Visited the Dental House (First Dental visit in 10 years) after I had a terrible experience at a Dental office in Texas. I figured that if my teeth gonna hurt I’ll rather not pay somebody and let them hurt in their own accord. Anyways, I went in a week ago to get an exam and I must say, the friendly staff and great customer service is absolutely second to none. The staff assured me that things were going to be fine and that it’s normal to have anxiety but we can take baby steps. They explained everything in detail from procedure to insurance to cost for procedures that I needed. I set up an appointment for week later and woke up not as worried and having full trust in the staff. I got there and felt like I had known the staff for years, they talked to ease my comfort and offered additional support. During the procedure they gave me the play by play of what was being done and what I should feel. They also checked in literally every minute to make sure I was ok. Dr Park and her staff are the Best Dental place in ABQ and wouldn’t be surprised Country I recommend to any and all.

I literally cannot put into words how much I love Dr Park and the entire crew at Dental House. I struggled for years with poor dental health and anxiety about going to the dentist after bad experiences in the past. After being seen by Dr Park and her team for the last year, I now look forward to going to the dentist because of the amazing care they give me. They truly care about me and I feel like part of the family now. They work with me at the pace and budget that I’m comfortable with and are always friendly and warm. They always make sure I know what to expect and are patient and understanding with any questions or concerns I have. If you’ve given up on going to the dentist – don’t lose hope!! Go see Dr Park and her amazing team and see how much of a difference a compassionate, caring, and highly competent dentist can make in your life!!

MY TEETH WERE CLEANED, XRAY DONE ALL IN LESS THEN AN HOUR. I AM VERY PLEASE WITH MY DENTIST VERY PROFESSIONAL BUT VERY DOWN TO EARTH. HER MAIN CONCERN IS THE WELFARE OF HER PATIENTS. SOME PEOPLE HAVE BAD EXPERIENCES WITH TRIPS TO THE DENTIST, WHEREAS MY EXPERIENCE WAS PAINLESS ENJOYABLE AND RELAXING. I absolutely love being a client/patient here. Everyone is very nice, every step is explained thoroughly. It’s pretty great, they really want you to be comfortable and feel welcomed! I was pretty nervous going in, not because I don’t like the dentist visits but because I hadn’t been to the dentist in years and was nervous to find out what was happening. I needed a gingivitis cleaning and fillings, did the gingivitis cleaning first which was a little rough to get everything cleaned. then I went in the following week to get the fillings and it went very well she made sure I was nice and numb for the procedure. But rest assured just had my follow up appointment and my hygiene is back to normal and on the right track. I’m so thankful and feel very confident in my smile again! THANKS TEAM!

By far the best Dentist I’ve ever been to, every dentist I’ve home to my entire life its been nerve wracking. I can say Rachelle is the best, I’ve always felt my teeth being drilled by every dentist I’ve went to, except her and in one visit she erased all of my anxiety about dentist visits, she is so wonderful. Keep up the great work everyone in the staff. I can’t forget the Staff they are always so nice, and make you feel welcome. Thank you for everything.

Love the dentist, she is very caring and attentive to my needs. I love also that she checks in with me to make sure that I am comfortable. This has lessened my fear and anxiety so much. I had not gone to a dentist in over 7 years. I hate dental work but coming here has been much easier than I ever thought. If you have fears with going to a dentist, give her a chance i betcha you will be glad you did. Take care of your teeth it really is the start of a healthy body. I recommend coming here 100 times over!! Great place and staff also. Need I say anymore? One last complement she is very gentle also.

Dr. Park is gentle, thorough, and definitely knows what she is doing. They have a sign in their lobby that says “You come in as a patient, and leave as family.” That’s not just rhetoric. From the Dr. to the staff, this the best Dental Clinic I have been to in my 60 years, and that’s saying something!

Dr., Doug, and all the girls at Dental House have become some of my favorite people. Not only are they all extremely professional, but they are gentle, respectful, and so personable. I’ve never experienced a dentist better than Dr. Park. She explains everything she is doing, talks things through with you, and is also seriously so sweet. Doug is an amazing airway specialist and working with him to get an Oral Appliance for sleep apnea has been the easiest, funnest process. All around, if you’re looking for a place to get all your dental and airway issue work done, this is definitely the place to go. 5 stars all around. Thank you, Dental House. I hope I never have to go anywhere else!

Dr. Rachel Park is the absolute best Dentist I have ever had work on me. I have practiced Dental Hygiene for 35 years and I am extremely particular. Dr. Park has good hands, a lovely bedside manner, is kind, sensitive and humorous.She is the first person to give me totally painless injections. The clinical integrity and exquisite detail of the work performed is like nothing I have experienced. Supportive staff make you feel like you are family. Dental Hygienist Danielle is excellent. The office is the cleanest I have seen with high powered air filtration units throughout and totally updated state of the art equipment. I HIGHLY recommend Dental House. Dr. Park and her husband have put together a warm and welcoming business with exceptional service. All the hygienists and technicians were very friendly and the facilities are clean. Dr. Park has a very comforting chair-side manner and gave me a lot of helpful information at the end of my appointment. Overall this was a very positive experience, which is something I can’t say about most of the dentists I’ve been to..

I haven’t been to a dentist in A LONG time, so I was definitely apprehensive about going. I’m really glad I picked Dental House. The staff are super friendly, caring and even funny. They’re led by Dr. Park who is by far the best dentist I’ve ever been to. Everyone there has a very gentle touch and you can tell they really care about their patients. You’re not just a body in a chair and they make you feel comfortable. They also accept BCBS Centennial which is a definite bonus. If you need dental care I highly recommend Dental House!

I just want to say, Dr. Park, Douglas, and everyone here is amazing! Not only are they wonderful people, who care about their patients, but they’re also taking every possible precaution to ensure everyone’s safety during this pandemic. I rarely venture out these days, so I was super nervous, but I immediately felt very safe going into Dental House. I highly recommend them, and my family and I wouldn’t go anywhere else

I truly appreciate the kind compassionate care I have received at Dental House. I was terrified of seeing a dentist but Dr. Park was immediately reassuring. Any time I was frightened or upset she stopped and calmed me until I felt safe again. She never made me feel bad about my fear, or my teeth, which were horrible. She worked incredibly hard to save as many of my teeth as she could. She worked far past when other doctors would have given up and extracted. For the first time in my life I like my smile. I can’t state enough how much I appreciate everyone at Dental House

I love this office! Every single person there is wonderful. They’re nice, they listen and they genuinely care about your comfort and helping you. I have been terrified to go to a dentist for years because I’ve had bad experiences in the past with other dentists who didn’t seem to care, but after going here I’m actually looking forward to getting the work I need done. I’ll even start going for routine cleanings. I’ll also be taking my kids here going forward and wouldn’t dream of taking them anywhere else!!!

Dr. Park and her associates provide the best dental care I ever received. She spent about one-half hour with me the first time reviewing all my x-rays and explaining any dental problems I have. A first for the dozens of dentists I have seen in my lifetime. Then when she worked on my cavities, all I can say is “she has the touch!” Plus her small hands fit into my mouth better than any other dentist I’ve seen. I highly recommend her!

I found this place just with google review’s, and I’ve never been more impressed with a business like this before. The staff is just amazing. Receptionist, nurses, doctors, everyone is the best. Very trustworthy with what ever dental work you may need done, very caring, and very educational as well. You will walk out knowing more about your mouth and how to take care of it then any place you go to. Dental House is my #1 spot now for any dental work I need done. If you are looking for a place you can trust, and will make you feel like family look no further. Dental House is the place to go!! Dr. Park is the sweetest lady ever. At the top of the list of the Best of the Best. I love the Dental House of Albuquerque and I love my dentist Dr. Rachel Park and her staff. If you have not been to the Dental House, make an appointment really soon, you will be happy you did. Dr. Park and the entire staff are very professional, knowledgeable, loving, courteous, friendly, and you really do come as a patient and leave as family. I have had some unusual dental issues and no matter what Dr. Park does not quit until all issues are resolved. I have been to several dentist trying to find the “right” one and I finally hit the jackpot. May God continue to bless you and may He flourish your business

I’ve been really happy with Dental House since I started coming here. Everyone here is very friendly and knowledgeable. The office itself is clean and inviting and modern. I avoided seeing a dentist for a long time, but Dr. Park and the rest of the staff here are so good at making their patients feel comfortable that all of that anxiety over getting dental work done has faded away. They seem to really care about the people who come in. If you’re hesitant about seeing a dentist like I was, you can’t find better than Dr. Park. I wholeheartedly recommend this place. You should give them a try!
