Several years ago I made an appointment with Dental Health and Wellness for an invisalign appointment. I met Dr. Smith and Brenda who are just wonderful! Everyone at Dental Health and Wellness is extremely caring and wanting the best for their patients. Dr. Smith and Brenda answered all of my many questions and explained the process to me. I did the invisalign for a year and my teeth look amazing! Thanks to Dr. Smith and Brenda!!! I have seen Nanette and Brian for my six month teeth cleanings. I was very impressed with their knowledge and greatly appreciated them keeping me abreast of what is going on with my teeth. They along with Dr. Smith have given me suggestions on how to keep my teeth and gums as healthy as possible. I have needed a couple of crowns which Dr. Smith took care of for me. She is always very concerned about my comfort during and after the procedure. She and her assistants Brenda and Izzie are also wonderful. Courtney and Liz are always so welcoming and professional. They are extremely helpful with making and changing appointments and answering questions regarding insurance coverage. I have called them when I have been having a sudden issue with my teeth, and they have squeezed me in to see Dr. Smith and if she was not in the office they got me in to see Dr. Budd . Both doctors are excellent. I have referred several people from my office who have come back to the office extremely happy with their experience. I have recently completed a new whitening technique which has made a big difference in my teeth. Brenda took care of me during the process. She explained what I needed to do and what to expect. At the end, I had a 2 hour appointment with Brenda. She has a very gentle touch which I greatly appreciate since I have sensitive teeth and gums. I really appreciate everyone who has assisted me at Dental Health and Wellness. They make you feel comfortable, are so knowledgeable and professional as well as caring for your well being.

Dr. Jill Smith is amazing at what she does! Having had awful experiences with my previous dentist in the Boston area, her and her staff are kind, courteous, accommodating and make the experience as comfortable as possible. Everyone is friendly and they truly believe in customer service in addition to providing the best dental care. Would recommend to anyone!

The experience at Dental Health and Wellness Boston is second to none. From the moment you walk in the door, it is abundantly clear that each patient’s happiness is the top priority for Dr. Smith and her team. Brian (the hygienist) did a fantastic job. He was extremely thorough, and what really differentiated him from past experiences with other practices was his willingness to take the time to explain everything in regards to my oral health. We’ve all had those experiences when it seems like the person checking our teeth is speaking another language, and having someone who walks you through what they are doing was very comforting. Dr. Smith’s expertise is obvious. From routine check ups to bigger projects, she has an innate ability to keep you relaxed and ensure the process goes smoothly. Her friendly demeanor combined with her professionalism leaves you at ease in the chair, confident in whatever you are having done. Never pushy, she does a great job of giving you plenty of options and allowing you full autonomy in any decision that needs to be made. From the top notch facility and convenient location to the friendly personnel, Dental Health and Wellness Boston is worthy of all 5 stars and probably a couple more.

This dental office is an office like no other. It has been regarded to great acclaim by both myself and many others. As an avid internet user, I thoroughly researched both this practice and others; however I chose to go to this one and I could not be happier that I did! Dr.Smith is compassionate and an expert in her work. She transforms people’s lives for the better, as she has done with me. Before being a patient at Dental Health and Wellness Boston, I would cover my mouth when I would laugh, smile with my lips closed, and always be conscious of whether or not people could see my teeth. Now, I feel more comfortable where ever I am. Now, my mouth is healthy, and I am happy!

Anyone looking for a top notch dental office should see the folks at this office.  I started there as an emergency patient at the recommendation of my wife’s co-workers…and have been a patient ever since.  Dr. Smith is awesome.  She really takes the time to listen and seems to love what she does.  I haven’t had much more than fillings but my wife’s friend had her entire smile (veneers?) done there and looks great and is so pleased she tells everyone.  The whole staff will impress you with their  knowledge and professionalism.  Eva the hygienist gives the most thorough cleaning and exam I have had.  She even checks for oral cancer.  My review would not be complete without mentioning all the gagets….computers in all the rooms, photos, digital xrays, all the cutting edge stuff.  Try it for yourself.  Dr. Smith can’t be beat!

Dr. Smith is as kind, humble, warm, honest, genuine and sincere as they get. I feel like I’m the only patient in her busy office. I don’t feel as though my millionth question is ever a both and she makes sure that she explains things in ways that I understand. She seems to really care for my physical AND emotional state. She is radiant in so many ways. And her greatest magic? I swear on my life I didn’t FEEL one needle as she numbed even the roof of my mouth today. WHAT?!?!? Who does that??!?!?! Ohhhh….Dr. Smith does. Then there’s Brenda and Izzy. I swear I might cry and hug those guys before leaving one day. They make me feel like family. I remember going to the dentist as a kid just to get a toy. Hanging out with Brenda and Izzy is better than getting any toy or sticker. Get your mouth fixed up here. I love these people.

Dr. Smith is incredible!! I had some tooth reshaping done and I could not be happier with the results. She and her assistants were so knowledgeable and kind, and were so thorough making sure everything was all set with the procedure and that I was comfortable the whole time. I’m so grateful to have found this place.

My wife asks me why I keep going to Boston for my dental work/cleanings…simple – Dr. Budd and Dr. Smith do outstanding work. I wouldn’t want anybody else working on my teeth. I chipped a tooth and Dr Budd squeezed me in today. Tooth looks and feels perfect…all done in under 30 minutes.

Totally a five star dentist and I am surprised at some of these reviews. This office has been my dental office for over a decade and I recommend it to all of my friends and coworkers. I see Dr. Jill Smith and she is a wonderful compassionate skilled pro! I started with her as an emergency visit and have been going to her ever since. For the most part I go here for cleanings and check ups and a few fillings and crown. All visits have been great and punctual. They have headphones and movies available at every dental chair in the ceiling . I have seen both Nanette and Brian for cleanings and they are thorough and educational visits and no lectures about flossing more- just a gentle reminder.  Sure it costs money…. but you get what you pay for and the insurance processing is done for you! FIVE STARS is an understatement.

I am one that has never liked to go to the dentist and has always been someone that left and said “thank goodness that’s over”. This was absolutely not the case with Dr. Smith. Everyone at the office made it so welcoming and comfortable while prepping me for exactly what was going to happen. It was painless and I left feeling great which is something I never thought I would say about the dentist! Thank you Dr. Smith and your entire staff!
