Been going to Dental Spa for years and now trust them with the oral health of my whole family. Today, my two daughters and I had appointments. Raquel at the front was quick to help and very courteous. She walked me through the procedures to be done before the three of us went to our appointments. My daughters are 5 and 7 and I trust the staff to make them comfortable and at ease. My girls willingly go knowing their previous visits were pleasant and they get to watch videos while they are being worked on. Sonia is a great dental assistant who has taken care of me for years. She also worked well with my two daughters. Alyssa was a thorough hygienist and my teeth feel really clean. At one point during our visit, one of my daughters became anxious about the procedure. She is 7 and this is her first visit with any teeth missing. Dr. Lee came in and was able to calm her down and finish the procedure. I am thankful for the patience of the staff and Dr. Lee while attending to my daughter. Dental Spa doesn’t feel like a dental office. It has a calming atmosphere with a caring staff. Can’t say enough about Dr. Lee and the entire staff. I would recommend them highly.

It all begins from the moment you walk into Dr. Lee’s office! It’s beautiful!! The front office staff Raquel and Marisela are very welcoming, friendly and helpful. Seeing them is as if I’m seeing an old group of friends and we’re just catching up. They greet you as soon as you walk in and take their time to try to get to know you. They are also accommodating when it’s time to book appointments and will help answer all your questions! In regards to Dr Lee, he is simply the most kind and gentle dentist I have ever met! I have been going to his office for about a year and a half and Im grateful to have found him!! When working on procedures, he takes his time to make sure I am always comfortable. And for someone who struggles with anxiety it has truly helped me feel calm and relaxed!Ive has fillings, crowns and my wisdom teeth removed. All were painless! Which is why I went back!! He goes into detail explaining everything, always checks in to see that I’m ok during a procedure and simply puts his patient’s comfort first. Dental hygienists have also been amazing during cleanings! They are so kind and gentle when completing the procedures and are fully accommodating to ones needs. I have dental insurance so pricing may be a little different. But I feel that I am paying for quality service! Everyone at the office is amazing, I can tell that they enjoy building relationships with their patients and always put them first. Their dental work is amazing as well! And I truly recommend this place!

Dr. Lee and staff are more than amazing. I’ve been coming here since 2003! A few years ago I decided to look around and try other dental offices (thought paying less out-of-pocket may be better). I was very wrong. I trust Dr. Lee with all my dental needs. Very professional, personable, positive and has always looked out for my best interest. The team has never been too pushy to offer procedures that I absolutely do not need. I have these chompers for life and will not settle for less than the comfort and professionalism I receive at Dental Spa West Covina.

Been coming here forever so it’s about time I write a review. Dr. Danny Lee is a perfectionist and makes sure you, as a patient comes first. Everything he and his A-team does is painless, smooth, and pleasant. I used to hate shots, but I can’t even feel Dr. Lee’s shots, he’s that good and careful and that’s not an exaggeration. On top of that, he’s hilarious and makes you feel like family. If you thought that was enough, it isn’t. His A-team are super friendly, patient, kind, happy, organized, and on top of everything for you. From Raquel and the others at the front desk, to Jackie, the hygienist, to all the dental assistants, and to Jeannie Lee who is there for everybody, you can completely see the commodore and joy of everybody who works at Dental Spa of West Covina. The establishment looks like your home would and is always kept up to date. They use the best technology to make sure you’re getting the best care and have the best specialty doctors as well such as orthodontics, periodontal, implant, and hygienist to name a few besides having the best dentist out there. My entire family are patients including my 10 year old boy and 7 year old twins. They NEVER feel pain or sadness with Dr. Danny Lee, they actually look forward to it as they get to dig in their treasure chest of goodies after they’re done. We drive about 30-40 min to get here, but it’s 100% worth it. I have close friends who travel from Los Angeles and Orange County for their treatments because they cannot find anybody better. Best dentist, specialists, and staff = the A-team. Everybody treats you like family and with respect and you literally walk out with a smile on your face, no pun intended. Give this place a try and you’ll know exactly what I’m talking about. They work very well with all types of dental insurance and will give you great deals if you do not. At the end of the day, they want you to be as satisfied as possible, what more can you ask for.

I’ve been coming here for years, love Dr. Lee and the rest of the staff. They have always been friendly over the years and great to deal with. I have recommended many people over the years and always feel that I get quality service. It’s really a full service facility which is great because you don’t have to run all over town for different services. Facilities are clean which of course is a big plus! You can always tell a lot about the cleanliness of a facility by their bathroom. I’ve also seen them wipe down counters and chairs between patients.

I am absolutely happy about the great and professional service that the staff and doctor provided. This place is AMAZING and I HIGHLY RECOMMEND it. The staff at the front is VERY WELCOMING and FRIENDLY. They are very reassuring in letting me know that I had nothing to worry about because the doctor is great and gentle. Come to find out, they were right. The doctor and his assistant Sonia were VERY PROFESSIONAL, made me feel comfortable, and put me at ease. They were extremely personable, had a GREAT SENSE OF HUMOR , and so, so, SO PLEASANT. I LOVE THEM!!! A friend had referred me, and I’m so glad she did!!! Thank you Dental Spa staff!!!! You guys are the BEST!!

Dental spa is the rolls Royce of modern dentistry. Great location friendly and professional staff. MJ Raquel and Maricela make the office work like a fine tuned luxury automobile. Dr. Lee is great and I would not go anywhere else. I recommend dental spa to everyone I know it’s a 10 plus. Once you come to dental spa you will never want to visit another dental office and they are great with kids. Our boys have been coming here for years and won’t go anywhere else. Dental spa is the place to come if you are looking for a clean relaxed professional dental experience.

Dental Spa of West Covina is the best place to go to if you need any type of dental work!!! The excellent customer service and professionalism is always seen in all the staff members here. MJ is very thorough and caring when explaining proceedures and protocols. My children are always nervous when they go see the dentist, but MJ is very good at easing their nerves and she always goes the extra mile to make everyone feel comfortable. Love her!

I love this place so much. I’ve been going to this dentist since I was about 6 years old. I remember the day my sister brought me here instead of our usual dentist and they showed such care and compassion not only for my teeth but for me as well. To this day I go there and I love greeting and just awesome staff there. Everyone is fantastic and deserves a raise or just little gift each month or something. Literally the best place ever I used to hate the dentist but ever since I started going to the dental spa I’ve  LOVED going to the dentist. AND my teeth and so nice because of them. If you want good teeth go here to the dental spa.

Danny Lee is a super star dentist and what a friendly and professional team he has in the front and back office. Everyone is so genuine and personable. Danny and his team made me feel cared for throughout my entire dental process. Danny goes above and beyond, always taking the extra step to call and follow up after each and every procedure. I highly recommend Danny Lee and his team at the West Covina Dental Spa and Implant Center. I feel blessed having Danny Lee as my new dentist – sorry you are stuck with me for life! 😉 What a great way to ring in the New Year! I love Dental Spa!! I’ve been coming here for the last 11 years. If you’re tired of looking for a dental place and have not had any success. Look no further you have found Dental Spa. From the moment you walk in, it truly feel that you are at a spa. The staff treats you with the most highest respect and professionalism. I’ve recommended so many of my family members to Dental Spa and they all love coming here. Because they know they are getting high quality care. I just wanted say thank you to Alyssa for cleaning my teeth, Annie for taking my x-rays and the wonderful advice, Sonia for cleaning my son’s teeth and making him feel comfortable. Raquel for always welcoming me with a beautiful smile. And always going the extra mile, I enjoy our little chats. MJ and Maricela thank you for helping me with my little one, while I got my teeth cleaned. And of course thank you Dr. Lee for taking great care of my teeth for so many years.

Dr. Lee and his staff are the best in the business. The high level of dental care is incomparable, and they are always 100% honest and upfront about costs and treatment plans before any work is done. Your dental health and well-being is their #1 priority, and they make that very clear the moment you step into this office. (My husband had a recent dental emergency and when we had issues with insurance, Dental Spa was the only office within 20+ miles who were willing to help without question, and worked with us financially.) Dr. Lee is well-known in the area for his gentle work. If you or your loved ones have ever had a bad experience with outside dentists, you MUST give his office a try. Every visit, the front office staff (Raquel, MJ and Maricela) create a warm environment with their professionalism and humor. They answer any financial questions ahead of time and offer timely reminders to make sure you never miss an appointment. Overall, I can’t say enough great things about this office. All doctors and hygienists are extremely knowledgeable about their work and will have your teeth in great shape in no time. I recommend this office to anyone looking for a reliable family dentist, because there is no other team I trust more than this one. It’s been 12+ years with them, and I can’t wait to bring my future littles here one day.

If you want to get your smile back you have got to go to Dr. Danny Lee!! I have been going to Lee Dental Spa for many, many years having undergone extractions, implants, root canals. To say the least my teeth needed substantial work. I am a professional person and my occupation requires meeting with clients and other insurance professionals daily. Can you imagine my horror of having to undergo an extraction (several) and have no teeth. No matter what your occupation, people look at your teeth. Dr. Lee and his staff have always been kind, patient, and very helpful with my difficult dental situations and my reactions and anxiety at having to undergo procedures. The important part here is that I keep going back. Dr. Lee’s state of the art equipment and comfort of his dental office and the entire staff there put you at ease and make your dental experience as painless as possible. They  have shown me that they care about the patient. I was last in to see Dr. Lee for two implants in September, the implants are on the right side of my mouth. When I was handed the mirror after having the final implants placed , it brought tears to my eyes. My self consciousness about my smile dissolved and I didn’t have to hide my smile or laugh as of that day. I’m certain I will need more dental care as the years pass and I am certain I will be going back to Dr. Lee for more excellent dental care.

This dental office is the best…
My family has been coming to Dental spa of West Covina for over 8 years. Dr Lee and Jeanie are very nice. That have a very nice office. Their office is very clean and always smells good. Dr.Lee is awesome and he is not pushy or trying to force any unnecessary treatment. He does a great job and he is very quick and has a light hand. My son calls him the buff Dentist, Sonia his assistant is awesome always very sweet and helpful. They have all specialty’s in one place love that I don’t have to go from place to place. Dr.Lee Oral surgeon is the best, Dr K. Is there periodontist she is great. Dr. Dang is a great orthodontist with a great ortho team assisting her as well. Front office team is the best Marisela,Raquel,Flor, MJ “Floresita ” are all the friendliest and always super welcoming.  Always have a smile on there faces. They make you feel like family. Kid friendly… super plus! My daughter owns their treasure box literally!!! I highly Recommend this office.

I must say I agree 100% with the reviews with the five star ratings. I have had several root canals with Dr. Lee. However, the experience could not have been better.  The facility lives up to the Dental Spa name with an atmosphere and staff that are warm and welcoming, which helps to ease the anxieties of being at the dentist office for a root canal. Then there is Dr. Danny Lee, who is friendly and caring, but also honest about your dental care needs.  He worked efficiently and checked on my well being during the entire process. When the root canal was completed, I was surprised at the painlessness of the procedure and how quickly he was able to finish. On my most recent visit, I noticed he also reinvested in his office.  He added technology to every station that had instant digital x-ray, before and after picture of your teeth, and informational and instructional videos for better oral hygiene.  Seeing effects of teeth cleaning through before and after pictures were surprising, but glad that they had technology to show the importance of maintaining the health of my teeth.  The digital x-rays were nice because I didn’t have to wait for the film to develop and the large screen made it easy to see problems and the result of Dr. Lee’s work after. To sum it up, if you want to go to a dentist office with that is warm and welcoming, a confident and capable dentist who is friendly and great at doing root canals painlessly and quickly, and a place that reinvests in itself to provide the best dental and patient care, then I recommend Dental Spa of West Covina.

I have searched for years for an honest and compassionate dentist that took pride in his work. I have had so many really bad experiences with dental work in the past and really did not think I would ever find a good dentist again…until I went to the Dental Spa and met Dr. Lee! I needed quite a bit of dental work done yesterday, and in spite of that Dr. Lee was gentle and caring. I had the best experience I’ve had since I can’t remember and he has restored my faith in dentistry! Not only is Dr. Lee amazing but his entire office and staff are awesome also. Dr. Lee even called last night to inquire how I was doing! I have found a caring and honest dental office for my family and I am beyond blessed that finally we have somewhere to go for dentistry that I can count on and have faith in. Real caring people that my family can trust to take care of our dental needs. Sincere thanks to Dr. Lee and his staff!! You have made a difference!

I’ve experienced many dentist (and dental staff) over the decades, mostly satisfactory, although a couple should’ve chosen different careers! 16 years ago I discovered one in my new neighborhood who really stood out, so when he moved to open his own office I just had to track him down! That was in 2002, and I’ve been coming to Dr. Danny Lee’s office ever since! I have many examples of his standards being the highest in every detail! I know he genuinely cares for each of his patients, and so does everyone there (I can’t be the only one who feels like a VIP)! Why would I go back to just satisfactory when I’ve found A+ excellent?

TLDR; The reviews are true. When you see 99% 5 star reviews, you should be pretty skeptical. I won’t waste your time telling you about experiences at other dental places, I will just say that the reviews are 99% accurate. I promised to write this review after having all of my procedures whether it was good or bad. They were so confident in how my experience would turn out, so I agreed to it. 2 root canals, 4 fillings, a laser cleaning, and 2 crowns later, today is that day. I felt nothing. …. Literally. Dr. Lee is pretty awesome in every single category of dentistry. He talked me through the whole process from moment one. We set up signals just incase I felt anything during and he took his time when numbing me (unlike other dentists that rush the shot before the pink gel takes effect). When I had a lot of bleeding and the mold wasn’t working, he worked for an extra 2 hours to get it right. He could have just left and told me to come back but instead he stuck around. That was extremely unexpected and one of the reasons I am writing this review today but it isn’t the main reason. The main reason is that he actually called my cell phone to check up on me hours after my procedures. I don’t ever review people or things but if someone can take the time out of their day to do something like that, then this is something that I can easily do. Dr. Lee’s assistant Annie was so awesome. She really made my experience comfortable and had my name memorized after the first visit. She talked to me and kept my mind occupied during the first visit when i was a little panicked. She even gave me a blanket incase i was cold. She was just a really cool person to be around. Her presence made me feel as though I was home and that type of genuine person is rare in this world. Well…. until I met Jackie. Jackie is the dental hygienist and when you are making your appointments, you will hear things like “Jackie is the best” and “Jackie is awesome”. Honestly, she is. But she’s not just good at what she does. She also incredibly honest and genuine as well. When presented with the opportunity to do a hefty costing deep cleaning, she determined that my teeth were in good enough shape to not need it. I thought that was pretty trust worthy to do considering I had already paid upfront for everything. She was also really helpful in explaining brushing /flossing habits and she is really easy to talk to. She makes you feel like you can truly ask any question comfortably and you she gives the best answers to the best of her ability. So in short, yes. Jackie is the best. But what really keeps you coming back is the front of the office. MJ, Flor, Maricela, and Sonia were really awesome. They learned my name so quickly and knew all of my dental work without even pulling my file. Flor and Maricela running the front desk are pretty awesome. They are very upfront and straight forward about the costs, the discounts available (I had no insurance) and the work that needs to be done. They lay things out in priority if money is tight and help you focus on the most important procedures. Honestly, they are so nice. After each procedure they were always there asking me how it went, how I felt, and making jokes because I was scared before every procedure but feeling great after. Again, the reviews will make you skeptical but I would give this place a chance. It doesn’t hurt to get a quote or some X-Rays done. To at least get into the door and see what needs to be done if anything needs to be done at all. I don’t write reviews for people doing their jobs correctly, I can promise you that. But this place is far more than that. I truly had a great experience and according to these reviews, there is a 99% chance you will too. I would roll on those odds.

I’ve taken my son to several dentist offices with him having the same scared and frightening experiences until I found the Dental Spa. He has never looked forward to coming to the dentist till now.Their customer service, professionalism and kindness is amazing. My son truly enjoys The Dental Spa. Especially sitting in the exam room watching movies, lol. If you’re searching for a new dentist office this should be your only choice.

Dental Spa is a top-notch organization and a hidden gem tucked in West Covina. Dr. Lee’s staff is very welcoming, friendly, and gets to know you by name fairly quickly; Raquel, Flor, MJ, or any of the other staff will greet you with genuine smiles. Jackie is an excellent hygienist who genuinely wants the best for your oral health, and is willing to share tips and pointers from her daily routines that could end up helping you as well. I’ve been receiving services from Dr. Lee for a few years now, and I must say he is quite friendly and extremely skilled. He also strives to ensure that you have a lifetime of satisfaction with the work he performs. A couple years ago, Dr. Lee recommended an inlay to correct an issue, created by another dentist, that I had lived with for over 18 years. His staff prepped and cast molds of the affected and surrounding teeth, then told me the inlay would be ready in a couple weeks (he outsources some of the prosthetic work). The day I came in to receive the inlay, Dr. Lee was sizing the fit and preparing the cementing materials, but I could see frustration mounting on his face. He informed me that the fit was ‘GOOD,’ but not ‘PERFECT’ so he refused to install it and apologized for the inconvenience; he didn’t want me to be unsatisfied with the fix. With that, he gave me a couple movie tickets for the lost time, and scheduled another appointment a couple weeks out. To date, I have had 0 problems with the ‘perfect’ inlay. My tooth and gums around the inlay feel rejuvenated, not experiencing any of the problems with irritation and flossing difficulties I had lived with for almost two decades. This is just one example of the many wonders Dr. Lee and his team have performed, and I can’t recommend them highly enough.
