I have been here several times, that says how wonderful this place is for me! I was always scared to be touched by a dentist but not here! Every single doctor in this place is amazingly careful, kind and patient. I had a tooth in very bad condition and everyone worked so hard to fix it. I’m so grateful to all the staff: doctors, assistants, and the front desk Ewelina and Rose! Thank you!

Numbing jelly for the win! Dr. Sonya Krasilnikov did my cleaning and a cavity filling; both were painless given her thoughtful and caring approach. The cleaning was just the way I like it: thorough! I’ve had cleanings done before that lasted all of 15 minutes – NOT HERE. I also have sensitive teeth so the numbing jelly prior to both the cleaning and the novacane (sp?) shot for the cavity filling made ALL the difference – I didn’t feel a thing. In fact, I almost fell asleep at one point, which says a lot about the clean, calming, spa-like atmosphere and ambiance. All in all, 10 out of 10 for the skilled and caring dentist, beautiful and clean office, and friendly staff.

The office is really cool, feels like a lounge rather than a dental office. My appointment was with one of the partners, Dr. Sonya Krasilnikov. She was super nice and explained things thoroughly, nothing felt rushed or pushy. Dr. Sonya has a very light hand and the treatment was painless. Will definitely recommend this place to my friends and family.

1) Very cute office. Probably the nicest Dentist office I’ve ever been to. 🙂 2) The entire staff is super friendly and helpful. 3) Dr. Sonya seems to genuinely care about you as a patient and I never once got the sense she’s trying to “sell” me anything. I hope I never have to go to another dentist. 🙂

Recently visited the newly opened Dental House and it was a fantastic experience! My appointment was with Dr. Sonya Krasilnikov, who was knowledgeable, experienced, and thoughtful. The rest of the staff were welcoming and professional. The space itself is warm, inviting, and state of the art. Could not recommend it more!!

Dr. Sinensky is absolutely wonderful!!! This was my first visit with her after switching dentists and I cannot be happier with my choice.  I am always anxious going to the dentist but as soon as I walked into the Soul Dental office I felt at ease. The office is amazing and all of the staff is friendly and professional. Dr. Sinensky’s bedside manner is impeccable, she is extremely knowledgeable, patient and efficient, she clearly explained everything to me. I will definitely be recommending Dr. Sinensky to all of my family and friends!

Hands down the best experience I’ve ever had with a dentist in NYC. Dr. Krasilnikov was SO sweet, informative, and reassuring. She cares a lot about your well-being, and it’s clear in the way she treats you during the appointment. The front office was also very friendly and helpful, and I had a great experience booking my appointment. I’m honestly looking forward to going back, which I’ve never said about any other dentist!

The team at Dental House is absolutely outstanding. I have had two appointments there and felt well taken care of, confident in the skills of all the site’s practitioners and office staff, and very pleased with my treatments on both occasions. I cannot speak highly enough of this practice and its personnel. I feel lucky to have such wonderful people and dental care in my community!

I booked last minute as chipped my front veneer and needed to get it looked at asap. The office is beautiful and all the staff very kind, professional and attentive. DR Sofiya saw me quickly and fitted a really professionally looking patch and is getting me back in asap once the veneer is ready for fitting. A great experience!

I had a great first appointment! The front desk staff was friendly and welcoming and the dental hygienist was great. The Dentist (Dr. Sonya) spent a good amount of time with me and told me what my options were for coming back to get some fillings replaced. Not that this matters as much but it’s SO cute inside and super easy to get to right off the 2/3 or L. Will be back!

After avoiding going to the dentist for several years, and being somewhat new to the area, I found Dental House through ZocDoc! I was immediately impressed with their website and their dental mission. However, I was blown away by these Doctors! I came in on an emergency basis, Dr. Sonya saw me right away, and followed up over the weekend! They have easily transformed a dental phobe into a regular patient!! Thank you both so much for being such caring, gentle, and amazing Dentists!!

I am so grateful I stumbled upon Dr. Sonya and her team at The Dental House. I made an appointment via ZocDoc the night before without doing much research. I was just searching for a dentist who had availability and was covered under my insurance. With luck and grace I chose The Dental House. When I walked by I took a double take because it’s unusual for offices to look this nice (and clean!) that I had to find the sign to make sure. The front desk greeted me very nicely and even complimented me on my name. I understand that people who work the desk should be kind, but the whole staff of women (including the assistanct and dentist) were more personable in a non-annoying and genuine way compared to most other medical offices I’ve been to. (I don’t like generalizing, but that’s a fair assessment.) The whole office is very pretty, clean, and modern with up to date electronics. It also has touches of femininity without being too overwhelming. There is some design sense which I really appreciate whether that’d be splashes of color, vibrant colored artificial plants in the office, fun wallpaper of floral pineapples in the bathroom, nice soap to use in the bathroom, or using thick stock of paper for business cards. (I’m a designer, so this is much appreciated to see a dental office think about the whole experience!) Besides the office, other things that I enjoyed was that they offer Perrier water (my jam!) and some Trader Joe’s snack bars in the waiting area. The bathroom is really pretty and clean and smells good (this matters!), they use rose salve on your lips instead of vaseline which was a delightful surprise, the fluoride cleaning paste tastes good, and I must say I liked the music they played in the office. (Selena Gomez, lol). The dental assistant who took my x-rays was very kind, gentle, and professional. We had some small talk which helped me ease into being in a new office. Dr. Sonya was very kind and patient. I was running around all day so I appreciated her being able to work with me. She’s very informative in taking the time to discuss my x-rays, the general health of my teeth, and next steps. Her energy was calm and safe to be around. She worked with my teeth gently, chiming in with information when necessary. I felt so nice being in that office that I trusted being in her hands and the team. I felt so relaxed throughout the cleaning that I didn’t want it to end. Upon wrapping up, they gave me a gift which was very sweet and unexpected. It reminded me of the memories I had as a child going to the dentist office, except that the gift wasn’t to soothe my pain 9r angst of being in a dentist office 🙂 It was a nice throwback and a sweet way of welcoming new patients. FYI, This is the first time I EVER posted an online review for any service, ever! You guys got me hooked. Thank you for your hospitality and I will without a doubt be back.

This review comes from a guy that has 3 fears; snakes, airplanes, and dentists. Needless to say, I made it through alive and am here to tell the tale! In all seriousness, this practice has singlehandedly changed my viewpoints on all things “dental”. From my first call, Dental House has been kind, caring, and upfront about pricing AND work to be done. They offered multiple opinions for my needs and made recommendations based on not only what I needed done, but also what I could handle in being such a scaredy cat. Before this visit I didnt go to the dentist often, thus needing a lot done. It was scary financially and mentally, tbh – but they made it easy for me to understand. I’ve officially found my NYC dental office. Wait times are low (for me I waited maybe a total of 15 mins over the course of 3 visits), and the office is clean, staff so so nice, and the location is great too. Whether you’re just looking for a cleaning, or if you need root canals, crowns, etc – this is the place. Im even thinking about invisalign – maybe. That is something I would have NEVER entertained before this practice made me this comfortable. A+!

I have nothing but praise for the Dental House. Going to the dentist has always been a traumatic experience for me and at the Dental House they made me feel super comfortable detailing the work that will be conducted and putting myself at ease during the entire process. The cost aspect is always a difficult conversation especially when in pain but they made this the least painful part of the process providing me the various options up front before the work took place. I did use Dental House on a whim when my previous dentist wasn’t available due to the pandemic but have now made them my permanent dentist. The interiors are nice and the dental chairs are comfy to sit for long periods. The only issue being the small waiting room but that’s only a small gripe. I would recommend them highly and are located right off the 1,2,3 14th St train.

Can’t recommend Dental House, and Dr. Kerpel and Rose at the front desk specifically, enough. They are kind, patient, and very thorough with their explanations of the root cause (no pun intended) of the issues your teeth may be having. I had read some positive messages about Rose at the front desk and I can tell you that every kind word spoken of her in those reviews is true. She is so helpful, and the level of customer service in the office as a whole is top notch. So thankful to have found them!

Every member of the team is wonderful! The front desk took their time to explain my insurance details and what insurance covered for my visit. There was hardly any wait at all – in fact, I was seated before my appointment time. I hate nothing more than long waits when being seen for an appointment, but this office made it clear they reserve  time for each and every patient and never double book which is a big plus! The hygienist applied lip balm prior to the cleaning and was gentle yet thorough. When finished, I was handed a warm towel! A WARM TOWEL! The doctor was informative and explained my x-rays in detail and never rushed through the exam. I left with a goody bag that even included dark chocolate! All in all, I had an amazing experience and actually look forward to my next dental cleaning. Thank you Dental House for setting the bar of how a dental experience should be. I will surely be recommending all my friends to this gem in NYC.

I would highly recommend this dentist, she was highly professional, informative and did a terrific job with my checkup and cleaning. The office staff was also great and they had me in and out very quickly. Glad to have found this place and will definitely be back for future visits

Loved Dr. Sonya! She not only told me about my teeth but showed me with pictures, x-rays and mirrors – which was very helpful and much appreciated. All staff were friendly and welcoming and the office itself was clean and very aesthetically pleasing. Highly recommend.

I recently chipped my tooth and came to dental house to get it fixed. Dr.Sonya was so gentle I am very happy with my results. I had severely chipped my front tooth, and Dr.Sonya made it look like it had never happened.  The staff was also very friendly and everyone made me feel so welcomed. Arlene and Rose were very kind and informative. Jenny the hygenist was beyond sweet & did a great job cleaning my teeth. Best cleaning I’ve ever had . A+
