I inherited Dr. Langston when he took over a decades old, much respected dental practice here in Atlanta. The first time I needed a filling, I suddenly experienced high anxiety and could not figure out why, until it hit me. For the first time in my life, my dentist was younger than I. Well, guess what? Dr. Langston and his STELLAR crew of hygeinests, put me at ease, did the filling with no pain or discomfort, whatsoever. Today, I visited Dr. Langston complaining of tooth pain. I had worked myself up into a state, thinking the worst. He took me right in, even though I was 30 minutes early. His experienced assistant formerly worked for an endodonist and let me know that my fears were probably unfounded. And Dr. Langston, in short order condfirmed that. Nothing wrong! You can TRUST this practice to know what they are doing. Not upsell you. And keep you PAIN FREE. There you have it from a native. My best kept Atlanta secret: Dr. Brett Langston and crew!

I’ve been a patient since 2003 and, so when Dr. Langston took over the practice from Dr. Abney and Dr. Hill I stayed. I knew Dr. Abney and Dr. Hill wanted the best for the clientele they were leaving behind and that has been the case. Dr. Langston is a superior “dentist/specialist” and I wouldn’t go anywhere else!

Dr. Langston is a fantastic restorative dentist. I have multiple problems and am always treated with kindness by both Dr. Langston and his wonderful staff. He explains things thoroughly and recommends the best treatment plan for my problems. I drive 65 miles each way to be treated by this practice, and it is well worth it. If I need a referral to another specialist, Dr. Langston has a network of excellent providers such as oral surgeons and endodontists. He and his staff are careful to give me a price estimate before work is done and/or referrals are made

I have been coming to this dental practice for many years, and I also brought my elderly mother to this practice. The former dentists (who retired) and Dr. Brett Langston have always treated me (and my mother) with the greatest care and respect. The current dentist, Dr. Langston, is a very skilled dentist, as well as a very amiable person. Misty is the hygienist who cleans my teeth every 6 months. She ALWAYS does a fantastic job and I look forward to seeing her each time. I must also praise the office staff for their efficiency and friendliness.

Started off by making an appointment online which was verified with a call from the office. There was no wait for my appointment other than filling out a privacy form (standard procedure requiring witness). It had been quite a while since I last got my teeth cleaned so it took longer than usual. The dental hygienist was very friendly and did a great job educating me on gum care. They were also attentive to saliva buildup during th cleaning. They were also able to send X-rays by email so can keep on record. Ample free and convenient parking. Overall very positive experience. Will be going back in a couple months!

I could not be happier with my dental experience. I have been to many dentist and had allot of dental work done. I have never met anyone that comes close to Dr. Langston’s wonderful bedside manner. He is a gentle giant. Dr. Langston’s front office is absolutely wonderful as is his back office. They all explain everything to you and you know you are important to them. They want to help and give you the best options for YOU. I am ready to go on this new dental journey with Dr. Langston and his entire office. I found my forever dentist!

This was my first experience with Stacey and she was excellent. She was polite, friendly, respectful, proficient, well prepared and had studied my history from the last visit. I had almost forgotten that I am required to take amoxicillin before any dental work to avoid infection due to my artificial heart valve. She had also reviewed my X-rays and Linda’s notes from my last visit so she knew exactly any weaknesses to watch for, and wasted no time to get on with the job at hand. She was patient and listened attentively to my ramblings about my life’s history and what brought me to Atlanta. Dr Langston’s whole group was well prepared and maintained all the COVID-19 precautions and guidelines for protection from the Coronavirus. They were particularly sensitive in recognizing that I am in the high risk group of contacting the Coronavirus. Thank you Stacey, Dr Langston and staff for your care and professionalism and I’ll be back in December

I just had my first visit with Doctor Langston and was very impressed. The staff was great. I saw Doctor Langston in order to get a second opinion on some work a previous dentist suggested I needed. Dr Langston was honest enough to tell me I did not need the treatment. On top of that he did some extra work on my teeth for which he could have charged me but did not. I’m happy to have found a new dentist that I trust.
