wouldn’t be scared of the cleaning.

Dr Ismail was wonderful. She has a calming demeanor and answered all of my questions, so that I felt comfortable asking about my treatment and treatment plan and did not feel like a bother. She was patient and took her time; I did not feel rushed. Her staff is also extremely courteous, pleasant to talk with and very kind in answering questions I asked of them as well.

This was ABSOLUTELY the best dental visit I have EVER had in my 33 years of life. The wait was about 5 minutes long to get seen. Any experience I have ever had with any Dr. office has at least a 15-20 minute wait AND on top of that I was able to book the appointment on ZocDoc 1 hour before I showed up. The xrays were fast and high tech. The instruments they use for the xrays in your mouth didn’t hurt like they always do at other offices. They explained every step of the way what was happening. Yo-Yo was super friendly and knowledgeable. Dr. Ismail actually did my cleaning herself which gave it an extra personal touch and she explained to me everything that she was seeing as a part of the cleaning. I just think they provided EXCELLENT EXCELLENT customer service. Greatly appreciated LADIES!

Dr. Hadia is a great dentist who has an excellent bedside manner and a very nice person who doesn’t rush. She was very patient with me and my husband and answered all of our many questions. Overall a gret experience. From the moment I walked in to the time the x-rays were taken, the assstants and the front desk personnel were very attentive an helpful. There is only one word to discive Dr Ismail, “Compassionate”. The most dramatic experience I ever had in my previous dentists was the injection but Dr IsmaiI was so gentle that I didn’t even felt a thing. I highly recommend Dr Ismail to everyone in the Irving area.

Let me start off by saying that it is incredibly hard to find a well informed dentist that will give you the work that YOU need instead of what their bank account needs. Everything about dental distinction is worth 5 stars. The Office Manager, Ana, is such a sweetheart. She has been more than flexible with scheduling my appointments. Even keeping the office open a little after hours to be sure I am treated. She is amazing. The male dental assistant is really gentle. A lot of places can be rough on you and make that dental chair an uncomfortable place to sit with you mouth wide open for an hour or even more. He always smells good which believe me, is a huge plus when they have their fingers in your mouth 😉 Hadia Ismail is my dentist and she is just remarkable. She totally understands my needs and works directly in line with them. She is really gentle too! She is very thorough when explaining any process or procedure and explains everything in terms that the average person can understand. I have had a lot of work done so far and every time has been a great experience. Thanks Dental Distinction!

Dr. Ismail is the best dentist I have ever been to. The office staff is very warm and welcoming from making an appointment over the phone to the moment you walk in. I had a lot of anxiety about going to the dentist, but found that I had none during my appointments here. Every single staff member is knowledgeable, friendly, and helpful. This place is amazing. The whole staff is kind, friendly, funny, and very attentive to the fact that I am pregnant. l’ve worked with both dentists, one who gave me a cleaning and reccommended my root canal, and the other who performed it. They answered all my questions I had about the procedure, soothing my worries and giving me options, and were patient and attentive during the whole procedure, making sure I never felt a bit of pain. I’d definitely recommend this place to anyone.

Dr. Ismail is fantastic and so is her entire staff namely, Ms. YoYo. The service is fast and friendly. Dr. Ismail actually performs the cleanings which gives a far superior personal touch than Ive experienced in other dental offices. They take xrays each time to evaluate your teeth and this is the ONLY office that Ive not been hurt while taking xrays. Checkin and checkout is very seamless. A WORD FROM YOUR DOCTOR
Dr. Ismail was born and raised in Indianapolis, Indiana. She later moved to Cairo, Egypt where she earned her Bachelor Degree in Dental Surgery (B.D.S.) from the Faculty of Oral and Dental Medicine at Cairo University. After completing a General Practice Residency at Kasr Al Ainy Hospital in Cairo, Dr. Ismail practiced dentistry for two years before moving back to the United States. Dr. Ismail then went on to obtain her Doctorate of Dental Medicine with honors (D.M.D) from the University of Pennsylvania where she also completed two internships in Endodontic and Oral Surgery. After graduating from Penn, Dr. Ismail moved to Dallas and has been practicing dentistry in the DFW area. She is very passionate about dentistry and strives to provide the highest standard of care to all of her patients. She is also a firm believer in proper patient education and is committed to working with her patients to achieve and maintain superior oral health.
