I was referred by my Dentist to Dr Arce and from the beginning i was very impressed by the service. Organization skills is superb. Staffs were courteous and very knowledgeable. Dr Arce himself is very professional and really provide time to explain to you what is expected for the implant procedure. He is very thorough and this made decrease my anxiety level. They are very cautious to the signs and symptoms of COVID. The office is well kept, and very clean. The overall process of the procedure was perfectly organized and very detailed. The implant procedure was successful without complications. I would highly recommend Dr Arce and the clinic staffs for future patients.

Was recommended here by my local dentist to remove a half broken wisdom tooth. Although I was not in pain, my past experiences have taught me enough to not fool around with this situation. So in I went…. The cost was very nominal (approx 350/-) of which a certain amount was covered by Metlife Dental Insurance. The staff was very courteous, supportive, professional and friendly. Not only when I was there but also by regularly calling to check up on my status post op. Dr. Arce himself, is a GENIUS in my humble opinion. Being a paramedic myself and a regular patient for various problems, I am qualified to make this statement! He came and discussed my health situation and walked me through various options. When we collectively settled on the best options, he had me sign the papers and go through the insurance routine. Once he was ready, he first numbed my jaw using regular Novocaine. But what he did differently from a lot of my earlier dentists is that he allowed me about 20 minutes for the Novocaine to kick in. Once that was done, he advised me that I would feel a lot of “Pushing and Shoving” and if I felt any pain, I should simply “Raise my left hand”. My eyes were covered in order to avoid any mendicants entering into them accidentally. While I was “Waiting” to feel the sharp pull of the tooth out of the jaw (this was my third wisdom tooth removal) and was tensed up to raise my arm at any moment, I hear “All right.. you are done!”… JUST LIKE THAT !!! When they removed the coverings from my eyes, I actually saw the tooth, broken in two lying in his tray !!! The medications he prescribed were so inexpensive, it cost me lesser to buy them OTC than go via Insurance (Just Ibuprofen and Penicillin) All said and done.. I hope I don’t have to see him again… but ANYONE who needs a good dental surgeon… Here is a place you can walk in with blind faith…. Oh… And check out the awesome massage chairs in his waiting room… now THATS the way to wait for your dentist ! 🙂

Dr. Arce and his staff are amazing and there for you at all times. I am studying abroad in Spain and got my wisdom teeth taken out 2 months prior. Out of nowhere my cheeks were swollen and Dr. Arce and his staff made contact with a dentist in Spain and sent me there to get it checked out. Him and his staff made me feel so taken care of even though I was half way around the world. Highly recommend this place!!!

Everything that is done at Dr. Arce’s clinic shows a remarkable level of professionalism and the highest standards of quality. The clinic has a state of the art technology, and its staff is friendly and compassionate. Dr. Arce is very experienced and knowledgeable, and after my visit today, I felt that I was in the best hands possible. They have the highest standards I’ve ever seen in a medical practice. This review is long overdue. I was sent to Dr. Arce by my regular dentist when it was determined that I need to have a tooth pulled. Based on the fact that tend to feel a lot of dental pain, Dr. Arce gave me general anesthesia. While I was apprehensive over the procedure, I was impressed with the professionalism of himself and his entire staff. After the procedure and I woke up about an hour later, I went home and didn’t encounter any complications. His office decor, his staff and the quality of his equipment are among the best that I’ve ever seen in the United States. When I lived in South America, I had seen some really top notch dentists, with great equipment, so when I met Dr. Arce and saw his office I knew I was dealing with a real professional. I can’t make it any simpler for you than that. I’ve dealt with a lot of hacks in the USA before, so I feel that I can spot them really quickly; Dr. Arce sure isn’t one of them. Now if this doesn’t impress you from here, let me tell you a little more. I was about to travel overseas for a long trip and them another tooth of mine went bad. It turned out that one of my Wisdom teeth had to come out, but I was leaving two days later. I called Dr. Arce’s office about a next day appt., but they informed me that they would be closed. When I explained my dilemma, Dr. Arce actually opened the office that morning for me alone. I was both overwhelmed and grateful to him for his selfless act. Again, based on my issue he opened the office just for me that day; who does that! Anyway, the removal of the Wisdom tooth went off without any problems and I didn’t have to worry as I left overseas. I appreciate people who care about their work and can expain what their doing so that it becomes clear to the client. Dr. Arce not only takes the time to to a proper diagnosis, but also expains the work in detail, and is incredibly patient if you have additional questions. I mean it, not only is he an excellent dentist, but in meeting him you can quickly see that he is a patient and thorough dentist who has high standards not only for the patient, but also for himself.
