I also really appreciate how they treat me. Always smiling and so welcoming. Like everyone else, I don’t love going to the dentist, but this group makes it such an easy and efficient process. I know I’m in good hands and I really like that Dr. Smith takes the time to talk to me about what she’s seeing and how I’m doing health-wise and just in general. I can’t say enough great things about The Dental Office on Red Hill. Nicole is my dentist and all of the hygienists and staff in the office are amazing. I am always greeted with a friendly familiar face and am made to feel welcome from the second I walk in to the second I leave. They are very clean and organized and keep financial concerns in mind offering multiple options for effective treatment and maintenance. I have had poor experiences in the past with previous dentists that I have seen, feeling like they just wanted more money from me every time I came in, recommending the most expensive treatment/care options and nothing else. I like that Nicole and her team offer multiple choices and recommendations that work well with my lifestyle and budget. They also have personalized tvs in every room so you can watch whatever you would like while you get your teeth cleaned.
I never knew I could like going to the dentist so much. I would recommend this office to everyone!

I’m so in love with this dental office and everyone there! As someone who literally hated the dentist and went about once every 10 years, it’s amazing that I know look forward to my appointments and having a cleaner smile!
First off, Dr. Smith is where it’s at. She has the best chair-side manor of any doc ever. I feel confident in what she’s doing and I trust her advice to improve my oral health.
Yesterday I finally bit the bullet (no pun intended) and went in to get my broken molar fixed. This thing was majorly jacked up from my car accident, and has been a constant bother for over a year. In just ONE and A HALF HOURS, I had a perfectly milled and fitted onlay crown, and was happily strolling out the door; some residual drooling aside.
The RDA Angie who took care of me was awesome! She made sure to put the game on the flat screen and give me headphones so I could zone out while all the drilling was going down.
I should also mention that the Manager Xavier is legit. He always explains everything super simply and makes sure I understand any costs before hand.
You will NEVER find a better dentist that The Dental Office On Red Hill.

let me just say that, I am one of those people that only goes to the dentist when something breaks or hurts.
I was due for a cleaning (I’ts been 6 years) and finally decided to get one. The Hygienist was awesome! My teeth are cleaner than ever before and my deep cleaning didn’t hurt one bit.
The office and staff are extremely nice and helpful. I was refereed here by a few individuals that have been seen in this office and everyone had nothing but good things to say about this office and staff.

Great office. All of the equipment is new, clean, and the highest level of technology.
I really liked how the X-ray room is setup so you can see the x-rays as they are being taken. They also have TVs in the cleaning rooms, so you can zone out while they clean your teeth.
$59 check-up/cleaning was fantastic. It did wind up a little more because I had some deeper cleaning – that’s fine, I came to make sure my teeth would be healthy. Dr. Smith was very instructive and professional. I walked in here because it was close to my office, but will definitely return for my routine oral care.

After a bad experience with my previous dentist, I was hesitant to take care of my dental issues, but I knew it had to get done eventually.
My company switched insurance plans this year, so it gave me a good excuse to pick a new dentist. One of my co-workers also switched to this office, and raved about her experience here, so I decided it was time for me to call and make an appointment with Dr. Smith. I was blown away at how friendly the office staff was, and immediately felt like I was in good hands.
They emailed me some electronic forms to fill out before I came in, so it was pretty hassle free when I came in for my first appointment. When I arrived, I was greeted by the lovely ladies at the front desk, and sat in the waiting room for less than 2 minutes when Dr. Smith came to get me.
She walked me back to the X-ray room, gave me a full explanation of what they were going to be doing, and then we reviewed the images together to come up with a treatment plan.
I was amazed at how thorough Dr. Smith was – She even did a little “head & neck massage” to check for oral cancer. I’ve never had any other dentist do that! They have monitors in all the rooms, and while you’re waiting, you can watch TV. Everything was clean, bright & well kept. They even have coffee/water in the waiting room so you can relax while you wait (if you even have to wait that long!).
I have been back for a couple of appointments since my first visit, and have a few more to go before I’m back on track. I no longer fear going to the dentist – It may be weird to say, but I think I actually enjoy being there!
They’re also very willing to work with you on payment if you can’t come up with the entire balance up front. My last visit was a little pricey, so they were able to bill me half now & half later. That really helped me out!
Everyone in this office, from the dentists, to the hygienists, to the front desk staff are all amazing to work with, and have been extremely friendly & helpful. If you’ve had a bad experience elsewhere, I’d recommend coming here to restore your faith in the dentist. You won’t be disappointed!

I am one of those people that goes to the Dentist every 4 years only because I hate it so much. There isn’t a time I can remember that I actually wanted to go back to the dentist. That’s all changed ever since I came to see Dr. Smith. Her chair side manner makes you feel completely at ease and assured that she’s going to make this as pleasant as possible. The front office staff is also incredibly nice and did everything in their power to let me know how much this would cost and how much was covered by insurance. Overall, I would recommend this dentist to anyone in the OC area looking for an amazing dentist that is professional, caring, and NOT a salesman. I’ve already got 3 of my coworkers to make appointments here as well.

I’ve been going to a different local dentist for years now and never knew how much better it could be until I visited this office! From the moment I stepped in, every aspect of this visit was warm and welcoming, and I was there to get fillings (not the most pleasant experience), not just a cleaning, so the fact that I walked away happy was a huge plus!
The receptionist, Kerry, welcomed me with a warm smile and was very sweet and informative while going through the initial paperwork. The dentist, Dr. Nicole Smith and her assistant Gwen were very kind and reassuring the entire time. They were professional and informative without being too clinical which made me feel comfortable that they knew exactly what they were doing and included me in every step of the process.
Throughout the procedure, Dr. Smith let me know how I could improve my dental health, (without judgement) and her calm and friendly demeanor definitely put me at ease. I’m not a huge Yelp review person, but I found myself wanting to write a positive review even before the visit was done!
I initially looked into finding a new dentist bc my old one was becoming increasingly expensive, even with my insurance. But here, their administrator, Xavier, really helped me out by working with my current financial situation so that I could afford the appointment. They explained different options for continuing my dental health plan and I felt very confident moving forward with this office for future visits. All in all, I would HIGHLY recommend them for anyone who is looking for a better dentist who actually cares about you and your needs.
