I’ve always been afraid to go the dentist and now I’m not! I look forward to  chatting with my hygenist (Linda) and have had great care from Dr. O’Toole. I’ve also seen Dr. Frydman for invisalign and have had great results. I feel comfortable in the office and its feels great to know they are working a cohesive team to develop a personal treatment plan for me. I’ve referred several friends and they are all really happy as well.

Even if going to a dentist right now seems risky, especially as I am in the high risk category for Covid I felt completely safe with Dental Partners. You don’t need to touch anything, not even in the elevator you just need to scan the QR image you get before your visit. In the office are everywhere hand sanitizer, signs on the floor for social distancing, cover for your shoes etc. and employees all wearing mask etc., Conclusion: all necessary measurements taken and more than the requirements demand.
And of course, as always I was very satisfied with the dental care, the reason I came in the first place.

I would highly recommend Dental Partners of Boston. They have an excellent staff of experienced professionals which include a wide range of dental services. I have been a patient for 20 years & always felt like I was in good hands, even now during this pandemic. They provide quality care & a genuine concern for your well being!

COVID dentistry in a hyper-safe setting fit for germaphobes like me I don’t do a lot of reviews outside of the restaurant world, but I have to take a minute to post about this awesome experience I had at the dentist this morning. I go to Dental Partners of Boston in the Prudential Center in Boston. I was a little nervous about going in for a treatment that required someone to be so close to my face and in my mouth, but it couldn’t be put off any longer. When I got to the lobby, I used a QR code they emailed me at 5:30 a.m. to bypass the normal security clearance (which previously required standing in a line, producing ID, getting a printed pass, and lots of touching and passing back and forth) to get through the turnstile. As I approached the elevator, there was signage telling me where to stand and a single touch screen to select which floor. The screen told me which elevator to walk to in order to go express to my floor. The floor of the elevator has stickers for where to safely stand to distance. There was sanitizer in the center of the on the lobby when I got off the elevator. Couldn’t miss it. When I went into the dental office, door was propped open so I wouldn’t have to touch the handle. I was directed where to sit to safely distance. When it was my turn to check in, they took my temp, pumped purely into my hands, took my O2 with a pulse odometer, and gave me disposable booties to wear over my shoes. The handed me a bag for my phone and a plastic bag to put my purse in. And they validated my parking and sanitized the pen for my paperwork. In the dental chair, the person working with me was wearing full PPE, including a face shield. She had me rinse for 30 seconds with a peroxide solution before beginning the treatment. I wore goggles. There was no use of any aerosolized water tools. Checking out, there was a full plexus divider between me and the receptionist. I pod with a card directly into a machine with my own hand. No signature required. My receipt was automatically emailed to me. No touching. I had a careful, thoughtful visit, and I left feeling safer than I am in my own home or in the hospital where I’ve been for the last 36 days. If you need dental work, I highly recommend this practice!

Before I found this place, I had been through dozens of dentists in my life. Poor genetics and a love of sweets mean that I am a frequent flier of the dental profession. But after an emergency root canal in which I FELL ASLEEP (I was so comfortable that I literally found myself dozing), I knew I would never go anywhere else. That was 10+ years and 3 dental implants ago, and now my husband is also a loyal customer. Everyone hates the dentist… until they come here!!

Amanda is amazing!! Amanda is a fantastic dental hygienist. She always has a smile on her face and makes the (usually dreaded) dental appointment a very pleasant and relaxed experience. She usually tells a joke or a funny story when I come in, and seems genuinely happy to be working at Dental Partners. Amanda is very thorough with her cleaning and inspections and I always feel like I’m in good hands with her. She is very sharp and answers all of my dental-related questions. I’ve walked away very impressed from my last two check-ups and, it makes me look forward to my next one! I highly recommend Dental Partners, especially if you can get Amanda as your hygienist.

There is no better practice in the city of Boston. Their plans are focused on the best long-term outcomes and they execute exquisitely. As the other reviews have stated, this practice commands a premium. No doubt. In my experience (2 implants and a root canal) it is money well spent. The practice is diverse and friendly, the doctors are cultured, detail oriented professionals and the dental support staff is empathic and informed.

This was my first visit to Dental Partners and all as I can say is AMAZING. They were professional, pleasant, intelligent, protected me against COVID and exceeded all of my expectations. Covering all of the parking garage would have been good, but other than that, I am excited to worked with them!

I have visited a number of dentists at Sowles Traring and have been impressed with all of them.  They are indeed a bit more expensive than average, but not outrageously so  by any means and not out of line for the quality of the staff.  the team approach they use is more than a slogan; they truly get the best of eachothr’s expertise and indight.  Unlike other posters,  I have never felt remotely pressured to do questionable high- end work, and in fact the staff has gone out of its way to indicate pros and cons of various approaches at various costs.  I trust the dentists and staff at the clinic implicitly.  The office is most pleasant and equipment is up to date.

I’ve gone to Dental Partners for about 7 years now and I don’t foresee that changing! The admin staff is incredibly friendly and remember you and greet you with warmth. The dental staff is just as warm and never fail to have me leaving the office with a beautiful smile. When I came to Dental Partners, I had come without having the privilege of going to a dentist as a child/adolescent. The group here has helped me to develop great dental habits as an adult and I am eternally grateful.

I went to Dental Partners of Boston yesterday for an overdue cleaning and I’ve never felt so safe anywhere other than in my own home! From the beginning to the end of the appointment the office was clean, cleaner than clean, and sterile, as well as every dental instrument, piece of furniture, person etc. Temperature got checked, my possessions put in plastic bags, my shoes covered with a shoe mask, and Erika, my hygienist, was VERY serious about safety. If you’re worried about seeing a dentist during Covid, I highly recommend Dental Partners of Boston!

The place was luxurious. I had surgery here a few days ago just to get my third molars removed, and I must say it was top of the line service. Their management staff was extremely well organized, polite and professional. If you take a walk around the place you’ll be fascinated with their state of the art equipment. They make you feel quite comfortable before and after surgery. They spent no time at all removing my teeth, the process was painless and simple. Dental Partners will even sit down with you to break down pricing. Couldn’t have asked for better dental care.

This place is amazing! After years of neglect, I had an issue that forced me to find a dentist. This entire practice treated me with respect and care from the moment I walked in the door. Yup, I have issues that need to be addressed but they walked me through every single step explaining what I could expect (and the costs). Caring, patient and transparent. What more could you ask for?

I walked into Sowles Trauing over a year ago; I had not been to the dentist in over 12 years. My teeth were a mess, I was extremely nervous of what possibly lay ahead and was concerned about being judged. There was no reason for me to have any concerns at all. The front office staff, Kerry, Richelle, and Robin were amazing. Their job knowledge on the appointment process, how to best handle my insurance, and general questions was something I was not expecting but very much appreciated. The comment here on yelp made about Robin in particular seems a little peculiar to me. Would you call up your therapist’s office and ask the person answering the phone what is best for me lexapro or wellbutrin? My original consultation was with Dr Kelley, Dr Guzman, and Dr Frydman. All of them explained to me what the best course of treatment would be. I was given a written quote, and was free to investigate other dentists and providers. After carefully consulting with other dental offices I chose those at the Dental Partners of Boston because I wanted the best services that could be provided for my health. Although I agree that they were not the cheapest group to go with, I believe that for me they were the best fit. A friend went to a strip mall dental group and got caps. Turns out they were not sealed properly and she now has cottage cheese for teeth under her caps. Because of the wonderful care at Dental Partners, I strongly recommend anyone to visit their offices at the prudential. I not only receive wonderful care from my hygienist, Dr Kelley, and the office staff, I have a few more friends to add to my holiday gift card list.

I should start this review out by saying I have very severe Dental anxiety and I have not been to a dentist consistently for years. Most of this comes from a very bad experience (was lied to about what they were going to do) when I was younger. So for me I need a very good experience. I finally broke down and realized I needed to go to a dentist due to very severe pain(wisdom teeth). My first appointment was with an oral surgeon for a consultation and the experience was more than I could have hoped for. Both the Doctor and his assistant sat actually talked to me. Obviously about what is currently going on dental wise, but also about personal stuff to make me comfortable (at one point we talked about apartments, as an example). Talked about where my anxiety comes from, and I was never made to feel like I was wrong for having those feelings. I felt completely validated. I never felt like either of them were rushing to get me to lay back in the chair or even just to be done with me. Ultimately I need a lot of dental work, something that I already knew. But we talked about a plan to do the dental work but balance it with my anxiety. Focus on building that trust back, so I don’t leave and never come back. He also took it from a stand point of saving me money. Maybe if I can work through my anxiety I don’t actually need to be knocked out. I thought that was amazing and was completely counter to what I have seen others say. It was such a great experience that if they had mentioned, being able to go do a cleaning right now. I would have said yes. I actually felt good leaving the office. I have never been able to say that about a Dentist office, normally I am struggling with not running from that chair.

By far best dentist I’ve ever had. I tell everyone to go there. Dr. Mujica, Amanda, and Dr. Freydman are the absolute best ever. I can’t imagine having my teeth cared for by anyone else!!

Best experience I have ever had at a dental office. Everyone was friendly and encouraged me to ask questions. All of their supplies and devises are modern and advanced. They helped me learn even more about my own teeth. I have never looked forward to going back to a dental office until now. I went in for an introductory visit, cleaning and check up.

DPB has performed many major procedures for me (extractions, implants, reconstructions and root canals) as well as fillings and cleanings. After having experienced many years of dentistry…from good to really bad…I can tell you, they are excellent. Along with a staff of caring professionals, they provide the very best care. Would I recommend them? Definitely…and I do frequently!

I have been seeing Dr. Frydman for Invisalign and have had the best experience with her and the treatment. My visit were very quick, always efficient, and everything came out exactly as she explained. I highly recommend her for treatment! She also always has the coolest shoes 🙂

First impressions really do make a difference! I came in on a Thursday morning and the beautiful waiting area and view was astounding – who would have thought that a dentist office could be inviting? Sowles-Trauring certainly take pride in the appearance of their office. The actual visit went smoothly as well. My cleaning was done quickly and efficiently, and it was suggested that I get a cavity filled. I’ve had fillings done before and the prices were higher than what I’m used to – but someone has got to pay for the lovely surroundings!

I have been coming to this practice for several years. First of all, they are state-of-the-art when it comes to equipment in their office. It is truly a one-stop shop with every expert related to teeth right there. But the best part is that everyone is so friendly! One hygienist even gave me her yogurt once when I was starving ahead of what I didn’t realize was going to be a longish dental procedure. I can’t say enough good things about this practice.

Go to Dental Partners of Boston for outstanding care, professionalism and safety. The entire team is wonderful. Appointment reminders are sent via email and text. There is parking validation. Covid-19 safety protocols are in place, and everyone is caring and responsive. My sincerest thanks to Carolyn, who is an exceptional dental hygienist. She is compassionate, thorough, informative and ensured that I was comfortable throughout my teeth cleaning today. My next appointment was made before I left the exam room and I received confirmation of my new appointment before I had walked back to my vehicle. Thank you

Even though I’ve moved to the Houston area, I still go to Dental Partners of Boston, especially for the possibility of more serious dental work. Have gone to a local dentist for cleanings and checks, and both the dentist and hygienists have commented on the “beautiful work” that has been done in my mouth. I’ve said honestly, all thanks to DPB…the best!!
