Always cheerful reception… everything was on time … Lanie was set up and ready to do dental x-rays and introduced me to the higienst … she was quick and very efficient and Dr Lin’s exam was all handeled in about an hour… It was as pleasant an experience as a patient could have.

I hope I am writing the review in the correct place because I want to properly commend this practice. Originally, I’m a patient of Dr. Medbury’s. But he retired recently and Dr. Lin took his place in the same office. I’ve always liked the staff, which is why I always stuck to Dr. Medbury. When he retired, I was worried because I hate going to the dentist. However, I really like the modifications done to the business. I like that I can now text their office whenever I need something because some times, I am too busy to call. I like that they now offer beverages in the waiting room, and I really like that Dr. Lin. I feel very comfortable being her patient.

Took a chance on a new dentist in the area and Dr. Lin exceeded expectations. Her staff (receptionist and hygienist) are welcoming and patient. Dr. Lin radiates positive energy and I could feel her passion for the job and more importantly her patients… I had a LOT of questions since I hadn’t been to the dentist in a few years – she took time to listen to all of my concerns. I will definitely be back and I highly recommend Dr. Lin!

I came during the covid pandemic and the office has gone through great lengths to keep patients safe. Dr Lin examined me and replaced an old filling. She was gentle and checked in often to ensure I was comfortable. I had no cavities, thank goodness. I also got wonderful cleaning from one of their friendly hygienists. Highly recommend!

Dr. Lin and her staff are amazing! Loved the vibe right when I walked in. Her team greeted me with warm and welcoming smiles. After filling out the paperwork, I was immediately taken into the room for my scheduled exam/cleaning. I had a full set of digital xrays taken and Dr. Lin reviewed them with me, explaining everything in detail. She is extremely knowledgeable, personable and trustworthy. She spent time addressing all my concerns. Will definitely be back for all my dental needs. You should do the same! No one is better than Dr. Lin when it comes to dental care! I was in Los Angeles last week and developed tooth pain and was recommended to her care by a family friend. Our practice stands alone with its ability to perform at the highest standards of dental care, using the best dental materials. Both Dr. Medbery and Dr. Lin take their time with each patient, making sure to answer all questions and perform a thorough diagnosis. Our team ensures that you are comfortable during your visit and that your dental needs are met. After a rewarding 41 years caring for families in the West LA community, Dr. Medbery will be retiring. He plans to spend more time with his mother, catch up on comedy TV shows, and travel through Europe. Fortunately, Dr. Nina Lin shares the same philosophy and dedication to dentistry that Dr. Medbery has encompassed all these years. She is patient, cheerful, and gentle in her conservative approach to dentistry. Dr. Lin graduated with honors from the University of Pennsylvania. She was a member of the Ethical Board and received a research scholarship during her time there. In addition to dental school, Dr. Lin completed a competitive residency at the Long Beach VA, where she served US veterans. She is excited to continue providing excellent dental care to the community!
