Every Member if staff is extremely kind and helpful. There is never any pressure and my kids LOVE coming to the dentist! I’ve referred everyone here for the last 12 years. Anyone even mentions a dentist appointment and I am so quick to say “DENTAL TLC” . Even tho we live more than an hour away- we make the trip !! Totally worth it!!! They can get my whole family in and out in a snap! There is 8 of us! Always a great experience!

I have an insane fear of going to the dentist. Some people are afraid of clowns, for me it’s the dentist. But I truly love Dental TLC. I have had some really terrifying, unpleasant experiences with other dentists who just don’t understand how to, or care to, cater to people with extreme anxiety about dental procedures. The staff and doctors at Dental TLC are the best at what they do. They will baby you and make you feel as comfortable as possible. The laughing gas is always available and if you bring a driver they will give you a sedative to relax you if you’re having work done. They also have noise-cancelling headphones that you can wear if the sound of a drill makes you nervous. And with ‘street signs’ on their hallways with things like “Chill Ave” and “Mellow Street” (or something like that) they try really hard to create a calm atmosphere. Dr. Abbott is the friendliest dentist I have ever had the pleasure to meet. Always very positive and super knowledgeable about what he does. I had to have an extraction on a back tooth and I cried the entire time. He never made me feel even the slightest bit bad or embarrassed about it. He just wiped my tears as they fell and kept working. I so appreciate his level of sincerity and compassion and really could not say thank you enough to everyone who works at Dental TLC for working so hard to make going to the dentist a little bit easier for cry babies like me 🙂

My favorite group of people are at Dental TLC!  I have been a patient for several years and I have NEVER been disappointed.  I have referred several people and they have loved them as well.  The dentist office is high tech, the service is quick and inviting (and that is awesome since no one really likes going to dentist). And then MY hygienist RUTHIE is the greatest and I’m not saying that just because they give Free laughing gas 🙂  Thanks Dental TLC for keeping my smile beautiful!

Christina at the front desk is SO helpful every time I am there. She welcomes me with a warm smile and takes the time to explain everything to me. She breaks down my best options to be comfortable, take care of my needs, and use my insurance the best way possible. I am so grateful for her great customer service! I love the Dental TLC team and now half of my office uses them!

They have very friendly service. They tell you how much you’re going to pay before they treat you and give you an opportunity to reschedule if it’s more than you can afford. I love the transparent in their billing. I never get a surprise bill in the mail. They have a quick check-in process. You fill everything out on the computer and every time you come back to redo your information all you have to do is verify the information instead of starting all over again. They are quick as well. I always go during my lunch break and I get out within an hour. The dentist is very customer focus and cares a lot about his patients. When you go there it’s very apparent that he cares about you and not money. I’ve been with them for a few years now. I got their information from a coworker and I’m so glad that she referred me. This is the best dentist I’ve ever had! I try to tell everyone I know about this office which is why I decided to give a review so that people that I don’t know will know how much I’m satisfied with this office. Oh and they give you free laughing gas. I don’t use it but they’ve been doing that since I’ve been there as well.

After moving out of state I returned home to Atlanta… I live far away from TLC, but I gladly drive much further to see Dr. Abbott and his professional/friendly staff. I have anxiety, and they make me feel comfortable without feeling judged. Heather and Ruthie are exceptional at what they do and make the experience so much more pleasant. I highly recommend this dental practice.

I’m the kind of patient Dentists normally RUN from. I’ve had so much work on my teeth, from a child to present.  From extractions, chipping of jaw bones, braces that removed my enamel, gums cut, and Veneers.. All which eventually ruined my teeth..  I had put off the need for full dentures for a few years now, until I went to Dental TLC because I had an exposed nerve on one of my remaining teeth.  All of the staff were so understanding and supportive.. They never judged me, they only cared about making me as comfortable as possible and helping me be able to smile again without being so self conscious.  I never thought I’d be able to say I Love My Dentist until I met Dr. Abbott and his staff.  I’m still adjusting to my new dentures, but I did it! Thank you Dental TLC!!!!  And for the record, I LOVE MY DENTIST!!

I know what you’re thinking…cheap denistry, old tools, people in the waiting room with teeth falling out, etc… YOU COULD NOT BE MORE WRONG. High-tech office, friendly (I mean REALLY friendly) staff, knowledgeable and skilled dentists and hygienists, no wait (when you have an appointment), flexible hours, unbeatable prices, and best of all…anxiety relieving & free “laughing gas.” I will never go anywhere else. Ignore any reviews below 5 stars. These guys are the best. The real deal. No one will ever touch my teeth again. I came in with a mess of mouth, feeling super-embarrassed, and they made me feel like I a new woman. I actually look forward to my next appointment (no exaggeration necessary)! Just make the appointment. Stop putting it off because as I sit in this chair, I feel like I’m on vacation (it’s the gas, but still!)!

I discovered DTLC a few years ago, & now a bunch of my coworkers are also clients there. Every time I know someone who needs dental work, but is a bit scared of the dentist, I turn into DTLC evangelist – “Oh, I know a great dentist! You’ve got to go there!” I am known to dentists in general as _she who cannot be numbed_. When I had to have my wisdom teeth removed, it was done in a hospital under general anesthesia because the procedure would have been impossible otherwise. After having had a couple of attempted fillings ultimately leading to an extraction in which I writhed and screamed through every agonizing second, by the time I got to DTLC, I was pretty dentist-phobic. The very word “dentist” made me queasy. Most dentists dread me as much as I dread them, but patients like me are the bread & butter of DTLC. They specialize in terrified people who are accustomed to associating even minor dental work with blinding, excruciating pain. First, they know how to perform nerve blocks that other dentists don’t. These are the only people who have ever managed to get me numb with a shot. I remember being floored after my first experience – touching the numb part of my face – still in utter disbelief that a shot of Novocaine had actually worked. I’ve been a patient for years & I have a routine with them. Whenever I go in for any procedure, even if it’s just a check-up, I get stoned off my butt on nitrous, covered in a blanket, and I just lie back and listen to music / stare at the cooking channel while the dental staff go about their work. It’s actually an enjoyable experience. Yes, they are pricey. You’re going to shell out even if you have dental insurance, but it’s completely worth it for the chance to actually look forward to going to the dentist.

I had a horrible tooth ache for the last few days and while i was at work i made a few phone calls to see if any one could get me in. Dental tlc was able to get me in. When i got there the girls at the front counter were very cheerfull and polite. When i was called back to be seen they tried to make me as comfortable as possible. When the doctor showed up he told me all of my options that i had. When I left there i was feeling alot better. This place is a long drive for me but if any one goes out of their way to help me i would be more than happy to go out of my way to give them my business and recomend them to every one i know.
